    It was great.

    I stayed here for an event in Mitaka, the neighboring station. It was very convenient being close to the station, and both the property and my Room were very clean—I was extremely satisfied. The selection of amenities was more than sufficient, and I was happy to find a wide variety of bath salts. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee service, especially that I could put a lid on it and take it back to my Room. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and greeted me with smiles, which made me feel at ease during my stay. If I have another chance to visit this area, I would definitely choose this place again. This is a Hotel I can recommend to friends as well. Thank you very much.

    Great.

    It was very nice—close to the station, and the Hotel was clean. Breakfast was at Excelsior on the first floor, which also felt fresh.\nI often saw elderly guests being told they couldn’t eat without bringing the breakfast voucher because they hadn’t brought it with them. Some even brought receipts from a different stay.\nIt might be helpful to make this clearer at check-in, such as saying, “Please bring this with you for breakfast.”

    I’ve stayed here man...

    I’ve stayed here many times because the location is convenient, but this time was the worst. During the day I didn’t notice it, but there was a constant mechanical noise. I was extremely tired that night and managed to fall asleep, but the noise woke me up. Even though I stayed at a Hotel, I could barely sleep… and ended up exhausted. Train noise or outside sounds usually don’t bother me, but this mechanical sound repeated at regular intervals and was so unpleasant that it made me wake up feeling sick even while sleeping. I considered calling the front desk in the middle of the night, but since I had already unpacked my luggage, I didn’t want to change Rooms at that hour, so I didn’t. In the morning, when I asked the other person who slept in the same Room, they said it was so loud they woke up many times as well. I never expected to have an experience like this at a Hotel. It was so loud that I recorded it on my phone’s voice recorder—what was it? I’ve stayed multiple times before and have never heard anything like that. Thinking back, though, I always stayed on the side facing toward Yokado and the police box—could being on the opposite side have made a difference? I have reasons to come to Musashi-Sakai and will likely stay again in the future, but please do something about that noise.

    The management is extremely careless and sloppy.

    I realized after checkout that I had left several unopened items in the refrigerator, but the follow-up response was extremely poor. I have stayed at this Hotel before and the service was good then, which is why I chose to stay again, but I will not use this Hotel anymore. I checked out before 11:00 and asked you to store my luggage until 14:00; when I returned at 14:00 to pick it up, you could have informed me about the forgotten items and handed them to me. It is also hard to believe that the housekeeping staff mistakenly reported them as lost property belonging to a guest from another Room. On top of that, I was shocked by how careless and sloppy it was that you were not even managing whose luggage belonged to which Room. I am very disappointed.

    Clean, convenient, and kind!

    It was very close to the station, so we arrived without getting lost, and it was convenient to have everything we needed at the shopping street and the shops in the station building. We borrowed an iron, and we really appreciated that it was brought to our Room together with a large ironing board. The coffee service machine also had hot water, which felt like a nice touch even though we could boil water in the Room. The front desk staff were also very pleasant, so this is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    It’s about a 1-minute walk from Musashi-Sakai Station, so it was very convenient and easy to get to. The front desk staff also explained everything thoroughly at check-in and were very kind and helpful.

    We often stay here because it’s close to my daughter’s university, and I have never had an unpleasant experience with the service. This time as well, due to various circumstances we needed to make changes and cancel, but we truly appreciate all your help and flexibility. One thing I always wish for is a Room with a separate bath and toilet, but I understand that isn’t something that can be changed easily, so it can’t be helped. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

    A Hotel ideal for everyday stays and Multiple Night Stay

    Thank you very much for smoothly accommodating my sudden Multiple Night Stay. The Mets Hotel is a well-organized Hotel with no unnecessary extras. Check-in and check-out are streamlined, and the amenities are thoughtfully arranged so nothing is missed and everything is easy to find. The elevators also have reassuring key-card security. Because it’s stress-free, I always stay here when I have business nearby. As for the Facility rating of 3, there were no issues at all; I rated it 3 only because there is just one washing machine. I also rated the bathroom 3: you can soak in the tub and relax, but since it’s a standard three-piece unit bath, I considered it simply good. The staff are kind and provide smart, professional service, which leaves a very positive impression.

    It was a clean Hotel conveniently located near the station. I stayed here for an appointment, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Even if you forget something, there are plenty of shops nearby, so you can quickly pick up what you need. I would stay here again.

    This Accommodation is relatively affordable compared with central Tokyo. Although the Room is small, it’s clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. One thing I always wish for is a separate bath and toilet. What I’d like improved is that there is only one coin laundry machine, and it’s quite old—after washing, my clothes ended up stretched. I would really like them to replace it with a new machine and make some adjustments (such as adding a door) so they can install two machines. I feel this could be improved quickly; other business hotels have already upgraded to newer machines. There was no issue this time, but since the air conditioning is centralized throughout the building, you need to be careful during seasonal transitions. Housekeeping came to my Room at 10:00. Even though I told them I was sleeping and asked them to come later, they came three times by 11:30. It was a three-night Multiple Night Stay, but the next day they knocked again at 10:00. Since it was my day off, I wanted to sleep in, so this was disappointing. As it was a Multiple Night Stay, I wish they had noted after day one that this Room should be serviced later. Personally, I stay here because I have business in Musashi-Sakai, but Shinjuku is also easy to reach. There’s an Ito-Yokado right in front of the hotel as well, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat. I think it’s in a very convenient location.

    I look forward to staying here again.

    This was my second stay, and although I made a same-day reservation without specifying a room, I was assigned a twin room at the very end of the hallway. The staff's response was calm and pleasant, and while the room showed some signs of aging, it was clean and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the analog clock and mirror for makeup—small details that are sometimes missing in other hotels or ryokans. The pajamas being separate top and bottom pieces were also a great feature. Musashi-Sakai Station has delis, bakeries, and pharmacies nearby, making it very convenient. I can't think of anything that needs improvement. I would love to stay here again!

