    A comfortable Hotel that suits the calm surroundings.

    The access from the station is, of course, excellent, and the Hotel’s atmosphere blends well with the surrounding area. I think it is well suited for a retreat when you happen to have some free time but cannot travel far.

    I was able to stay in the Room I wanted.

    When making my Reservation, I mentioned that I am sensitive to noise and requested a Room on the Gakushuin side. I was able to stay in the corner Room exactly as I had hoped. Even with a late-night check-in, I was able to sleep comfortably. I would like to stay here again.

    As I’m sensitive to noise, I requested a Room not facing the railway tracks, and it was comfortable just as I hoped in a Room facing Gakushuin. Thank you again, and I look forward to staying with you next time.

    I had a quiet and comfortable stay.

    Just steps from Mejiro Station and next to the wooded grounds of Gakushuin University, this Hotel is in a wonderful location that makes you forget the bustle of the city. The Starbucks on the front desk floor is a relaxing spot where both younger and older guests unwind. Breakfast vouchers can be used at Starbucks or at Doutor, about a 1-minute walk from the Hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes around the Hotel, so finding somewhere to eat was never an issue. Coffee next to the front desk is free and unlimited. We bought treats from a nearby cake shop and bakery, picked up paper plates and wooden forks at the front desk, poured coffee, and enjoyed everything in our Room. The chocolate cake from Trad Mejiro across from the Hotel was especially delicious. Perhaps because we stayed on weekdays, we were assigned a twin Room. It was spacious and very clean. The beds are Simmons and very comfortable, and separate pajama sets are provided. Amenities are self-serve next to the front desk, but there was more than enough—having 7 or 8 types of bath salts was a pleasant surprise. The bathtub was large enough to soak comfortably and helped us relax. It was quiet and extremely comfortable, so we canceled our Accommodation in Ikebukuro and extended our stay here instead. A twin wasn’t available for all nights so we had to change Rooms, but they arranged everything around our schedule and made the move smooth. Thanks to that—and to staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a truly pleasant stay.

    Very convenient

    Just one stop from Ikebukuro, and surprisingly quiet despite being right next to the station. I checked in around 11:00 p.m., and the front desk staff explained everything politely. The interior and Facility were also excellent. There was only one thing that bothered me. At check-in, I was recommended and purchased meal vouchers for breakfast at a nearby café, but when I went there, they had a better-value set available, and I didn’t receive the souvenir that was advertised as included—so it ended up being more expensive overall. Since there are plenty of cafés nearby (including chains) that offer morning sets, I regretted not just eating at one of those instead.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    This was my second stay, and once again I had a very comfortable time. It’s close to the station, so even on rainy days you can get there with hardly getting wet—very convenient. There are also convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so I plan to make this my regular Accommodation whenever I’m in Tokyo. I also had a question about cleaning, and when I spoke to one of the housekeeping staff on the floor, they responded very kindly and thoroughly. I was truly impressed. I’ll definitely stay here again!

    I stayed here once two years ago and, because of its convenience and cleanliness, I made another Reservation. Online check-in and check-out feel very modern, and it’s close to Mejiro Station. There’s also a Starbucks on the first floor, which makes it very easy to use. It’s a bit far from Tokyo Station, but it’s so convenient that I’d like to stay again.

    I checked the room l...

    I checked the room layout and made a Reservation for a Room where the TV would be easy to watch from the bed. In fact, it was very easy to watch. The TV was also large. They had set up a DVD player in advance as well. It was a very pleasant stay. There were no inconveniences. After checking out, I went sightseeing around Mejiro, and they stored my luggage during that time, which was very helpful. With a reasonable Accommodation Fee, it was excellent.

    I’d love to stay here again!

    I chose this Hotel on a friend’s recommendation, and it was truly great—clean, quiet, and very comfortable. One thing: since I arrived wearing boots, I would have liked an extra pair of Room slippers. Still, I’d like to stay here again.

    It was comfortable.

    The room and facilities were clean, making for a very comfortable stay. Amenities were well-prepared with no issues at all. The staff provided polite and pleasant service. Extremely cost-effective with an excellent location, this is one of the most comfortable Business Hotels I have stayed at. I would definitely use it again.

    I think this is a hotel designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Satisfied for the price, I keep coming back. The size of Mejiro Station is just right and not tiring, plus the Starbucks inside the Hotel and the nearby Kinokuniya supermarket are great.

    You can enjoy a calm and relaxing stay.

    When I have plans around Ikebukuro, I always choose this Hotel. It is located in front of Mejiro Station, slightly set back from the main street, allowing for a quiet stay. The rooms are well-maintained and have a calm atmosphere, which I really like.

    Convenient and cost-effective.

    This time, I stayed at a Business Hotel near the exam venue for the first time in a while. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with staff providing assistance when needed. The Room was clean and equipped with all necessary amenities in the right places. With hotel prices rising recently, this could be a repeat choice depending on how it's used. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

    Conveniently located right next to the station. Check-in and check-out are done via machines, which may take time if you're not familiar with them. Only guests can enter late at night, ensuring safety. The room is clean. The bed is high in height. Lighting can be controlled from the bed, making it convenient. The TV screen is large and easy to watch. A mobile phone charger is also equipped in the room, which is very helpful.

