    Favorite Hotel

    I stay here about once a month. The staff and everyone I meet at the Hotel are very kind, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay in the Room.

    The noise…

    This is one of my favorite Hotels, so I stay here every month. About the Room I stayed in this time: (I didn’t notice at first,) there was a constant electronic noise—like a washing machine running (a “whirring” sound)—coming from the air-conditioning vent. When I turned off the air conditioner, the noise stopped. Because of the heat, I couldn’t turn off the air conditioner, so I thought the noise might go away after a while and did not contact the front desk, but it never stopped until morning. I should have mentioned it at check-out, but I was in a hurry and left without saying anything. However, I thought it would be better to let you know, so I’m leaving this comment. (In all the Rooms I’ve stayed in before, there was never any noise like this.) I would appreciate it if you could check it. Thank you.

    An in-person front desk is still preferable.

    I understand the contactless check-in system introduced due to COVID-19, but as an older guest, I feel more comfortable with face-to-face assistance. That said, having both staffed and contactless check-in options is a good idea, especially when it’s busy. 　The elevator system for accessing the guestroom floors may be difficult to use until you get used to it. I saw someone who was having trouble. 　If possible, it would be nice to have a laundry service.

    My companion who arrived later was able to pick up the key card at the front desk early in the morning. Despite the early hour, your staff kindly assisted us. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located next to the station

    Conveniently located next to the station, with many nearby convenience stores and restaurants. Unlike some Business Hotels that only offer very small rooms of 10–13 square meters, this Hotel provides adequately spacious single Rooms. Amenities are well-prepared and cover most necessities. Check-in and check-out are self-service but simple to use.

    It was a bit disappointing.

    This was my sixth stay, but it was the smallest and darkest Room I've ever had, which was disappointing. I always choose the same type of Room, but for some reason, this one felt extremely cramped. The only positive point was that the kettle remained clean as usual, but the darkness of the Room made it an unfortunate stay.

    The room is spacious and does not feel cramped even for two people. The milk lotion among the amenities is a favorite.

    Convenient

    Directly connected to Tsudanuma Station, making it very convenient. The front desk is located on the 6th floor, and although it was not a breakfast-included plan, I enjoyed a morning meal at Denny's on the 3rd floor. The train noise was not bothersome at all. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    I use it almost ever...

    I use it almost every month. Although it's a Business Hotel, I like that the Room is spacious and the amenities are well-equipped. If possible, I would be very happy to have welcome coffee, but if there were stick-type coffee that could be enjoyed in the Room, I would be even happier...

    Comfortable welcome

    This hotel has old facilities but they are well-maintained. It is clean and pleasant. Check-in is smooth and they send you off comfortably. It is a hotel where you can feel the hospitality.

    Attentive staff available.

    At Stays, it's rare for staff to come out from behind the counter to greet guests during check-in. However, during this stay, I was greeted with a "Thank you for using us for the first time," and they even pressed the elevator button and guided me. I was a bit moved. I believe this kind of small consideration is what hospitality is all about.
