    We had a relaxing stay.

    Completely satisfied with everything—the bath, amenities, beds, sleepwear and bedding, access, and surroundings! I stay here regularly. The cleanliness and housekeeping are excellent.

    Given the seasonal rain, it was great that the property was just a short walk from the station. The staff were cheerful and courteous at check-in, which we appreciated.

    A place you’ll want to stay again and again.

    I used this Accommodation for a business trip. I booked a single Room with a bathtub and separate washing area. Personally, when traveling for work, I prefer being able to relax and bathe in my Room at my own pace rather than going out to a large public bath. I was happy that the amenities included bath salts. The shower head was fixed straight, which I found a bit difficult to use. The Room felt slightly small for opening a suitcase, but it had a humidifying air purifier and plenty of hangers, making it very convenient. It was also nice to have pajamas instead of a yukata. The location is convenient—close to the station, with convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. The coffee and tea bag service was also good. Staff interaction was minimal, but they were polite and helpful. For future business trips to Tokyo or Saitama, I would like to make this my regular Accommodation.

    Unchanging comfort and convenience

    As it had been about eight years since my last stay, I did notice some signs of aging, but the Room was clean and made for a comfortable stay. I would have appreciated a wider selection of amenities, but the access from Urawa Station was excellent, and it is also conveniently located for getting to central Tokyo. I would definitely like to stay here again when traveling around Tokyo or Saitama.

    I think it’s a good Hotel.

    Probably my fourth stay. The location is unbeatable. The Room isn’t large, but it’s not particularly small either. The bathtub is standard and not cramped. The elevator is a bit unusual, so it may take some getting used to. I’ll continue to stay here in the future.

    Thank you very much for your stay. We stayed in a twin room for 2 people with No Meals Included. We bought dinner and breakfast to eat in the room, but it would have been nice to have a small table or an extra chair. Perhaps this is standard for a Business Hotel, as we don't usually stay at one. The amenities were plentiful, the room was clean, and we would like to use it again if we have another opportunity.

    The Hotel was clean and well-maintained.

    I stayed here the night before my child's exam. The desk and light were fully equipped, making it easy to study until bedtime. The Room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast at Denny's was also delicious.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located next to the station, with plenty of shops and dining options nearby. However, there is no affiliated parking, which made finding a spot challenging.

    Stayed for a concert...

    Stayed for a concert at Saitama Super Arena. Although there was construction, it caused no issues at all. The front desk staff were all exceptionally kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

    The separate shower ...

    The separate shower booth allowed me to relax and enjoy a nice soak in the bathtub. It was great, especially since I was tired from moving. There are also delicious restaurants nearby, so I could fully enjoy Urawa. I would love to stay here again!

    I was surprised to f...

    I was surprised to find that smoking rooms were still available, but upon entering the room, I found it to be compact and comforting in a good way. I was not informed that the rooms are cleaned every three days, so cleaning had to be arranged for the next morning. Although I was told I could leave my belongings as they were, I ended up moving them outside and waited in the hallway during cleaning. Even though I wasn’t informed beforehand, I had prepared to vacate the room quickly for cleaning. However, it seemed like my presence disrupted their process as the cleaner appeared upset. After cleaning was completed and I re-entered the room, there were numerous black stains scattered on top of the bed. While there may have been some miscommunication on my part, if a room is opened for cleaning purposes, it should not end up dirtier than before. It would have been appreciated if thorough cleaning had been ensured before marking it as complete.

    The Hotel was conven...

    The Hotel was conveniently located near the station, easy to find, and exceptionally clean. The Facility and amenities were excellent, providing great satisfaction. Above all, the staff were courteous and left a positive impression. Checking in at 7 PM offered a discounted price, making it feel like a great deal. The 11 AM checkout time was also convenient. I would recommend this place to my friends and would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    Is there an issue with bed-making during a Multiple Night Stay?

    During my Multiple Night Stay at this Hotel, I found that there was no bed-making service on the second day. When I inquired at the front desk, they mentioned that there was a notice in the Room stating that bed-making would not be provided unless requested. Despite no explanation being given during check-in, it seemed as though it was my fault for not checking the notice. I stay over 100 nights annually and often have multiple night stays, but in other Hotels, it's common to use an ECO card placed on the bed or door if bed-making is unnecessary. It was surprising to find that this Hotel's standard is no bed-making service by default. While I have no other complaints about my stay here, I feel like I might forget to make a request during future Multiple Night Stays; therefore, I don't think I'll choose to stay for multiple nights again.

    The facility feels outdated.

    I chose it because of the Mets, but the Facility seemed outdated. The carpet in the guest room, in particular, stood out for its age. It's disappointing.

    Other than cost performance, it's a 5.

    I have used the same Mets in Chiba and Akasaka, and it was almost directly connected to the station, with no noise concerns, making for a comfortable stay! The amenities were plentiful, the sleepwear was good, and it even came with a deodorizing spray, leaving nothing to complain about. If it were a bit cheaper, it would have been a satisfaction level of 5!

    I needed a place to ...

    I needed a place to stay on short notice and was looking for a Hotel in Urawa, but I couldn’t find one near the station. By chance, I found an available Room and made a Reservation. It was very convenient, as it’s close to Urawa Station. The amenities were well stocked, with a good selection to choose from. The Room was extremely hot. I’m not sure if it was because it was a triple Room or due to the air conditioning. In any case, I liked that the Facility was reasonably well equipped and close to the station.

    It was beautiful.

    Although it was a unit bath, the space was spacious and very clean. Conveniently located near the station. Highly recommended.
