    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay. The hotel is close to the station, with multiple train lines available, which was very convenient. The lobby felt lively, but I was able to relax on the top floor. I was happy to find Sekkisei toiletries among the amenities. When I visit Tokyo again, I would like to stay here again.

    Why do they explain everything one by one at check-in even though there is a machine, and on top of that, strictly following the manual?\nDo they really have to address guests by name every single time? Even though payment is already collected at check-in, why do they still confirm it again at check-out?

    Compact

    The room was a twin, but it felt cramped with the beds, making it difficult for two people to move around. The reception staff's service was the only good thing. I wouldn't use it unless it's cheaper.

    I stayed at the accommodation for a concert at Budokan. It was about a 15-minute walk to Budokan, and there was a convenience store right in front, so the location was perfect. The twin room was smaller than expected, and it felt cramped for two people. Once we opened our suitcases, there wasn’t much space to move around. There was a small table provided, but no chairs, so we had to sit on the bed, which was inconvenient. I appreciated that they brought my luggage to the room after I left it with them before check-in. The reception staff were friendly and polite with smiles. I would consider staying here again if I have another opportunity!

    Late check-in, rooms...

    Late check-in, rooms, meals, and service were excellent. Thank you very much. I would like to use your services again if I have the chance. - Points of concern: I thought it would be nice if there were more washing machines available. Also, I was a bit concerned about the front desk staff chatting in slightly loud voices at night.

    The access to everyt...

    The access to everything, including the concert at Tokyo Dome and other plans afterward, was really good. I also had breakfast. I just wanted to have milk tea, but the slightly warmed croissant was so delicious that I ended up eating two! Thank you for your hospitality.

    It might be inevitable, but I thought it was a bit too much to have to take the loungewear from beside the front desk like amenities.

    I was able to have a comfortable stay!

    Thank you very much for this time. I was able to spend comfortably. The amenities were satisfactory, and having a convenience store right in front was convenient. I felt it was sufficient as a Business Hotel. I was also pleased to have a newspaper. This time, I used a moderate double Room for one person. It was comfortable, but I felt it might be a bit cramped if two people were to use the double bed. The cleaning of the bath and toilet was very thorough. I was just a little concerned about the dust around the air conditioner, so I rated it 3 stars. Nippon Budokan and Yasukuni Shrine are just a short walk away. It might be a bit far if you plan to go to the Imperial Palace, but the distance to the Chidorigafuchi area is not a problem at all. I recommend it!

    Accommodation for the live event.

    I stayed for a concert at the Budokan. I stayed here last year as well, and since it's close, I chose to stay here again this time. I had some time before check-in, so I left my suitcase with them. When I checked in, they had already brought it to my room, which was very helpful. After the concert, the air conditioning in the room wasn't great, and although the humidity wasn't particularly high, I used the air purifier overnight. Since breakfast was included, I went around 9 o'clock, but it was disappointing that the soup was cold. The bread, however, was delicious.
