    It was a comfortable stay.

    I stayed here on a business trip, and the location near the station made it very convenient to grab a meal nearby or do a bit of shopping. The front desk staff were kind, and the amenities were well stocked. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea service. The Room was clean, spacious enough, and comfortable. I worked late preparing for the next day’s job, and having a large desk was a plus. Even though I didn’t get much sleep, the bed was wide and relaxing. For meals you can choose from restaurants in the station building; I went to Andersen because I wanted some good bread. It was reliably delicious.

    Impeccably clean

    I have stayed here several times on business trips. This time, my Room was near the elevator on the top floor, and it was very convenient and comfortable. The cleaning was also thorough, which I truly appreciated. There was a note on the desk saying that the carpet had been cleaned that day. Since I have previously been bitten by insects at a carpeted Hotel, I was very happy with such thoughtful attention. I felt this is a Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind. I would definitely like to stay again.

    It was a business trip on a rainy day, but the Hotel is directly connected to Kokubunji Station, which was very helpful. The Room was also kept clean and comfortable. Thank you very much.

    A conveniently locat...

    A conveniently located, clean Hotel directly connected to Kokubunji Station. It was great that check-in and check-out could be done at the self-service payment machine. The process was simple enough to do alone, but the front desk staff came out each time to guide me, which was very courteous. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, so even on busy mornings it was nice to grab a cup before heading out. There is no large public bath, but I was happy that the Room bathtub was clean. Plus, the amenities bar had around 10 types of bath salts available, which made choosing one fun. I could relax in a very clean Room, and I also appreciated the large window. The front desk staff were very kind as well, so I would like to stay here again when I have plans near Kokubunji. ◯Lobby ・Check-in/out via self-service payment machine ・Amenities bar (about 8–10 types of bath salts, mini towels, toothbrushes, etc.) ・Hot water and coffee machine; tea bags were available so you can make tea as well ◯Room ・The bathroom and other water areas were spotless ・The Room was very clean and relaxing ・(Depending on the Room) there was a fairly large window with a nice view overlooking Kokubunji Station and the town of Kokubunji ・The window could be opened slightly for ventilation, which was great ・Perhaps because I was given a higher-floor Room, soundproofing was solid and train noise wasn’t an issue at all ・An air purifier (Sharp?) is provided

    I stay here every ye...

    I stay here every year. A comfortable stay. Nothing particularly negative. The Mets Hotel provides a DVD player, which I really appreciate. The breakfast options are also great, with either Andersen or Tully’s as convenient locations.

    Extremely convenient.

    Mets is directly connected to the station, so even if you arrive at night, you can check in right away without getting lost. The Facility is clean and minimal, yet more than sufficient. If I had to ask for one thing, I’d appreciate a shower head with an adjustable angle. Also, although I didn’t use it, the breakfast venue is outside the Hotel and quite far away.

    Our reliable, go-to Hotel

    Whenever we visit our eldest son’s family, we choose this place for its great location and convenient transportation, plus the breakfast spots nearby. The Room is always clean, and on the upper floors you can even enjoy a nice view between the buildings. We’ll definitely stay again if we have the chance.

    What a shame about the review!

    Because the Reviews were said to be excellent, I chose this Accommodation even though it took time to get here from central Tokyo. Once I arrived at the Hotel, the building felt old and the layout was complicated—so much so that I wondered if it was an old Hotel. I stayed with some anxiety, including checking the emergency exits out of concern about what would happen in a fire. Everything else was average, but the unit bath’s mixer tap was stiff to operate and felt dated. I did not think it was excellent at all; it felt below average. It was disappointing considering the time spent traveling from central Tokyo.

    Their kind and helpful support was much appreciated.

