    We had a comfortable stay.

    It’s a bit of a walk after leaving the station, and the approach to the Hotel isn’t very attractive. However, the Hotel itself was excellent. The building is old, but the Room felt thoroughly clean in every corner, and the air conditioning was comfortable without being overly cold. The unit bath was fairly spacious, and with the bath salts provided I could stretch out and relax, which helped relieve my fatigue. I was also personally happy that the skincare amenities were from Kalahari. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming with warm smiles. It was my first time in Mito, and I’m glad I chose this Hotel. When I visit Mito again, I’d like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    We had a very pleasant stay.

    I liked how clean and simple everything was—it was easy to understand. The Room bathroom was clean and easy to use. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The air conditioner worked very well. I enjoyed the bath salts, and there were enough varieties to be satisfied. The disposable razor was also surprisingly good. There were plenty of outlets for charging, which was more than sufficient. Some Hotel Rooms have too few outlets or USB ports, so this felt reassuring. The blackout curtains worked properly, so I could sleep in until morning without being disturbed. On the other hand, the breakfast at Tully’s Coffee (worth 1,200 yen) wasn’t very satisfying. It can’t really be helped, though. If you don’t eat much in the morning or aren’t picky, you may still be satisfied. Depending on the time, it may not be relaxing and you might not be able to get a seat. On bad-weather days, getting there may feel like a hassle as well. However, it’s a great location for those traveling by train or limited express after breakfast. If you’re looking for a convenient Hotel near the station with a strong sense of cleanliness, I recommend this Hotel. I would stay again.

    A Hotel ideal for solo travelers

    I stayed here as a solo traveler. The rate included vouchers that could be used at Tully’s Coffee, so although no meals were provided, I was able to use them and had no trouble finding something to eat. The room was very clean, and a charger was provided as well. If I have the chance to visit Ibaraki again, I would definitely like to stay here again. At check-in, they kindly explained where to eat nearby in detail. At check-out, they saw me off with a pleasant greeting, which made it a great memory.

    Convenient location ...

    Convenient location near the station. The Room hair dryer was wet, and I was concerned about whether it was safe to use. Many Hotels these days provide showerheads and hair dryers designed with women in mind, so I hope you will consider upgrading them in the future.

    Conveniently located near the station and comfortable.

    I booked a Room at the property’s discretion (single use) and was upgraded to a twin, which I really appreciated. It was close to Mito Station, check-in and check-out were both easy, and above all the Room was clean and comfortable. The amenities next to the front desk were well stocked, and it was fun choosing from a wide variety of bath salts. I was especially happy that toothpaste was provided separately in addition to the toothbrush set. As I expect I’ll have more occasions to stay in Mito for errands, I would definitely like to use this Accommodation again next time. Thank you very much.

    Close to Mito Statio...

    Close to Mito Station, making it convenient for getting around. Breakfast was served at a restaurant within Mito Station near the Hotel, allowing guests to freely choose their meal. The travel time was comparable to moving within the Hotel itself.

    The parking information is unclear.

    This was my first time using the service, so I called in advance to inquire. I was informed that there is a Times parking lot on the premises and that they would guide me if it was full. However, at that point, it seemed they were already aware that the lot was full and nearby options were unavailable—or if not, it's strange they weren't aware. Due to being on a main road where U-turns are difficult, I spent over 20 minutes searching and ended up parking at a location more than 10 minutes away. I will not be staying here again.

    Skipped breakfast due to its poor quality.

    I am not fond of the small rooms in Business Hotels, so I opted for a twin room even though I was traveling alone. The Hotel seems to be an older building, but the interior has been updated, and features like an amenity bar and coffee service in the lounge make it satisfactory for accommodation. On the other hand, breakfast was disappointing as only light meals at a coffee shop inside a nearby station building were available, so I skipped it. At another Accommodation under the same brand in a different area without an in-house restaurant, they provided breakfast vouchers for nearby restaurants; one of them was a family restaurant offering Japanese-style breakfast. Many guests likely prefer Japanese-style options as well, so improvements are desired.

    Clean and friendly staff, making for a comfortable stay. Conveniently located near the station, with a supermarket just a 1-minute walk away. While there is no restaurant on-site for breakfast, the numerous cafes at the station made it no issue at all.

    It has been simplified compared to before.

    The front desk has been changed to an automated check-in/out system, but the standby staff provided courteous support, so there were no particular issues. This is a standard practice in modern Business Hotels and is understandable as a cost-saving effort. Conveniently located near the station, with clean water-related facilities. Very reasonable pricing, so I would like to use it again.
