    Stayed in Tachikawa ...

    Stayed in Tachikawa for 4 days for my child's summer school. The hotel is directly connected to the station, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The Room was compact but spacious enough for a parent and child to stay comfortably. The coffee service was also delicious. Soundproofing was excellent; although I could hear the train noise slightly at night, it wasn't disruptive to sleep. Overall, I was very satisfied and would love to stay here again if given the chance.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    This was my first time staying in Tachikawa. The room was a corner room on the top floor next to a hallway, so it was quiet. The amenities were well-equipped, and the room was clean and comfortable, allowing me to relax. For meals, I used Tully's Coffee exclusively for guests, which wasn't crowded. I enjoyed a leisurely time while admiring the city view. If I visit Tachikawa again, I would love to stay here once more.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Directly connected to the station building at Tachikawa Station, making it very convenient. The bed mattress had just the right firmness, allowing for a great night's sleep.

    I always use this Hotel. It's my favorite Hotel, and I check it first whenever I come to Tachikawa. I will use it again.

    Close to the station and clean

    Directly connected to Tachikawa Station, offering an excellent location. I was able to make good use of my free time by shopping in the surrounding area. I added breakfast for an extra 1000 yen, but it was disappointing that any amount exceeding 1000 yen had to be paid in cash at the restaurant. There was no explanation about this, so I had to go back to my Room to get my wallet. It would have been perfect if payment could have been settled during checkout.

    It was comfortable.

    The room has been renovated, and the bathroom area is very clean. It was quiet at night compared to typical business hotels, with no noticeable noise. Check-in is self-service, but the staff are attentive and considerate. Everyone's service was excellent, making for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, and I would like to stay here again when visiting Tachikawa.

    Close to the station.

    I always stay at this accommodation when attending events in Tachikawa. This is my second time using it. It's conveniently located near the station, almost at the station itself. The front desk staff are kind and very polite. The cleaning staff were also pleasant and friendly. Amenities are well-prepared, so even if you forget something, there's no need to worry. I would definitely like to stay here again!

    2-night stay

    Directly connected to Tachikawa Station, the Hotel offers excellent access. The surrounding area includes department stores and parks, providing a pleasant environment. The Hotel has been renovated and is very clean. Thank you for taking care of us for two days.

    I made the reservati...

    I made the reservation because it said "1-minute walk from Tachikawa Station," but it felt more like 0 minutes—such a convenient Hotel. Despite bad weather, I had a very comfortable stay. There are deli shops and supermarkets so close they feel like they're inside the Hotel, which was perfect for someone like me who prefers eating in the Room. The hallway noise was a bit loud, so I’d rate it 4 stars, but it felt like 5 overall.

    Upon entering the Room, there was a noticeable body odor from the previous guest. While the Room is very clean and in an excellent location, even the comforter had a lingering smell, which was disappointing. The amenities are plentiful and everything else was great with no issues at all. In overseas Hotels, even three-star ones, I have never experienced such odors before, so this aspect was unfortunate. However, I have encountered similar smells in Japanese Hotels before. There was an air purifier in the Room, so it wasn't constant throughout my stay, but for those sensitive to smells, it might be bothersome.

    Very convenient, loc...

    Very convenient, located just steps from the station. The Room was more spacious and comfortable than expected. Amenities were self-service from the front desk area, including tea bags, lotion, and bath additives, providing everything needed. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Tachikawa.

    Convenient location. The choice of breakfast is interesting!

    Since the Hotel is attached to the station, it is very convenient. (Initially, I was confused about the entrance...) The front desk offers self-check-in, which is convenient. You can use the Lumine parking lot on the opposite side of the station for 1500 yen per night. The bed and Room are spacious and comfortable. You can enjoy a pleasant view from your Room's window overlooking the south side of the station. There are cushions attached to the wall next to the bed, making it comfortable to watch TV. The front desk has a variety of coffee and tea packs available. For breakfast, you can choose from three stores with a free voucher worth 1000 yen. However, since two of these stores only operate until 9 AM, I couldn't choose as I overslept and ended up at Yamamotoyama's (Yamamotoyama) tea rice specialty store as my only option. It was delicious though... (laughs)
