    It was a wonderful Hotel that exceeded my expectations.

    Since it was an accommodation-only stay with no meals, I did not have overly high expectations, but it was a very good Hotel that I was satisfied with, from the welcome drink to the service and the comfort of the Room. Thank you very much.

    I had a comfortable stay, conveniently located near the station.

    The staff were kind, and there was a service of freshly baked bread at 3:00 PM… Above all, the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes and very satisfying. I would like to stay here again when traveling to Nagano.

    I always stay at Naganohaku. The breakfast was as good as ever. The sake tasting in front of the front desk was nice with snacks, but it would have been better if I could have tried four varieties. I will stay again.

    It was comfortable, but there were a few things that concerned me.

    This was my first stay, and I used the Grand Queen Room. The Room was comfortable overall, and I especially appreciated having a massage chair. I was also satisfied with the ReFa shower head and hair dryer, which were very pleasant to use. In addition, it was convenient and nice that the desk lamp had a wireless charging function. The only thing that concerned me was that I noticed a small amount of black mold on the bathroom ceiling. If that is improved, I think the stay would be even more comfortable.

    It’s disappointing that the breakfast hours are too short.

    The Hotel’s hospitality, the staff’s service, and the cleanliness of the Room were all excellent. As for the bath, there was only an in-room bath and no Onsen Facility, so I rated it 1 star; however, there was nothing wrong with the in-room bath itself. The amenities were available to pick up in the lobby and offered a good variety, but I deducted one star because there was no shower cap (having one would be helpful). The most disappointing part was the breakfast time. It is good that breakfast is divided into three time slots to avoid crowding, but each slot is limited to one hour. Although it is buffet-style, all dishes are arranged in a single line, which inevitably creates long queues. I went exactly at 6:30 for my slot, but by the time I had taken all the food and sat down, more than 20 minutes had passed. There was also no space to set down trays while serving food, so I saw guests accidentally tip over their trays and spill their food. When children are in line as well, it naturally takes even longer than with adults only. I have stayed at many Hotels with a multi-slot system before, but I don’t think any had such a short one-hour limit. Combined with how small the venue is, my companion and I commented that “we can’t really eat at a relaxed pace like this.” Also, many items (such as spoons) were difficult to pick up when serving yourself, which likely contributed to the lines. I could sense an intention to make it stylish and appealing, but I would appreciate it if usability—such as traffic flow for picking up food—and comfort could be prioritized first. The food itself was delicious, so I hope improvements will be made to how breakfast service is organized going forward.

    Comfortable.

    Including the room, bathroom, and closet, the space was generously sized and elegant. It was also clean, well maintained, and very comfortable.

    For exam purposes.

    The Room was spacious. We stayed here for an exam, and it allowed me to keep a comfortable amount of distance from my child while still being close enough. The fluffy bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. Breakfast was also delicious, and we were able to enjoy it in a calm setting.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    This was my second stay. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and I had a very comfortable time. It is close to both the main road and the station, yet quiet. The parking lot is accessed via a narrow road on the left side of the main road, which may be a little hard to find, but it’s not a problem if you check in advance. I plan to stay at this Hotel again next time.

    Good.

    The Room was unexpectedly spacious. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no explanation about the location of amenities during check-in. There was a short hair under the cup in the washroom (everything else was very clean, so this stood out). Personally, I felt that the convenience store was farther than expected (perhaps most guests come by car).

    A Comfortable Hotel

    A convenient distance from the station. Only 3 minutes to the convenience store, though it would have been perfect if it were a bit closer. It would have been nice to have water in the guest room. The prepared Room was spacious enough, well-cleaned, and comfortable. The large TV was also satisfying.

    The breakfast is good, but the seating in the Japanese-style room is too low.

    The Facility is somewhat dated, but it is well-cleaned and maintained. The breakfast quality and variety were good, but the seating in the Japanese-style room was too low. Elderly guests may find it challenging.

    Free services are appreciated.

    Stayed for a visit to Togakushi Shrine and a hike up Mount Iizuna. The front desk staff were courteous, and the first-floor lounge offered free coffee, providing a relaxing space. The view from the room was excellent, and I would like to stay here again next time.

    The breakfast is delicious!

    The handmade breakfast by the chef is incredibly delicious! The Hotel's Facility and Room were also clean. The welcome drink and towel were a nice touch!

    The breakfast is delicious.

    I used it for a business trip. The front desk staff were courteous, and there was a self-service coffee and water service in the first-floor lounge, allowing for a relaxing time. The massage chair in the Room was also great for relieving work fatigue. The breakfast used local ingredients, was a healthy Japanese meal, and everything was delicious, making for a happy start to the day.