    Conveniently located near the station

    Located right next to the station, it offers excellent access and convenience. The station's illumination was beautiful. The amenities and welcome coffee were a delightful touch. Wine glasses were available to borrow at the front desk, allowing for a relaxing evening experience.

    The location, equivalent to being inside the station, was very convenient.

    I stayed for two nights, and the area, with many schools from elementary to university, was a calm and pleasant town that provided a comfortable atmosphere. The surrounding restaurants were abundant, making it a Hotel that helped me recover from the fatigue of daytime activities.

    A Relaxing Hotel

    The air conditioning is clean due to the renovation. The room in the "Leave-it-to-us Plan" has a spacious bed and is very clean! The breakfast refill service is great. The availability of about 5 types of bath additives is amazing. With thoughtful services that exceed the price, this is a Hotel I would love to stay at again.

    1-minute walk from the station! Affordable rates!

    Very close to the station and easy to find. A wide variety of bath additives, which was exciting! The hot sandwich and Darjeeling tea for breakfast were simple and nice. The smell at the Hotel entrance was a bit concerning (aromas like lemongrass or other citrus scents would be great).

    First Accommodation Stay

    This was my first stay, and the staff handled minor issues during check-in and breakfast with great care. The cleaning and towel exchange during my Multiple Night Stay were clear and made my time in the room comfortable. The breakfast at Excelsior Café was delicious, and the staff were pleasant, making for a warm start to the day. However, as my Room faced the railway tracks, I noticed some noise from trains stopping and departing, but I quickly fell asleep regardless.

    The location right next to the station was excellent. The customer service was also great. It was so comfortable that I extended my stay by one day. It would have been even better if disposable slippers were provided.

    First-time accommodation.

    I usually stay at higher-end hotels, but due to location reasons, I chose this accommodation. The bathroom, which I was most concerned about, is a unit bath but reasonably clean, so I felt relieved. The worst part was on a hot day in late March when the room only had heating. When I called the front desk, they informed me that the central air conditioning would switch to cooling from April 1st. The provided fan was not enough to help. It was unbearably hot and almost unbearable. At the front desk, there were even Chinese tourists angrily complaining about falling ill after enduring several days of heat. After experiencing that heat for days myself... I completely understand their frustration. Fortunately for us, it got colder starting the next day, so we only endured two days of heat. However, by April 1st when cooling started working despite cold weather outside—it became chilly in the room instead! While being cold is more tolerable than being too hot—this centralized system poses challenges indeed; perhaps allowing staff flexibility over settings could prevent such issues—or refunds might feel justified under these circumstances! Other than temperature control problems—the small-sized room still managed comfort overall… Another improvement suggestion involves increasing coin laundry machines availability since having just one across premises proved insufficient during peak times where waiting exceeded an hour sometimes leading users into late-night usage struggles unnecessarily prolonging inconvenience cycles repeatedly frustrating guests alike! Despite affordable pricing alongside cleanliness aspects positively standing out otherwise—the hotel left mixed impressions ultimately disappointing experience-wise overall unfortunately!

    Always perfect.

    I have used this accommodation multiple times. Even during renovations, I was able to stay comfortably without any issues. However, this time the ventilation fan in the unit bath was not functioning, causing the bathroom to be covered in water droplets, including the bathroom door and toilet. I was worried about a false alarm from the detector, but it turned out fine. I believe this might be due to the renovation work, so I will stay here again without concern.

    The hot water stoppe...

    The hot water stopped during the bath, and only cold water came out for a while, causing the bathwater to cool down completely. Even before checking out the next day, I planned to use the bathroom in the Room but couldn't use the shower as it kept blinking "Preparing" when I pressed the button. It worked fine the previous day; I'm not sure if it's due to peak usage times, but I was shocked that I couldn't wash up. The air purifier and humidifier combo in the Room had no water in it. I wasn't sure if it was because humidification wasn't allowed during this season or if I needed to add water myself—it just blew cold air and felt chilly. For breakfast, I chose thick toast, but it was hard and not tasty. However, its location is great; it's clean and tidy with all necessary amenities provided. There were no noise issues from neighboring rooms either, so overall, I'm satisfied. The Hotel staff were all kind and friendly as well!

    Stayed with my elderly mother to prepare for snowfall. The self-check-in process was reassuring as staff were available to assist both online and in person. The staff were consistently kind, whether arranging a taxi or during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant hotel experience.

    After a long drive, I was exhausted, but after using the bath salts provided in the amenities and soaking in the bathtub, I had a great sleep and felt completely refreshed. The Room was clean and just the right size. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you very much!

    I used it for my child's entrance exam. The desk was large enough to study, and a stand was also provided. Many hotels made me sleepy, but that wasn't the case here. The room and unit bath were very clean, and all the staff were pleasant. If you become a member of the JR Hotel, checkout is at 12:00, and if available, you can extend until 14:00 for 1,000 yen per hour. I recommend it to those considering it for exams. The hotel is really close to the station, and there is everything around. Personally, the police box and bookstore in front provided a sense of security and convenience. I would like to use it again.

    It's very convenient.

    I stayed because I had business at a nearby university. It was very convenient as it is really close to the station. My stay became somewhat difficult because I mistakenly reserved a smoking room, but I managed to get through it by using the air purifier in the room to the fullest... The staff's response was very good. I used the café downstairs for breakfast, and the service was good and the food was delicious. I think it is highly recommended when you have business around Musashisakai (Musashisakai) Station.