    Would love to stay again.

    The Room and amenities appeared to be thoroughly and meticulously cleaned, which was very pleasant. The bathtub was relatively spacious and easy to use. However, it was unfortunate that the Room felt uncomfortably hot, especially when checking in at night or returning after going out, possibly due to the extreme heat. Additionally, the bedside light wouldn't turn off for some reason, and charging devices took an unusually long time, which was puzzling. Despite these minor issues, I found it to be a very good Hotel and would love to stay again!

    The Room was clean.

    Clean rooms as shown on the website. No issues with the water facilities. Booked a Business Plan with one bed for myself and my elementary school son. The room was assigned randomly, but we were luckily upgraded to a twin room. The room was more spacious than expected, and we were very satisfied. Water pressure was also fine. Since I had a child with me, staying in a room near the elevator was very convenient. Check-out could be done through the TV in the room, which was very handy. We could also watch YouTube on the TV in the room. Would love to stay again if given another opportunity!

    During this Golden Week, I stayed at three hotels in Tokyo, and the white top-and-bottom pajamas provided were by far the most comfortable with a great fabric feel—I really liked them. I wonder which brand they are? Thanks to that, I slept very well. For breakfast, I enjoyed decaf coffee leisurely at the Starbucks located in the same building.

    Before and after che...

    Before and after check-in, I was able to leave my luggage, and the staff provided pleasant service. I chose the "Leave it to Us" Plan and was assigned a twin room, allowing me to relax comfortably, making it a great value stay. The coffee available at the front desk service was delicious. The accommodation is conveniently located near the station. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    Always comfortable.

    This time, I stayed one night in a twin Room and one night in a single Room. As always, the Rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities—this is a Hotel I really like. If I had to add one comment, the loungewear provided this time felt quite stiff and ran small; it seemed as if it might have shrunk. I would like to stay again.

    Great location

    The location is excellent. It is immediately on the right as you exit the station. On the second floor, there is a Starbucks Coffee, and across the street, you'll find Excelsior Café and FamilyMart. If you head to the left, there are Doutor and various restaurants. Being close to Ikebukuro Station makes it a perfect base for trips to Ikebukuro or Toshimaen. Since it's Hotel Mets, you can trust the quality of the Room. Although the building is slightly old and the door fittings were not perfect, everything else was fine—quiet and comfortable for a pleasant stay. Even in the morning near Ikebukuro Station, it wasn’t crowded at all, which was great. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have another opportunity!

    Quiet and clean Hotel

    It was extremely convenient and helpful to stay at a hotel just a few seconds and steps away from the Mejiro Station ticket gate. The room was next to the tracks, and I was worried about the sound of the Yamanote Line trains, but as expected from a JR East Hotel, the room had double sashes that blocked out external noise, allowing for a quiet and comfortable stay. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as alcohol disinfectant spray, alcohol disinfectant wet wipes, deodorant spray, an air purifier, and a massage machine, which was impressive. Moreover, the room was impeccably clean, with not a speck of dust and perfect water facilities, making for a pleasant one-night stay. The staff, including the front desk and cleaning staff, greeted us with smiles and clear salutations. (Even the construction workers (Gaten-kei) on the lower floors greeted us warmly, which was refreshing.) They kindly explained things we didn't understand, offering warm hospitality beyond the manual, making me think the hotel staff were on par with the top-notch staff at Hotel Okura in Toranomon, Japan. I would love to use this hotel again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    If there was a former Italian restaurant...

    Close to the station, with good facilities and compactly organized, I have been using it for quite a long time. There are many good points, but the Italian restaurant that used to be on the first floor was delicious, and its breakfast was the best. They served a daily gratin, and the buffet, which included both Western and Japanese dishes, was something I looked forward to when staying. Now that it's gone, there are tie-ups with nearby stores, and the current first-floor coffee shop offers a "breakfast set that feels like being mocked," but none of them are appealing at all, so recently I've been opting for No Meals Included. I wouldn't mind paying a higher price, so I would be happy if a decent restaurant (even a chain store) could be established, though it doesn't have to be that restaurant... Other than that, I have no particular complaints.

    What you can see from the unit bath

    When you lie down in the unit bath and look towards the toilet, you can see the back of the bidet and the hole where the toilet's flushing water comes out, which appear to be blackened with mold or something similar. At home, you would use bleach in such a situation. I noticed this, so I wanted to inform you.

    Stays for the first time in over 10 years

    Since staying for a friend's wedding, I visited again after a long time. The great access from Mejiro Station remains the same, and I was very satisfied with the renewed room. The contactless check-in was easy to understand, thanks to the staff's detailed explanation on the screen. It was nice to choose amenities from beside the front desk, but it would have been even better if there were shower caps. The business-type room was fully equipped with a massage machine, providing every comfort. The glasses in the room were very nice, but they left water marks, so I thought it would be good to have coasters. The bathtub was deep, and I was healed by the bath salts provided (it would be perfect if there were non-slip mats in the tub!). Even after checking out, they kept my luggage, which was very helpful. I would like to use it again when I visit nearby. Thank you very much.
