    The biggest advantage is direct access from the station.

    I stayed here on a business trip. Since it is directly connected to the station, I didn’t need to look for the Hotel, which was very convenient. I was worried about train noise, but it wasn’t an issue at all. For breakfast, I used a Tully’s meal voucher. The portion size was just right and it was delicious.

    Truly close to the station.

    Conveniently located near the station, with very affordable parking and friendly front desk staff. The only disappointment was the coffee. It’s available in front of the front desk, but when I woke up in the morning, I wanted to have a cup in my Room—even instant would have been fine. This is purely a personal preference.

    I made a Reservation again!

    You can get here from Nagaoka Station without getting wet even when it rains, and there are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel, so you won’t have any trouble finding a place to eat. Above all, the price is very reasonable, so I made another Reservation. There is a free coffee machine in the lobby, and while the Hotel itself doesn’t seem new, the room feels clean. The staff were also pleasant and helpful.

    Close to the station, clean, and spacious beds.

    My first business trip to Nagaoka. Hotel Mets, directly connected to Nagaoka Station, was better than expected. Near the front desk, there were free coffee and tea bags, and I could take them to my Room in a lidded cup. The amenities were well stocked, and I could also choose bath salts, so I didn’t need to bring anything. Toothbrushes are provided at the sink in the Room. The bed was spacious, and there were two types of pillows, which made it very comfortable. There were plenty of power outlets around the desk as well, which was convenient.

    I used this place as I had to make a sudden trip to Nagaoka. It was very convenient being directly connected to the station. The Room was compact yet clean, and the front desk staff were kind and helpful. I would like to use it again.

    Breakfast is no longer available.

    The breakfast venue in the facility was closed, which caused inconvenience during my family member's repeated business trips to Nagaoka. Not everyone prefers bread. It would be appreciated if at least rice balls and miso soup could be provided. Please consider this suggestion.

    Stayed without meals.

    Thank you for hosting us over the weekend. The access from the station was convenient, and we had a pleasant stay. The facility was clean, and everything worked perfectly without any issues. We would love to make a reservation again if we have another opportunity. Thank you very much for this experience!

    Stays at the Hotel in front of the station, breakfast outside the Hotel

    When I used the hotel, after checking in at the front desk, the room I stayed in was on the same floor as the front desk. The key was a card type, and when I tried to enter the room, the lock's lamp lit up red. I scanned the card several times, but it remained red. After that, I had someone from the front desk come and exchange the card, and when I scanned the new card I received, the green lamp lit up, and I was able to enter. It was a mistake by the front desk staff. At breakfast, the breakfast voucher I received from the front desk was for a Vie de France store located inside the station, not within the hotel. The dining hall on the first floor of the hotel was closed. It was nice to stay in front of the station, but I was disappointed that the dining hall was closed.

    Inside the station, cheap and convenient.

    I made a reservation on a whim just before arriving on the day, and it was a pleasant inn. Other than the shower faucet being stiff (due to lime scale?), I had no complaints. There were Oguni washi paper goods (lampshades?) displayed in front of the reception, and I asked the front desk to recommend a store that sells similar items, but the store they recommended didn't have any washi items. Since these items are displayed in the hotel, they should have anticipated such questions... Nevertheless, as a business hotel, it was clean and a good inn.
