    Next time, I’d like a Multiple Night Stay!

    Traveling with our dog, everything—price, service, cleanliness, etc.—was excellent. [Things that would make it even better] - It would be helpful to have plastic bags in the bathroom for wet clothes. - At breakfast, some dishes didn’t have labels, so we couldn’t tell what they were; it would be nice if all items were labeled. - A lid for the pet crate would make it easier to leave our dog alone with peace of mind. - It would be great to have a safety measure on the balcony fence to prevent dogs from falling, just in case they slip out by accident. - Better pruning of the trees around the open-air bath would make it even nicer. - It would be nice to have one lane in the pool for guests who want to swim laps. I ended up writing a lot, but we will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

    We enjoyed our stay as three generations.

    The Room was spacious with an ocean view, and we had a very pleasant stay. The kids enjoyed the pool in the bath area, and we were also able to use games like Othello—putting our phones away and spending a fun time full of laughter. One small disappointment was that the amenity loungewear felt a bit worn, and the ties were loose so it didn’t fit securely. All of the staff were cheerful and also recommended great places to visit in Izu. Thank you very much.

    Spacious!

    Although some of the Facility is a bit dated, it is well maintained and clean. The Room is condominium-style and exceptionally spacious. Meals are served buffet-style but are very delicious, and the service is on par with a city Hotel. It was ideal in every way. We will definitely stay again.

    The corner Room’s bath had an amazing view and was fantastic.

    We stayed in a corner Room, and the view was amazing—we could see all the way out to the ocean. The bath was especially impressive: it was spacious and had a great view outside, so it felt like an open-air bath, but indoors without getting cold. Watching the sunset and seeing the stars made it truly wonderful. However, since the corridor outside the Room is outdoors, it was windy and cold when walking through, which was disappointing. The elevator also took a long time to arrive, so we ended up getting chilled in the winter cold. Aside from that, all of the staff were kind, and we were able to spend a very relaxing time.

    The meals were absolutely delicious.

    The entrance was a bit hard to find, but the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Since the building is apartment-style, the corridor in front of the Room is outdoors, and it was tough on a cold, windy day. However, although the changing area in the bathroom was small, the bathing area itself was spacious and very nice. Dinner was a buffet with a wide variety of ingredients, and everyone—from children to seniors—was very satisfied. We visited as a group, and they were considerate enough to seat our large party together, so we had a great time. We would definitely like to visit again.

    Thank you for upgrad...

    Thank you for upgrading us from the Room in our Reservation Plan, which allowed us to relax and enjoy a spacious stay. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side, so we could not enjoy the view from the Room, but the staff were wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. This time we stayed for one night, but we are already talking about staying two nights next time. The only disappointment was how crowded breakfast was—we couldn’t take our time and enjoy the meal.

    Overall the best

    Our group of five homemakers was especially happy with the ease of having both breakfast and dinner buffets. The sashimi at the dinner buffet was thinly sliced but very fresh and delicious! Breakfast also featured an excellent dried horse mackerel, and the French toast was incredibly tasty. As for the large public bath, since we were traveling with friends we chose it over a Room with a scenic view bath, but we felt there were too few washing stations. We worry what it would be like when fully booked.

    Overall, it was good.

    The Facility was spacious and well equipped, and even though we were traveling with our dog, we were able to relax. We chose the dinner buffet, and the food was decent. The only downside was that at the dinner buffet we were told sparkling water was not included and couldn’t get any. Our family ordered about five alcoholic drinks (cocktails, etc.), but one of them was too sweet for me, so I wanted to dilute it with sparkling water; however, we were told that the sparkling water from the drink machine costs extra. It was disappointing that carbonated soft drinks are included in the buffet, yet sparkling water is charged separately. Other than that, everything was good.

    Excellent value for money

    The Room was spacious, and we had a comfortable stay. The dog run also had beautiful Kawazu cherry blossoms in bloom, and it was large enough for our Sheltie to run around freely. This is a Hotel we would like to stay at again.

    Relax for both pets and people. Done as your regular accommodation.

