    It was very quiet and comfortable.

    At this price, being so close to Otemachi is truly appreciated. The Room was quiet, the other guests were pleasant, and my stay was very comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Whenever I need to be in Otemachi and stay the night before, I would gladly stay here again.

    Thank you for hostin...

    Thank you for hosting us for one night with the No Meals Included plan. From Kanda Station, you can enjoy a lively street lined with izakayas, convenience stores, and other eateries on both sides, and you’ll arrive at the Hotel before you know it. We noticed a slightly damp smell in the loungewear and that the shower water pressure was a bit low, but the staff were courteous and the Room was well cleaned and neatly maintained. We would be happy to stay again if we have another opportunity.

    Not clean.

    The humidifier was covered in mold and unusable. I considered asking for a replacement, but I arrived late at night and, feeling both apologetic and exhausted, I gave up on making the request. Rather than “we’ll replace it if you tell us,” I would like you to thoroughly check these things during cleaning in advance. There was also a lot of mold in the bathtub, and there was a brown line near the bottom of the tub as well. It seriously lacked cleanliness... This didn’t happen when I stayed at other Villa Fontaine properties, which is why I chose to stay this time, but there are plenty of Hotels in Tokyo with similar locations and prices, so next time I will choose another Business Hotel.

    Immaculately clean

    The Room has a simple design, but it was exceptionally clean and very comfortable to stay in.

    Convenient and clean

    I stayed for a business trip. I really appreciated having coffee packets among the amenities. However, I think it would be better if loungewear were provided in each Room. There was a convenience store right next to the Hotel, which was very handy. This is a Hotel with great value for money. The front desk staff were also kind. Thank you very much.

    A Top-Class Business Hotel

    Everything you need is provided. The nearest station is a bit of a “Texas hit” in baseball terms—far from anywhere (but that also means it’s accessible from anywhere). I was surprised that the area in front of the Room is exposed to the outside air, but it wasn’t an issue. You may hear some noise from the neighboring Room, though.

    Satisfied.

    Although compact, the room was clean, functional, and comfortable. The unit bath had a larger-than-usual tub, so I could relax and unwind. The staff were kind as well, and I would like to stay here again. It was also conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store just around the corner.

    Within walking dista...

    Within walking distance from Metro Otemachi Station and JR Kanda Station, it was very convenient. I chose this Hotel to watch a play at Yomiuri Otemachi Hall, and its proximity made traveling in the heat easy.

    Ordinary Business Hotel

    I was attracted by the name and location and made a reservation. It is close to Otemachi and has good access. I expected a bit more sense from the name Villa Fontaine, but it is quite ordinary, and the amenities are somewhat bland.

    Spacious

    The Room and the unit bath were more spacious than I had imagined. I was able to fill the bathtub and soak, which relieved my body fatigue. When I got off the elevator on the 10th floor, I was surprised by the cold hallway. It was like an apartment building with an outdoor corridor. It was interesting. Although my check-in was late, some amenities on the first floor were not replenished. After checking out, I was very grateful that they kept my luggage, but I was troubled when asked for the room number after inserting the card into the payment machine. I managed by providing my name and phone number, but if it was necessary, I had already spoken with the front desk before inserting it into the payment machine, so I wish they had asked me beforehand. I walked from Tokyo Station while exploring, and it was convenient as Otemachi and Kanda Station were also nearby. Thank you very much. I will use it again.
