    Thank you very much.

    The corridors inside the Hotel were spacious and well air-conditioned, which felt very comfortable. The Room layout was also simple, and I was able to relax and rest well. Having direct access to the station was also very convenient.

    We used it for an after-party.

    This was my first time staying at Mets. It was easy to access via Shinagawa, and on the way back I stopped by Gotanda, so transferring to the Tokyu Line was also convenient. For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese and Western set meals, so you can enjoy whatever suits your mood.

    The parking area is disappointing.

    There is a parking lot under the Hotel, which was very convenient. However, since there are limited spaces, we had to use a distant parking lot on the second day, which was disappointing. If not traveling by car, I would love to stay again as it is close to the station.

    It was a convenient and comfortable Hotel.

    I stayed with my husband. It was a convenient and newly renovated Hotel near the station, very clean. The sound and vibration from the train did not bother us at all. Although it was under renovation, there were no particular issues. The Room had a large double bed and felt spacious enough to open our luggage without feeling cramped. Breakfast was served on the second floor at Denny's, where you could choose your favorite set from Japanese or Western menus—very reasonably priced. There is also a convenience store on the first floor, which is very handy. Parking was on a first-come-first-served basis, but we were able to use it when we checked in around 4 PM.

    I often use this Hotel for long-term stays due to work. While there are no drawers or shelves for organizing luggage, the spacious area for hanging clothes makes it convenient as I can borrow extra hangers without any issues. The staff are friendly, and the direct connection to the station makes it a very convenient Hotel. However, there is no smoking area inside, so on rainy days, it's a bit inconvenient to go outside to an uncovered smoking spot. There are two washing machines available, but they are older models that require frequent checks during use and can be slightly inconvenient when busy. Breakfast is served at Denny's downstairs; however, I don't use it regularly as having it every day can get repetitive. The bathtub is spacious and comfortable with no particular concerns in that regard. The slippers provided are reusable types, so I always bring my own slippers from home. There's also a flower shop downstairs where I buy flowers to decorate alongside small whiskey bottles I bring with me—this helps create a more relaxing atmosphere in the room's otherwise plain environment. The large desk is another great feature of this Hotel. The cleaning staff are all very pleasant and contribute positively to the overall experience of staying here—it’s truly an excellent Hotel overall! Recently, there have been more inbound travelers staying here; while this occasionally causes slight unease at night around elevators, I've never encountered any major issues so far during my stays here.

    The entrance is right in front of you as soon as you exit the ticket gate! Unmatched convenience and top-notch accessibility.

    Amid rising hotel prices in Tokyo, I decided to stay in Kawasaki City instead of central Tokyo after visiting Futako-Tamagawa for work. The hotel offers excellent access, located right in front of the elevator as you exit the station. It’s just 3 minutes to Futako-Tamagawa and provides great east-west access to places like Shinjuku and Yokohama. Staying in a spacious room at an affordable price made me realize there’s no need to insist on staying in central Tokyo. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as shopping options and places to find souvenirs. However, despite booking a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming upon arriving on the floor—it lingers throughout the day and night. It seems that not all areas on the floor are non-smoking. The room itself was clean and well-maintained with just enough space for two people to stay comfortably. From now on, I might choose slightly more distant areas over staying amidst the hustle and bustle of central Tokyo!

    Compromise

    If you are looking for simple accommodation, it is generally satisfactory, but not inexpensive. Room: Clean and equipped with essentials, but small and limiting. Being on the 7th floor, train noise was barely noticeable unless you listened carefully by the window. Service: No service as it is self-service. Bathroom: Standard unit bath. Facility: Air conditioning turns off when the card key is removed; it would be better if it stayed on during outings. Meals: Breakfast at Denny's felt overpriced.

    I was looking for a ...

    I was looking for a new Property due to the price surge of my regular Property located around Tokyo Station. This is my first time using this place, and it's a hit. Close to the station, good Facility and atmosphere, and the family restaurant downstairs also has great atmosphere and service. Done as my regular Property.
