  Many international visitors.

  Due to a flight delay, I was stranded and ended up staying here at short notice. As expected, it was packed with international tourists. I arrived close to 1:00 a.m., and the lobby was lively with foreign visitors. Perhaps because of that, the elevator had a distinctive odor. The Room seemed fine at first, but I heard dripping water and traced it to the air conditioner—water was dripping from it. Also, one of the two key cards didn’t work, so my companion who went out shopping couldn’t get back into the Room. Unless it’s an emergency like this time, I probably wouldn’t choose it again.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and trouble caused by the odor in the elevator, the air conditioner leak, and issues with the card key. Although you chose our Hotel, we regret that we were unable to provide a stay that met your expectations. Regarding the air conditioner, it had been inspected recently; however, we have carried out additional repairs and the issue has now been resolved. We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by the card key not working properly. Our Hotel normally provides two card keys; however, as one did not respond, we are sorry for the trouble this caused during your stay. At this time, we have not yet identified the cause, but this does not change the fact that we inconvenienced you, and we again offer our sincere apologies. We take your comments seriously and will continue striving to be a Hotel where guests can stay with peace of mind and comfort. All of us look forward to welcoming you again.   Only the bathroom is...

  The bathroom and toilet were well-cleaned and maintained a good sense of cleanliness. However, I noticed a slightly rough texture on part of the bathtub's interior and a faint yellowish tint at the bottom while bathing. Overall, the Room was comfortable, the staff's service was excellent, and it was a relaxing 2-night stay.
