    This is my third stay here. Once a year when I visit Kobe, I stay with my grandchild. My 15-year-old grandchild really loves it and always says, “I want to stay at the same Hotel again this year!” Drinks and shampoo are available in front of the front desk, which also seems to be one of the highlights. Breakfast offers a great variety and is very delicious. My grandchild ate a lot from the morning. The staff’s service with warm smiles (especially the male staff) was wonderful. The front desk staff were also very pleasant, and I was able to check in and check out comfortably. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and there was also an air purifier, so I could sleep peacefully and feel refreshed. The Room was clean and well maintained, so we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    The Hotel Room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable, so I had a pleasant stay. The staff were also very polite and provided kind service.

    This was my first time staying here.

    We really appreciated that you let us check in earlier after assessing the situation. Even though we had completed Online Credit Card Payment at check-in, we were surprised to be charged for the stay. However, you checked immediately and apologized. All the front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. The nightwear and pillowcases had an unpleasant, lingering odor. The bottom of the bathtub was discolored brown. There was no tea provided in the tea set. It was disappointing because the front desk service was so good. We appreciated the welcome drink. It was a nice, quiet Hotel close to Sannomiya Station.

    The cleaning felt careless: the bathroom was slippery, and the mug still had lip marks on it. The bed was good, and I slept well.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    I stayed in a wonderful top-floor Room at a very reasonable price with a last-minute Reservation. The large window looked out over the expressway and the port beyond, and since I love port views, it was the best scenery—I wanted to book a Multiple Night Stay. The front desk staff had a calm, gentle atmosphere and welcoming smiles, which made me feel at ease. The welcome drink service ran for a long time, and since it was snowing that day, I was happy to have a warm drink after coming back from the cold outside. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the breakfast buffet was. The selection of Japanese and Western dishes was just right, and there was also today’s dessert, which I enjoyed with coffee. That day it was pound cake, and it was excellent. The hamburgers were also so good that I ended up eating two. It may have been because it was a last-minute Sunday Reservation at such a reasonable rate, but overall the value for money was great. In front of the Hotel is an open square like a park; although it’s next to the downtown area, it felt quiet and peaceful. I’m planning to stay again, so I’m looking forward to next time as well.

    Parking is available, and it is affordable with the option for extensions. The staff were kind and helpful. I would like to use this place again if I visit Kobe in the future.

    I have used this place multiple times.

    It requires a bit of walking from the station, but it is quiet and offers a good night's sleep, which is why I have used it multiple times. However, this time the sheets, pillows, duvet covers, and all the bedding had a strong unpleasant odor that made it difficult to sleep. Please check on this issue. I would like to use this place again in the future.

    It was great.

    Although it seemed a bit far from the station, there is an underground passage leading close to the location, making it convenient even in bad weather. The staff provided very pleasant service, and I appreciated the availability of a phone charger when I forgot mine. While the facility shows some age, its convenience and well-equipped amenities make it a great choice. I would definitely consider staying here again if given the chance.

    Overall, it was good.

    The staff were very kind and helpful. However, after checking in and entering the room, I noticed a few hairs in the bathtub and on the toilet seat, so I would rate the service 3 stars. The guest room was clean with plenty of outlets, making it convenient to use, but the refrigerator did not cool well, which might be an issue during summer. Additionally, the hallway was quite dark; it would be better if it were brighter. Overall, I think this is a good Hotel and would consider staying again.

    Thank you for assigning us a high-floor room.

    Stayed again following last week's visit to Koriyama. Initially planned for one night, but extended to two nights unexpectedly. Instead of canceling and rebooking, I added an extra day to the same plan to avoid any issues during the process. The location is slightly away from the station, but it's convenient if you follow under the Port Liner tracks. Upon check-in, I was told my room was on the 15th floor—this made me happy! When I got in the elevator and realized it was the top floor, I was surprised. Walking through a dimly lit hallway and entering my room, it felt incredibly spacious. There were three beds including an extra one—I had booked a single room so I wondered if there had been a mistake! The view outside included a park below and some buildings nearby; being in the city center, this seemed natural. However, seeing mountains in the distance reminded me that this is Kobe after all. No complaints about the facilities inside; however, operating some controls at eye level proved tricky—it was either too bright or completely off with no middle ground for comfortable lighting. That said, there was a circular clock-like light near my bed which fascinated me so much that I'd love to have one at home. Breakfast in the morning hit just right—the local specialty "Bokkake" added uniqueness and fun! I even wished they offered Himeji's almond toast as well. Even after using this accommodation twice now within such short timeframes—I never got bored of it! Next time might not be as luxurious regarding rooms—but regardless—I’d still love staying here again!

