  I was disappointed with how the washing machine issue was handled.

  I was very disappointed about the washing machines. There are only two washing machines in the entire building, and one of them was out of order, so it was hardly usable. Even after speaking with a male staff member, nothing was done and there was no apology. I did not feel any consideration for guests who were having trouble, and the response was not very good. On the other hand, all of the female staff were kind and responded politely. That part was very good. Since there are so few washing machines, I would have appreciated some kind of support at least when one breaks down. I hope this will be improved in the future.

  Just a short walk from the Hibiya Line exit.

  I stayed for two nights to visit TDL. There are many family restaurants, eateries, and convenience stores on the way from the station to the Hotel, and I felt the location was very convenient. The Room was clean and easy to use. I would definitely like to stay again when visiting TDL. If possible, I would like the water pressure in the shower to be a bit stronger. Also, the shower curtain was not wide enough for the bathtub, so I hope this can be improved as well.
