    Both the Hotel and the Room were clean. It’s very convenient, as it’s close to the station. If I had to mention something, the parking garage elevator was slow to arrive, and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work well, so it felt hot in summer. Even though there are four elevators, only one was operating. Other than that, everything was great overall.

    I was satisfied with the room size, cleanliness, and service. Having parking is convenient for guests traveling from out of town. The location also offers good access.

    Overall, it feels like the quality has declined compared to before.

    I always stay here when I travel to Osaka for work. This time, perhaps because a large tour group was staying, I was placed in the smallest Room and the Facility felt outdated. Breakfast seemed to be the least tasty I’ve had here so far. I appreciated that the coffee is drip-brewed and kept in a pot.

    Extremely convenient!!

    I stayed here for sightseeing in Osaka, and the location is outstanding! The Hotel is inside a commercial complex, with a station on the Midosuji Subway Line just nearby, and plenty of shops and restaurants in the area—so getting around and finding places to eat is never a problem. There is also an adjacent Times parking lot with capacity for over 200 cars, and you can access it via a dedicated elevator, so guests traveling by car can stay with peace of mind. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka!!

    The Facility felt a ...

    The Facility felt a bit dated, but it was very clean and clearly well maintained. It was disappointing that I couldn’t watch Netflix or Amazon Prime. Other than that, it was very comfortable, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy my stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Parking is available, and the property is conveniently located near the station. The Room was also clean.

    It was a very good Hotel.

    The Room was spacious and clean, and the eco-friendly initiatives were thoughtfully implemented—just the right balance without being overdone—so I had a very comfortable stay with no inconvenience. The breakfast was delicious, but it was disappointing to find a large piece of trash on the floor by my seat. Still, it was a Hotel I would like to stay at again when visiting Osaka.

    The female staff mem...

    The female staff member was very pleasant. One thing I noticed: at checkout, many international guests were sitting on the sofa, and I sat there with them for a short while. A staff member was offering candy to each person and speaking to them, but I wasn’t approached at all. It made me wonder whether the service was only for international guests. It may be a small thing, but I did find it a bit questionable.

    We stayed here for my daughter’s university entrance exams. She was scheduled to stay alone the first night and then with me (her mother) the next night, and they kindly accommodated us by letting her stay in a twin room from the start. We are truly grateful. The location is also very convenient—just a short walk from Esaka Station, with plenty of places to eat nearby.

    A Comfortable Stay

    As it was cold in February, I stayed for two nights at this Hotel near the station. There is also a restaurant in the basement of the same building, so I could have dinner without going out. I had seen various comments, but for me the Room temperature was comfortable, and from check-in to check-out the staff responded quickly and accurately, making my stay very pleasant. In particular, thank you to the front desk staff for your help. The view from the Room was great, and breakfast was very satisfying with an excellent selection. I have already made another Reservation for the near future and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended.

    Everything was great except for the air conditioning.

    The service and reception staff at the Hotel were excellent! The staff who cleaned the Room were also very pleasant. The location is great, with the station nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, making it very convenient. I would love to stay here again. However, the air conditioning was not working well at all, and it was extremely hot during my stay. Despite requesting a repair (inspection), there was no improvement, and I had to endure 10 days of heat, which was disappointing. If this issue can be resolved by my next visit, I would gladly give a 5-star rating next time. Thank you!

    Stayed at REI Hotel in Sannomiya, which is my regular accommodation. It felt like a different hotel rather than low-level.

    A Two-Day, One-Night Trip to Osaka and Kyoto

    Day 1: Sightseeing in Osaka, staying at your Hotel. Day 2: Sightseeing in Kyoto, returning home by Shinkansen from Kyoto Station. The room was very clean and had a great view, which was very satisfying. I apologize, but I found hair in the bathroom, so I rated it a 3.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    I made a reservation at a hotel near Shin-Osaka Station to return to Tokyo early in the morning, located in front of Esaka Station, two stops from Shin-Osaka Station. The hotel was clean and the facility was well-equipped, making it comfortable for a no meals included business stay. Unfortunately, although there was a kettle and coffee cups, there were no essential coffee beans or green tea packs. It would be appreciated if these could be provided.

    The front desk staff at this Hotel often do not say a word of thanks during check-in or check-out, which did not make for a pleasant experience. Is this the norm at this Hotel?

    Conveniently located near the station

    It was very convenient as it was close to Esaka Station, and there were plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping options around. The room was comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner were from my favorite brand. Although the surroundings were lively, it was not noisy at all and was very quiet. I would like to stay again next time.

    Good environment

    I used a smoking Room, and usually, there is a smell of cigarettes the moment I enter the Room, but this time there was none, and I thought the Room was well managed. Also, the Room environment was comfortable and pleasant. Thank you very much.

    The hotel I always use

    Convenient for going to Shin-Osaka, Umeda, and Namba. There are dining options and supermarkets, so it's good that you won't have any trouble with daily necessities.
