    Could you make the system feel more human?

    You might understand that those self check-in/check-out machines are intended to make the process efficient and convenient for guests. However, I was the only guest checking in, and there were three women standing behind the counter with nothing to do. I was still asked to use self check-in, had to struggle to learn how to use it, and it took even more time. Also, I made my Reservation through a travel agency with all details provided—address, number of guests, names, and so on—but I still had to confirm everything one by one. Couldn’t they make the system feel more human?

    Thank you for your hospitality. One concern is that the lobby is on the second floor and the parking lot is far away, so it would be helpful to have a designated area for loading and unloading luggage. Especially in bad weather, it is difficult to roll suitcases over.

    First-time guest

    This was my first stay. I have stayed at many Hotels, but I was quite disappointed with the breakfast. There were few items, and they were not replenished. It may be reasonable for the price, though. The Room and other aspects were fine, and I had no issues during my stay.

    Integration error?

    It seems the IKYU Reservation data was not synced, so automated check-in and check-out were not available. Verification took time, and manual registration was required, which made the process cumbersome.

    It was almost good, but...

    For a Business Hotel, the price, Facility, service, and overall cleanliness inside the Hotel were all good. However, the breakfast buffet was disappointing: regardless of taste or variety, the rice cooker was dirty, and used cleaning cloths were left on the food table.

    It was a comfortable accommodation.

    Conveniently located near the station, there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. A convenience store is on the first floor, and all necessary amenities are available at the amenity bar. The facility is well-equipped, clean, and staffed by friendly personnel. Moreover, it offers affordable accommodation rates. If you're staying in Hamamatsu, Daiwa Roynet Hotel seems like the best choice. I hope they maintain this excellent cost-performance ratio. Although I only stay 5-6 times a year, I will continue to support them! However, regarding breakfast: while a buffet at an izakaya was offered, it didn’t suit my taste; therefore, I’ll opt for a plan without breakfast in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Overall, it was good. The breakfast, especially the sashimi, seems to be a highlight, but the portion was small and disappointing.

    Stayed here for the ...

    Stayed here for the first time. Close to the station, clean, and has a convenience store nearby. The room is spacious, with a large bed, a big TV, and a bathroom that isn't cramped. Although the window was small, the lighting was bright. Everything I personally needed was provided—stand mirror, full-length mirror, chest to open my suitcase—and it was stress-free! Thank you very much!

    I had a relaxing time.

    This was my first time staying in the Ladies' Room for one night. Compared to the room I usually use, it was brighter, cleaner, and equipped with a variety of amenities tailored for women, making it very comfortable. I also tried the foot massager for the first time. The bathroom had no concerning spots, and I enjoyed a relaxing bath using the provided bath salts. The bed was also very comfortable, allowing me to sleep well. However, one disappointing point was that the nozzle of the facial steamer was dirty, which made me hesitant to use it. In that condition, it might be better not to provide it at all. I appreciated thoughtful touches like a makeup mirror and an adjustable light stand. Depending on price differences in the future, I would consider staying in this room again. Thank you!

    It was my first stay in a while, and it was great.

    I stayed at the accommodation with my wife for the first time in two years. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the lack of a large onsen bath. The service was excellent, breakfast was delicious, and parking was affordable at 1,000 yen per night in a tower lot. Overall, it was a satisfying stay.

    I use it every year ...

    I use it every year for the Hamamatsu City Marathon, and the access to various transportation facilities is good. The Room was also clean and well-maintained, which was nice.

    I had a great stay.

    Daiwa Roynet hotels are always well-located and kept clean, making them a reliable choice for accommodation. The Hamamatsu location was also clean, with spacious beds and rooms that were excellent. A young male cleaning staff member greeted us warmly from a distance, which made us feel good. Thank you very much.

    It was very comfortable.

    Conveniently located near the station, the Room was clean and comfortable. I would have appreciated a shower cap among the amenities. The Japanese breakfast buffet was very delicious. I will use it again.

    If you are looking for a Business Hotel in Hamamatsu, this is the place.

    Convenient, clean, and reasonably spacious in front of the station. However, over ten thousand yen for a Business Hotel in Hamamatsu is quite expensive, so it might be better to splurge a little more for Okura. For a Multiple Night Stay, the Kuretake series might be a bit cheaper. A hotel in a subtle position.

    It is very beautiful...

    It is very beautiful, and the service is excellent. I felt glad to have stayed here. The breakfast was just okay. The amenities provided were helpful and appreciated, and I was pleased to find coffee packs and tea, which is a nice touch from the Daiwa series.

    It was close to the ...

    It was close to the station (Hamamatsu, Daiichi-dori), the room was relatively clean, and there was no particular vibration or noise, making it comfortable. I plan to use this as my base for business trips to Hamamatsu for the time being.
