    The service at this Hotel was excellent.

    The only disappointment was the air conditioning. The Room was a bit hot, and I wanted to lower the temperature, but only heating was available. Other than that, everything was great. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    Convenient Hotel

    Located in Canal City, it is conveniently close to the bustling Nakasu area and the subway station. The parking lot is directly connected. However, there may be delays during check-in. The front desk staff varies in efficiency, and it can be frustrating when they take time explaining membership sign-ups while guests are waiting in long lines—perhaps handing out flyers would suffice in such situations. Additionally, the internet connection can occasionally be unstable.

    I would like to stay here again.

    The bed was spacious and very comfortable. The location was a bit hard to find, but there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. I would love to stay here again.

    It was very convenie...

    It was very convenient to take the elevator down to KUOKA on the first floor of Canal, enjoy a meal and some drinks, and then easily return to the Room. I would love to use this service again.

    It was comfortable.

    Despite a late check-in, the staff provided courteous service. The Room was spacious and comfortable. However, when using the shower, the hose and head were not properly attached, causing the hose to come off unexpectedly—it seemed to be loosely installed. Other than that, I was satisfied with my stay. Thank you for your hospitality. The location is excellent, and I would like to stay here again.

    Too small, too expensive.

    The room is smaller than a standard single, making it unsuitable for accommodating two people. Additionally, the staff were all non-Japanese speakers, which made communication difficult and required extra effort on our part, despite this being a domestic trip.

    A bit disappointing...

    I reserved a single room, but I was assigned a 4-bed room. The front desk informed me that "there will be no extra charge due to the hotel's circumstances," but I felt slightly disappointed. Other than that, there were no issues—the location was great, and the facility was clean.

    We added one more Room as the number of people increased. It was great that the Rooms were arranged next to each other. Everyone enjoyed their stay comfortably. We will use your service again.

    Good.

    I stayed here before and had a great experience, so I chose to stay again this time. The room is clean and comfortable. Additionally, the woman at the breakfast venue was very attentive and thoughtful, which was wonderful. I will use this accommodation again.

    Convenient transportation

    I have been using this Property as my regular Stays for about 10 years, but recently the prices have been high and there are many inbound guests, so I haven't been able to stay as often. This time, I made a Reservation relatively early, so the price was reasonable. The guest room, service, bath, and Facility were all problem-free, and the satisfaction level is high. Furthermore, with the opening of the Kushida Shrine Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line, access to Hakata Station and the airport (although there is a distance for the transfer to the airport line) has improved significantly. I like to explore various areas when I travel, so I think it's great that it's easy to access various areas such as Tenjin and Nakasu for bar hopping and food stalls.

    It was a disappointing Hotel.

    Not recommended. The room and service were the worst among the hotels I have ever used. I waited over 30 minutes to check in, there were almost no amenities in the room, and there were foreign guests on the same floor watching TV and eating with the door open... I will never use it again.

    The service and hosp...

    The service and hospitality from the foreign staff at the front desk were the worst. What is a hotelier? What is customer service? What is hospitality? It was all just questions. Having three people at the front desk is meaningless. A hotel run by AI would be better. There is zero intention to provide hospitality. And there are no smiles. It only looks like they are underestimating the customers.