    Good Business Hotel

    I stayed for 4 nights, and on the second night, I noticed the refrigerator was broken and contacted the front desk. Within minutes, they replaced it with a brand-new one. At checkout, I also received an apology from the front desk staff, which showcased their excellent hospitality. The room was adequately spacious and comfortable. However, there was one disappointment: The breakfast menu was the same every day, which might feel repetitive during a Multiple Night Stay. Adding even just one or two daily special dishes would make breakfast more enjoyable. Overall, it is an excellent hotel, and I will definitely stay again!

    Mechanical trouble is understandable, but having no water is a problem. The response of just "sorry" at checkout was questionable.

    Overall, it was satisfactory.

    Overall, the Room was clean and comfortable. I would like to thank all the front desk clerks for their assistance. On the other hand, the air conditioning was almost ineffective. I felt quite cold. I didn't inquire as it seemed like it would take time to address.

    Since it was my firs...

    Since it was my first time visiting, I used this place because the nearest station is the Trade Center on the Port Liner, but Sannomiya is also close, within a 10-minute walk. The room was a single, but it felt slightly more spacious than a Business Hotel. The bathroom was also large, and although I stayed for two days, I was able to spend my time comfortably. However, there was no place to hang clothes other than the closet, so I hung them on the bathroom doorknob or towel rack. It would be nice to have hangers in the room. The mixed juice at breakfast was delicious. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    It was an easy-to-use Room.

    I was upgraded to a ladies' room on the superior floor. From the high floor, I could see the lights of Kobe Port, and the room had a more upscale atmosphere than a Business Hotel, allowing me to relax very much. I thought it would be quite a walk from Sannomiya Station, but by avoiding the cold and walking through Sanchika, I reached the hotel in less than 5 minutes after coming up to the ground. For breakfast, I enjoyed some rare menu items such as Kobe specialty bokkake, mixed juice, and cheeseburgers. Thanks to this, I had a very enjoyable trip.

    Great satisfaction

    We stayed with our family. It was so quiet that it was hard to believe it was within walking distance to Sannomiya Station, as it is a bit away from the main street. Even our 4-year-old and 2-year-old could easily walk the distance. There are several convenience stores around, and if you go to the station, there are commercial facilities, so there were plenty of restaurants. The Hotel Room is not spacious, but it is very clean. The fact that the bathroom is a unit bath was a bit challenging with children, but we chose the Hotel based on the price, so it couldn't be helped. However, the cleaning was thorough and it was clean, so there were no complaints. We were happy that they prepared an amenity set for children and gave them snacks, and when talking to the children, they crouched down to match the children's eye level. Even our shy child was smiling and talking. Even though it was just for sleeping, we were glad we chose this Hotel, and we will use it again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    A business hotel with a passing grade

    I stayed for one night in a single, but was provided with a triple Room. Thank you very much, I was a bit careful not to dirty the other two beds, but it was convenient being close to the elevator and vending machine corner. I will use it again in February, thank you in advance.

    The TV in the Room is large.

    The amenities are not very comprehensive, so bringing your own is essential, but since it was a Multiple Night Stay, I brought them and had no issues. The TV provided in the Room was large, and I was very satisfied as I could watch YouTube on a big screen.

    I came here to sleep, but...

    This was my first stay at the Sunroute Hotel. Since they are committed to providing a good night's sleep, I, who suffer from sleep disorders, chose this hotel. Although I was late for check-in, I was relieved by the very good service, but it was disappointing that the check-out time was mistaken. I was grateful that my single room was upgraded to a twin, making it spacious. I brought a pillow of my choice into the room, but it had a strong odor and was unusable, though the room's pillow was fine, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the same smell was slightly present in the bedding, which was disappointing. The bed, which they pride themselves on, was fluffy and nice, but unfortunately, I couldn't sleep well, which was disappointing as this trip was meant for rest. The highly-rated breakfast was delicious. I have settled on the impression that Sunroute Hotel is indeed a business hotel chain.

    YouTube cannot be watched. The response from the trainee staff felt like they were working with a part-time mindset, which made me uneasy, and indeed, it was a sloppy attitude. The reservation details made through Ikkyu were not understood, and I mistakenly thought I had made an error and entered the room once. I don't want to be mistaken for a complainer by saying this and that, so I think other staff should provide support if they are in training. It's in a convenient location, the breakfast is delicious, and the room is clean, but it's disappointing that YouTube cannot be watched and the trainee staff is lacking.

    Accommodation in Kobe

    I was guided to a spacious room. The reception staff was very accommodating. The room was clean, and I was able to sleep quietly. I stayed the night before going to Akita and left early in the morning, so next time I would like to stay more leisurely. Thank you very much.
