    Satisfied

    I stayed here with my second-grade child to attend an event. Despite being right above the station, it was very quiet, and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. My child was thrilled with the bath salts in the amenities. There was also a great selection of drinks available, which helped us unwind. It’s nice to experience an out-of-the-ordinary Hotel stay once in a while.

    Sounds good.

    This is by far the best Hotel in the area. It’s clean, and compared to around Shinjuku Station, the price is more affordable.

    Very convenient and clean.

    Directly connected to the station, very convenient. The entrance and all areas were clean, and the front desk staff kindly guided me during check-in, which was very helpful. I also passed the housekeeping staff, who greeted me pleasantly, making my departure feel great. Thank you very much. The shower water pressure was good, and hot water came out quickly. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    It was a very clean and quiet Room!

    The Room was very clean and felt fresh and well maintained. Since it is directly connected to the station, I expected some noise, but the soundproofing was excellent and I couldn’t hear any trains at all—quiet both day and night. There are many great places to eat nearby in Koenji. It was especially nice to be able to enjoy drinks at a local izakaya and still get back to the Room right away (laugh). I would love to stay again. There were no negative points in particular.

    It was comfortable.

    My daughter and I stayed here together. The location is just a short walk from the station, and the Room was spacious, so we had a very comfortable stay. Having a desk where I could write was especially nice. I would like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    It was very good, but…

    Close to the station, yet not noisy from the trains... I stayed for two nights, and even though I was only in the Room in the morning and at night, for some reason the tissues ran out on the second night. I got back late, so it was really inconvenient to bring it up at that hour. There were no tissues by the sink, and there were no spares either, so I felt I would need to bring my own next time.

    Thank you for taking care of my son.

    My son stays here a few times a year. Recently, it seems they’ve reduced staffing costs, and the amenities have become even more well stocked. We’ve been coming for many years, and it feels as comfortable as home. Thank you.

    Hotel Mets is excellent.

    When I need to stay overnight in the Kanto area, I use the Hotel Mets group. It’s always conveniently located right next to the station, and I’m very satisfied with both the Room and the meals. I look forward to staying with you again.\n\nOne thing I find impressive is that there are emergency breathing hoods for each guest attached to the inside of the door in case of a fire or other emergency, which is very reassuring. Hopefully we’ll never need them, but I think it’s a great idea.

    Stay for two (one parent and one child)

    My son lives in Koenji, and I regularly travel up to Tokyo from out of town. This Hotel is nearby and very convenient, so this was my second stay. The Room was clean, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, which I truly appreciated. Thank you very much. I look forward to staying again.

    Thank you for a great night’s sleep.

    Although it’s close to the station, it was very quiet and we were able to relax. The bedding was especially comfortable, and we slept very well.

    I had a relaxing time.

    Convenient location with easy access to shopping, and the stay was clean and comfortable. However, the check-in process was inconvenient. Although it was done via a machine, a staff member appeared on the screen to talk (I initially thought it was AI), and there were two more employees behind the machine. If there are guests waiting in line for check-in, shouldn't available staff assist at the counter instead?

    Spacious Room Layout

    Stayed in a twin room with a friend. It was quiet without hearing any noise from the neighbors, and the spacious layout made it very comfortable. It would be convenient if there were baskets or similar items in the bathroom large enough for two people (for two guests). I would love to stay here again someday.

    Close to the station

    The location near the station was excellent. The room was spacious, and both the bathroom and toilet were clean and roomy. I stayed with breakfast included, but it was a bit disappointing that breakfast was served at Denny's on the lower floor.

    It was comfortable.

    Thank you for upgrading the Room. The interior was bright, and the bedding, including the mattress, duvet, and pillows, was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The proximity to the station is also a great advantage.

    Thank you for your hospitality. I stayed here for work and realized once again how much hotel prices in Tokyo have increased. The amenities were plentiful, especially the variety of bath salts, which I really appreciated. The entrance being right next to the station is very convenient. While many hotels now use machines for check-in, other hotels still provide a bit more personal attention. If it was assumed I could manage on my own, I appreciate that consideration, but still... it felt a bit lacking. The bed, pillows, and bedding were excellent and very comfortable to sleep on. There were also plenty of hangers available, which was great. Thank you very much!

    Had a relaxing stay.

    Conveniently located near the station. The Room was upgraded, making it spacious and very comfortable to relax in. JR-East Hotel Mets Group provides bottled water, which is very helpful. I would like to stay at this Hotel again when I have business nearby.

    Friendly and clean.

    Stayed for one night to refresh. The Room was clean and had plenty of amenities. There was a notice about potential noise due to construction at Koenji Station, but it didn’t bother me at all. However, I found the location of the vending machine hard to find, and the pillow was too soft for my preference. The staff were kind, and I would love to stay here again.

    It was a clean and beautiful Room.

    Since it is close to my daughter's apartment, my husband stayed here alone last time, and this time I stayed alone. It was a Plan from 7:00 PM to 11:00 AM. During the check-in process at the screen, there was a female staff member right in front of me, but she did not greet me or say "Welcome," and kept her head down. When I asked about something unclear, her voice was hard to hear, and her response felt rather impersonal. For someone like me who is an older guest unfamiliar with such processes, I would appreciate it if staff could pause their tasks briefly to assist more attentively. The male staff members the next morning greeted everyone with a cheerful "Good morning!" and were attentive. The Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. Personally, as I am not fond of large mirrors, I appreciated having a TV in front of the bed instead—it was perfect for me! The air conditioner made some noise when turned on, so I switched it off but still had a restful sleep until morning. The location is very convenient, so I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much!

    Close to the station, clean, and highly convenient.

    This is my second stay. Very convenient as it’s next to the station! Perfect location to enjoy Koenji and close to Shinjuku. This time, my room was upgraded, and I’m very satisfied. The toilet and bath are user-friendly, which made me very happy... Breakfast is at Denny’s in the same building... It starts from 6 AM, so it’s recommended for early risers.

    Close to the station and convenient.

    I used this hotel for a business trip. It is conveniently located close to the station. Despite being near the station and the rotary, the surrounding noise was not much of a concern. I appreciated that they kindly stored my luggage even before check-in.

    Ideal for business trips

    I stayed for three nights on a business trip and was very satisfied. The best part is the proximity to the station. You can get on the hotel elevator in less than a minute after exiting the ticket gate. I didn't include breakfast, but besides the designated family restaurant, there are cafes and bakeries open early in the morning in front of Koenji Station's ticket gate. The coffee, which is available for free 24 hours, is delicious. The room isn't spacious, but it's designed efficiently, so it doesn't feel cramped. Even if I returned drenched in sweat, I could wash it off in the shower, soak in a bath with various bath additives available at the amenity bar, dry my hair with a powerful hairdryer, and relax on the bed, falling asleep before I knew it. The next morning, I went out briefly to buy bread at a bakery, got some coffee, and had breakfast in the room while watching TV until the last minute. My work was in Shibuya, and although the train from Koenji was crowded, it was a short ride, so it wasn't bothersome. It's also easy to get to Shinjuku, making it really convenient. I was also pleased with the thoughtful touch of having a massage cushion on the chair. I would like to stay here again on my next business trip to Tokyo.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station, almost at the station, I was able to check in despite the heavy rain, which was a great help... They pleasantly accommodated several of my requests, which was very helpful. I would like to use it again...