    Due to bear issues, we canceled our multiple night stay reservation in Nasu and chose this place instead, which turned out to be the perfect decision. This will definitely be our go-to accommodation from now on. It feels like owning a spacious pet-friendly resort apartment. Unlike other facilities with poor views for pet-friendly rooms, here you can enjoy a sunrise over the ocean near Oshima and a full view of Mt. Omuro on the opposite side. The sunrise from the open-air bath was especially rejuvenating for the soul. With amenities like a kitchen and dining table, there’s no need to worry about any inconveniences or shortages during your stay. Nearby tourist spots are just about 10 minutes away by car, allowing you to explore at your leisure before returning to enjoy activities like swimming in the heated pool or playing table tennis. We recommend visiting during an off-season period with plenty of sunny days!

    The view was amazing!

    I have used this place multiple times, and recently the Room has become very clean, possibly due to renovations. The view from the Room is fantastic, giving a vibe as if you are on a southern island. I was surprised to see that there are now more activities available inside the facility, such as billiards and board games. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating, leaving an impression of significant improvement compared to before. The price is reasonable, and I highly recommend it. One downside was that while I borrowed a dish set and cooking set, both only had minimal items available, which was slightly inconvenient. Additionally, there is no supermarket nearby or convenience store within the facility; having seasonings or ingredients provided would be helpful.

    The view is great, but...

    Stayed on the 7th floor, the top floor. Smoking was allowed on the terrace, which was nice, but it was quite dirty. The razor provided was an old and dull one. The refrigerator had separate sections for freezing and cooling, which was convenient. There was also a microwave, which was helpful. However, there were no shopping facilities nearby or within the accommodation itself. The hotel staff's service was excellent. The breathtaking night sky full of stars at midnight is unforgettable. Whether I will stay again or not is uncertain. Thank you for two days of hospitality!

    The view is spectacular.

    We visited with a Maltese and five adults. The living room was spacious, making it perfect for a large group. The large windows offered an amazing view of the sea, and we could enjoy a beautiful sunrise. The bedrooms were great, but the Japanese-style room felt slightly cramped for three people. The Onsen was also wonderful. However, it was disappointing that the restaurant did not allow dogs. It would be great if there were zones where dogs are permitted.

    The view was amazing!

    You can enjoy meals and bathing while gazing at the sea, which was very satisfying. The spacious 100 square meter Room allowed for a relaxing stay.

    A true resort condominium

    The resort condominium is too outdated to be used as a Hotel. Even the renovated Rooms lack luxury, and the hallways and elevator details show noticeable age and dirt. It makes more sense to think of it as a rental apartment rather than a Hotel. The breakfast and dinner buffet were surprisingly well-prepared, with good taste, which was a relief given the overall disappointment. However, there was an atmosphere of people crowding around for food due to limited space, which diminished any sense of being in a proper Hotel setting. The lockers and washing areas at the pool and bath facilities were very limited in number, leading to constant overcrowding. All staff members provided polite and kind service. A full-scale renovation is highly recommended for improvement overall.

    There are many situations where we need to be considerate of the construction workers, which was a bit surprising. Also, local cars speeding through the Facility's roads are truly frightening. The food was absolutely satisfying.

    Day Use Available

    We enjoyed a weekday day-use stay for our family of five. Available from 1 PM to 9 PM, we had a fulfilling day with tennis, table tennis, an indoor pool, and the Onsen. The Room was very clean, and the rented kitchen utensils were spotless and pleasant to use. There was nothing to complain about—if it were closer to home, we would love to visit every month!

    It was comfortable!

    Stayed in a 2LDK Room with the "Room by Request" option. Priced in the 10,000 yen range, the Room was spacious with a great view, offering excellent value for money. The open-air bath was slightly hot, but the large public bath was very spacious. Breakfast included options like omelets and French toast, which were delicious.