    As no non-smoking Room was available, I made a Reservation for a smoking Room. However, the cigarette smell was stronger than expected, and I tried to manage with deodorizing spray and an air purifier. On top of that, there was a very strong sewage odor in the bathroom that made me feel sick. The deodorizing spray even gave me a headache, and I started feeling unwell. When I spoke with the front desk staff, they immediately arranged another Room for us that was very new and clean. Although it was also a.Smoking Room, it was so clean that we hardly noticed any cigarette smell at all. We were staying for my daughter’s entrance exams, so this really helped us. Thanks to them, we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

    Initially, it was a bit difficult to find the location, but once I checked in, I realized it was directly connected to the station, which was very convenient.     The staff kindly accommodated sudden changes to the Room and number of guests, allowing us to smoothly handle our plans and spend a relaxing evening with my daughter after a long time. The Japanese-Western style Room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities were well-prepared and very convenient to use. The bath with a washing area allowed me to stretch out and fully relax, warming both body and soul. After checking out the next morning, I greatly appreciated that the staff kindly offered to store my luggage. The friendly smiles and refreshing service from all the staff left a wonderful impression. I would love to stay here again in the future!

    Revisit

    I stayed in a Twin Room for two nights and had a comfortable and trouble-free experience. Basic skincare products, face wash, cleansing items, and bath additives were conveniently placed near the front desk, and the tabletop mirror in the room's drawer was very handy for makeup. If I had to mention one thing, it would be the absence of a safe. I was delighted to stay on the top floor this time.

    安心と快適さを提供する Mets Hotelでの滞在は素晴らしいものでした。 特に不便な点はありませんでした。 個人的には、Mets HotelにDVDプレイヤーが用意されているのが嬉しかったです。また、大きなテレビ画面も魅力的でした。 大画面のテレビで持参したDVDを鑑賞しました。 ベッドの正面にテレビがあるため、とても見やすかったです。 観た作品は「Les Indes Galantes」と「Le Ballet de la Nuit」。 エアコンもしっかり効いており、清潔なRoomで快適に過ごせました。

    Reliable Mets.

    Check-in and check-out are done via a machine, but the Hotel staff monitor from the back and will immediately assist if needed (and they always come out to greet you). I have stayed here multiple times, and the service is always excellent. Although the building is old and the price is relatively high, the friendliness of the front desk staff and other employees makes me want to stay here again.

    A clean and quiet Hotel for a comfortable stay.

    I expected it to be noisy since it's close to the station, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, possibly because of a complimentary upgrade. Amenities were self-service; you could take what you needed next to the futon. The bathroom was also clean. Breakfast came in the form of a 1,000 yen meal voucher usable at nearby cafes—decent but nothing extraordinary. While there are some limitations regarding meals, everything else was satisfying. I would definitely like to stay here again!

    Convenient and Comfortable

    This was my second stay at the accommodation. I use it when visiting my son's family who lives nearby. This time, I stayed on the top floor with a great view. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, making my stay very pleasant. I had a wonderful time and would love to revisit if I have another opportunity.

    Directly connected to the station, no umbrella needed even in light rain thanks to the covered walkway. Check-in is self-service and can be completed quickly if you're familiar with the process. The separate smoking rooms are surprisingly spacious, far beyond typical business accommodations, and the bathroom allows for a relaxing soak with bath salts. Bright lighting makes it convenient for applying makeup.

    Great value for money

    In Tokyo, where even business hotels exceed 20,000 yen, this accommodation offers a great deal at just over 10,000 yen for two people and is conveniently connected to the station. I was initially concerned about what kind of room it would be, but the room was spacious, and although the bathroom was combined with the toilet, it had sufficient space. I was very satisfied.     As expected, Mets delivers consistent quality.

    Mets accommodations always provide a sense of security no matter where you stay. I used to frequently stay at Tachikawa before its renovation, but since I am sensitive to smells, I chose to stay at Kokubunji this time instead of the newly renovated Tachikawa. The building feels a bit old, but it is well-maintained and has excellent soundproofing. The guest room cleaning was also very thorough. The front desk staff were pleasant and efficiently handled tasks like shipping luggage. I plan to visit again in April!

    Conveniently located near the station!

    We stayed here for our child's entrance exam. The room and bathroom were spacious, allowing us to stay comfortably. Being adjacent to the station made it incredibly convenient. We used the waiting list and were lucky to secure accommodation here, which was truly great! Thank you very much.

    I regularly use this accommodation. Directly connected to Kokubunji Station, it's very convenient. I'm happy that I can watch YouTube! The delicious coffee is free, which is much appreciated. I will continue to stay here in the future.
