    I had high expectations from the images on IKYU, but the satisfaction did not match the price increase. It might be inevitable given the current inflation.

    It was quiet.

    Used for the first time in several years. It seems that some guest rooms have been renovated. Overall, it left a good impression; however, the power outlets near the bed and desk felt slightly inconvenient to use.

    Close to the station

    Affordable accommodation in Tokyo. Close to the subway station, but the walking escalator near the nearest exit was not operating on the side leading outside, making it slightly inconvenient with a suitcase as it required using only stairs. The guest room was ordinary despite showing some age. However, one downside was the smell from the bathroom drain. Still, staying in Tokyo at this price was very satisfying.

    This is an excellent Hotel.

    This was my first time using this service. I didn't have high expectations beforehand, but the Room I was guided to was very spacious, and the renovated bathroom facilities were extremely clean, making my stay very pleasant. The cleaning was thorough, and I appreciated having two towels prepared for me—it made me very happy! I also received skincare samples from KOSÉ's premium series in convenient pouches, which I gratefully used. The location is very close to Suitengumae Station and only about 10 minutes to Tokyo Station even with a transfer, making it incredibly convenient. I would love to use this service again. Thank you so much!

    It was excellent.

    Despite the rising hotel prices, I was able to stay at a very reasonable rate. It is close to the station, yet situated in a pleasantly quiet environment where I could relax. The front desk staff provided courteous service, which was excellent. I would love to come back if I have another opportunity.

    The purpose of my trip was to attend an exhibition at Tokyo Big Sight. While accommodation costs were soaring, this hotel was relatively affordable, so I chose it despite concerns about potential inconvenience in accessing Big Sight. In reality, traveling from Suitengumae Station was inconvenient, so I walked to Hatchobori Station and took the train. (I enjoy walking, so it wasn’t a problem for me.) While walking, I discovered a community bus called "Edo Bus." After some research, I found out that it costs only 100 yen and can be very convenient if used effectively. Although I couldn’t use it this time, there is a bus stop right near the hotel entrance. It might be helpful to include information on your website such as: "Edo Bus stop - 1-minute walk (destination XX, XX minutes)" or "Toei Bus stop - 15-minute walk (direct route to Tokyo Big Sight in XX minutes)." Additionally, displaying clear information around the front desk could be beneficial. (If this is already implemented and I just missed it—my apologies!) I appreciated having drip coffee and tea available anytime—it was very convenient! Next time, I'd love to stay here for sightseeing purposes. Thank you!

    Villa Fontaine Nihombashi is great!

    The Hotel and Room were very clean, which was surprising. The breakfast, including Japanese dishes, was also delicious. The staff's service (two at check-in and one at check-out for meal assistance) was excellent. Honestly, I had no expectations, but everything exceeded them! It is very close to T-CAT, making airport access extremely convenient. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.
