    The staff provided attentive service, and I had a comfortable stay.

    Thank you very much for a comfortable stay the other day. The Room was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive. I was extremely satisfied and would love to stay again. There is just one point I noticed. The TV in the guest Room seems to have a maximum volume limit set at 25, which was perfectly fine for regular TV broadcasts. However, when playing streaming services such as Netflix, the audio is relatively quiet to begin with, so even at the maximum of 25 it did not become loud enough, and I found it difficult to hear clearly. I understand that setting a volume limit is likely out of consideration for other Rooms, so I think it is generally fine as it is. That said, if a guest requests to watch streaming content, allowing the volume limit to be raised slightly only during that stay (if possible) might make things more comfortable for many guests. This is just one suggestion, but I would appreciate your consideration. Although there was one small concern regarding the Facility equipment, overall it was still a very satisfying stay.     I used this accommodation for a business trip.

    The Facility was very clean and nice. The bathroom also felt spacious. Amenities were self-service, but nothing was lacking. There was also a self-service drink station, which was great. Breakfast was included, and you could choose your preferred set meal, which I felt accommodated a wide range of guests.

    Possibly the best Hotel Mets for its convenient location near the station.

    I haven’t stayed at every Hotel Mets across the whole country, but around the Tokyo area it offers great value for money. The newly developed Kawasaki area is very convenient, with good restaurants, a well-stocked Maruzen bookstore, and a post office nearby—this is my favorite hotel. Breakfast is limited to set meals at the Japanese-style café on the first floor (kishimen set, Japanese set meal, or rice ball set), so if you prefer bread in the morning, you may want to book without breakfast.

    The station was close by, which made it very convenient.

    The Room wasn’t that small, which was nice, but I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning properly and felt cold the whole time. Other than that, my stay was comfortable.

    Conveniently located near the station with a comfortable amount of space

    It’s very close to Kawasaki Station, and you don’t have to walk much above ground, so it seems like a good option even on rainy days. The Room is a comfortable size, and the bathroom area is spacious. Breakfast at Okage-an was a great deal at around 1,000 yen.

    It was wonderful!

    This was my first stay at Hotel Mets Kawasaki. The staff's service was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable! The coffee in the lobby was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese breakfast at Okagean! I would love to stay here again!

    Close to the station

    Stayed for 2 nights. The location near the station was very convenient, especially with early mornings on both days. The Room was very clean, likely due to regular filter cleaning and maintenance, which made my stay highly satisfying. Thank you very much!

    The best accommodation experience.

    Staying in the top-floor corner room made for an exceptional accommodation experience. The room's color scheme was calming, and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the affiliated parking lot was a mechanical type with staff on-site, providing great peace of mind. Being adjacent to the station with a view of the platform, there was no noise at all, which was excellent. Watching trains and people coming and going added to the enjoyment. If I have another opportunity to visit Kawasaki, I would definitely stay here again.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Self-service check-in and check-out for convenience. Secure access with card key touch on the elevator control panel. Room features individual air conditioning for easy temperature adjustment. Spacious bathtub with hotel-sized bath towels. Coffee machine available on the first floor was a nice touch.

    Weekend accommodation in the metropolitan area

    Hotels in Tokyo are expensive, but Kawasaki City, just one station away from Shinagawa, is slightly more affordable. Thank you.

    Directly connected to the station, clean and comfortable

    Clean and well-equipped with amenities, I had a comfortable stay. Being directly connected to the station, it was easy to rest immediately even when arriving tired or in the rain. The hotel's sign is small and hard to spot, so for easier access, aim for the area across from the West Exit bus terminal rather than Central West Exit to avoid getting lost.

    Convenient and Comfortable

    Conveniently connected to Kawasaki Station. While some outside noise was noticeable, the interior of the Hotel was very quiet. The provided pajamas were extremely comfortable—I want to buy them! I would definitely stay here again if I visit Kawasaki.

    Stayed for two nights.

    Located near Kawasaki Station, the accommodation is convenient with plenty of commercial facilities nearby. We traveled by car for family matters and were relieved to find a well-maintained parking facility. The room was well-equipped, and we enjoyed the exclusive breakfast set for guests at Okage-an. The desk with a chair and table set was also a nice touch. The staff were kind and helpful. There are four coin-operated laundry machines available, which made it easy to use without stress; however, the price displayed on the TV differed from the actual cost, so I had to return to my room to get more money, which was inconvenient. I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Hotel Mets locations are all clean, with excellent service and amenities that meet your needs, making them a reliable choice. It was my first time at the Kawasaki branch, but its proximity to the station made access very convenient. The breakfast at the attached Okagean was also fantastic. I will definitely stay here again when attending a live event in Yokohama.

    Satisfied with the location and price.

    This was my first stay at this accommodation. The exterior looked a bit old, which made me slightly concerned, but the interior was clean. My room was on the second floor, and when I opened the curtains, there was a walkway leading to Kawasaki Station right in front of me. While it seemed like the glass prevented people from seeing inside, it still felt a bit unsettling. The room itself was not too small and quite comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were spacious and clean, with good water pressure in the shower. The vending machines in the facility only offered soft drinks, which was inconvenient for someone like me who wanted alcoholic beverages. However, there is a convenience store nearby where you can purchase what you need. Interaction with hotel staff was limited to assistance with operating check-in and check-out machines. While it's understandable that personal interaction might be minimal at a business hotel level, I think it could have been slightly warmer. Overall, considering its proximity to the station, price point, and facilities provided, I had a satisfying stay at this accommodation.

    It was nice that there was a convenience store and a large commercial facility nearby, and it was also close to the station. Since it is next to the railway, announcements can be heard well if the Room is on the station side. It didn't bother me much. The bath was spacious, and there were bath salts among the amenities, so I could soak in it leisurely. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the chance.
