    Hotels Nearest to the Ophthalmology Clinic

    We stayed at Fontaine, the closest Hotel, for my husband’s eye surgery. It was very convenient with direct access from the station.

    First Stay

    This was my first time staying here. The Room was clean, and the direct access to the station was very convenient. The staff were also kind and helpful. However, I noticed two issues: 1) There was some trash behind the TV stand. 2) The aluminum cover for the bathtub drain (?) was not installed. I picked up the trash behind the TV stand and put it in the bin, but I left the drain cover as it was because I didn’t want to install it incorrectly. Since the Room is otherwise very clean, I hope there won’t be any small oversights like these in the future.

    Very convenient!

    I stayed here to attend concerts at Suntory Hall on two consecutive days. It was very close and reasonably priced, which was great. The Room was also easy to use, and I’m satisfied. I’d like to stay here again when I come for a concert.

    This is the best Hotel near Suntory Hall!

    I stayed here for a 1-night, 2-day trip to Tokyo. I made a Reservation at this Hotel because I was going to a concert at Suntory Hall and wanted somewhere within walking distance. It really was less than a 10-minute walk, and I would like to stay at this Hotel again when I visit Suntory Hall. The Tokyo Metro station is also very close, so even though I’m not used to getting around Tokyo, I was able to arrive without getting lost. They kindly stored my luggage before check-in and also gave me a map to Suntory Hall. Everyone was wonderful—both the staff at the front desk and those I passed in the hallway were all very kind. Also, I was told there was an issue with the 30 m² Room I had originally reserved, so they upgraded me to a 40 m² Room. It was so clean and beautiful—I was thrilled! The bathroom and everything else were spotless as well, so I felt comfortable using them. It had been a while since my last trip to Tokyo, and thanks to this Hotel I had such a lovely time. Thank you very much!

    Greetings and Breakfast

    The greetings felt a bit lacking. Since about 90% of the guests are foreigners, it may not be very Japanese in style.\nBreakfast was the same for both days with limited variety, which was disappointing.\nIt was also disappointing that there was no way to warm up the bread.

    I stayed here to enj...

    I stayed here to enjoy the nearby cherry blossoms. I was able to admire the illuminated cherry blossoms until the lights went out, and the next morning, I fully enjoyed them again under a clear blue sky. The Room was on the top floor, and although just slightly, I could see the cherry blossoms from the window. Thank you very much. I got my meals from the convenience store on the first floor, which was convenient and great. Thanks to the beautiful blooming of cherry blossoms and perfect weather, it became a memorable stay. I have stayed here several times before and would love to stay again in the future.

    The Room is very good, but the breakfast is mediocre.

    The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable with no dust at all. I was impressed that the humidifier tank and filter were spotless. The amenities were well-prepared, and the Snow Skin Cleansing Foam left my skin so smooth and moisturized that I’m considering switching to it at home. I was completely satisfied with the room and facility! However, I had reserved this place looking forward to trying the much-talked-about popovers for breakfast, but they weren’t available... It was so disappointing. It wasn’t just a matter of timing; they simply weren’t offered at all. Other than the popovers, the breakfast was quite ordinary. For nearly 3,000 yen, it didn’t feel worth it.

    Comfortable Stay

    I came to Tokyo for the company's year-end party, so I decided to stay here for the first time in a few months. This time, I borrowed a wired LAN cable and worked in the Room during the day, and it was quiet. The filter of the air purifier and humidifier in the Room was pure white and clean, which left a good impression. As for the shower, it can be changed to mist mode, so I thought it would be even better if there were a face mask among the amenities. Regarding the surrounding information, there is a FamilyMart nearby, which was useful when I wanted to avoid the hustle and bustle in front of the station during lunchtime or when shopping late at night.

    Stays after the concert

    After listening to the Vienna Philharmonic concert at Suntory Hall, I stayed here for the first time in two years. (Although the price had increased compared to two years ago, the excellent location was hard to resist.) I was pleasantly surprised to find that the luggage storage before and after check-in/out had become self-lockers, allowing not only small items but also suitcases to be stored with a chain. The room was clean and very quiet for a Business Hotel, allowing for a relaxing night. The showerhead was excellent, and I wanted to stay under it forever. Since I wanted a light breakfast, I went to a nearby cafe instead of the partner restaurant. The direct connection to Roppongi Itchome with many shops is also convenient. The newly opened convenience store has a rich selection, making in-room dining an option. The front desk staff provided pleasant service. (Personally, I appreciated that there were staff members wearing masks.) I will repeat my stay.

    I was unsure about a special pattern of stay (as there was a scheduled power outage), but you kindly informed me of the details via email in advance, which alleviated my concerns, so I decided to stay. Additionally, I had a minor question which I inquired about over the phone, and despite being busy, you answered me courteously.

    I made a reservation...

    I made a reservation because it was stated that there was an attached parking lot, but when I asked at the front desk on the day, I was disappointed to be informed that the affiliated parking lot was no longer available and was directed to a parking lot that costs 3500 yen for 12 hours. I wish there had been at least a note about this. If I had known, I wouldn't have made the reservation.