    Grandchild's Birthday Celebration Trip

    This was our first stay, and it’s perfect for families with small children or groups of young people. We stayed here as a family to celebrate our grandchild's birthday. Despite the many guests, it didn’t bother us at all, and we were able to relax comfortably without any concerns. Although we were worried about heavy rain, it only rained heavily at night, and both days during our activities were rain-free, making for a great trip. The area around the accommodation is filled with child-friendly facilities that can’t be fully enjoyed in just one night. Dinner was enjoyable without worrying about others around us. Thank you very much. For dinner in the room (fisherman’s seafood hot pot), we had bought plenty of extra items from a nearby supermarket just in case there wasn’t enough food. However, the seafood hot pot provided was so generous that we ended up with leftovers. If there had been more detailed information about the dinner menu beforehand, it could have helped avoid waste. Additionally, having an easy-to-understand corner at the hotel introducing various nearby facilities (especially for children) would be helpful. Thank you again for your hospitality!

    Village Izu Kogen

    I decided on this Hotel with Shuttle Service as I wanted to visit Gran Illumi. The Room was spacious, the dining area was clean, and the large public bath was excellent. I would love to stay here again.

    Ideal for use with friends and family.

    The Room was spacious and clean, and the view from the Room was amazing, making me very satisfied as soon as I entered. The staff were all polite and attentive. However, I was concerned about the thinness of the futon (both mattress and duvet, as well as the pillow) and felt that it had a slightly musty smell. Similarly, the bed's comfort level was not very satisfactory. Additionally, there seemed to be a smell coming from the bathroom pipes. Considering the affordable price, I think it is reasonable for such Facilities; however, improvements would be greatly appreciated.

    There are no koi fish.

    We stayed for 3 nights as a family of three. The room was spacious enough to play hide-and-seek, the pool was free to use as many times as we wanted, the food was delicious whether it was a buffet or in-room dining, there was an onsen, and we even enjoyed karaoke! Even though it was a cold February season, the surrounding facilities were not crowded even on weekends, making it very comfortable. There was only one small disappointment—my son had been looking forward to seeing koi fish (as shown in older review photos), but when we asked at the front desk, they said there were none. He felt a bit down about that. Other than that minor issue, it was such an enjoyable trip! We will definitely come back again!

    Dog-friendly

    Stayed with my wife and our 6-year-old Yorkie. The Room was more spacious than expected, with an excellent view from the window. The Room seemed newly renovated and was very clean. We had sukiyaki in the Room for dinner; the portion was modest, and the flavor leaned sweet. Since we brought a sashimi platter, it balanced out perfectly. The dog run was also available, which we enjoyed!

    Stay with Your Beloved Dog

    I stayed here looking for a Property where I could stay with my beloved dog and enjoy an Onsen. The view is fantastic, and the Room is stress-free for both the dog and the owner. I chose a Plan without meals and ordered delivery, but next time I would like to try the meals as well. Shizuoka is a place I love, where you can see Mt. Fuji and enjoy the Onsen. I will visit again!

    Family-friendly

    During our stay, it rained heavily, and we ended up spending the day at the Hotel. However, we were able to enjoy our time leisurely with activities such as the kids' room, billiards, and calligraphy. On the other hand, since the pool usage time started at 1300, it would have been nice if it was available before noon. Additionally, it would be even better if the number of picture books could be increased a bit more. The challenging part was the sleeping environment. The Japanese-style room did not have curtains, so even with all the lights off, it was quite bright, to the point where we could see each other's faces. The children seemed to have trouble sleeping and ended up waking up at 3 AM. Moreover, whether it was a child or a dog, someone upstairs was running around. We consulted the front desk once at 9 PM, but it didn't improve much, and the footsteps continued past 11 PM, making it difficult to fall asleep, which was unfortunate. Perhaps the walls are thin? The sound seemed to echo quite a bit. As for the meals, the rice bowl made with sashimi at night was delicious. All the staff members were very polite and kind. Thank you very much.

    We stayed with a family of six, including our 8-month-old grandchild. We also had two Yorkies with us! The availability of baby food was very helpful. The view from the bath was great, and our second day was filled with sightseeing and other activities. If I had to say, I would have liked a mattress for the futon. Also, in the kitchen, it would have been nice to have more than just one sheet of kitchen paper and Quickle Wiper, as we stayed for two nights and could have used a few more sheets. It was a great place. Thank you very much!
