    Clean & Quiet

    I stayed here for the first time last autumn, and returned this summer for a 3-night stay. It’s close to the station with excellent access. Inside the building it’s surprisingly quiet—you forget it’s near the tracks. You can’t hear noise from neighboring rooms either; the soundproofing is excellent and very comfortable. If two people stay in a twin room, I would prefer a bit more space in both the room and bathroom, but the price is reasonable, housekeeping is flawless, and the towels are clean. Considering that amenities are also well provided, I think it’s outstanding—far better than nearby hotels. I’d love to stay again! Highly recommended!

    First-time stay

    This was my first stay, and the location near the station was great. The Facility was new, and the Room was more spacious than expected, so I had a comfortable stay. Although it faces the tracks, it was quiet and relaxing. If possible, I wish the curtains were longer because morning sunlight comes in. I would like to stay again.

    Close to the station, clean, and safe.

    I was in Yokohama for an appointment, and since it’s close to the station, getting around by train was very easy. The Room is simple and clean, which I appreciated. However, even though it’s near the station, you still have to go outside briefly, so I ended up getting wet when it suddenly started raining. Since it’s a JR East group Hotel, my only disappointment is that I wish there were an indoor route from the station.

    For business trips

    I stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. While the accommodation shows some age, it was very clean, the room was more spacious than expected, and the bathroom was large and very convenient. The hotel is about a 2-minute walk from the station, and there is a Starbucks on the ground floor, making it an ideal choice for business trips. Among all the business hotels I have stayed at so far, this ranks quite high. The staff were also very polite and attentive, bowing until the elevator doors closed as part of their excellent service. I will definitely use this accommodation again for future business trips to Yokohama. Thank you!

    I love this place.

    I have used this Hotel several times, and I love it because it is clean, close to the station, and there is a Starbucks nearby. I often stay here when there are events in Shin-Yokohama. I will definitely use it again.

    For university entrance exams

    Very convenient as it is located right next to the university. Although meals are not included, being right in front of Tsurumi Station means there are plenty of options, so no issues there. The Hotel is new, and if you don't mind a unit bath for a one-night stay, it should be fine. The floor and Room I used were non-smoking, but there was a strong body odor smell as soon as I got off the elevator. Similarly, the Room also had an unpleasant smell, somewhat like body odor, which was very concerning. The windows cannot be opened, so even though I used a lot of deodorizing spray, the smell did not go away. Additionally, I could hear snoring from the neighboring Room, which made it hard to sleep. Some patience is required, but it might be acceptable for exam purposes.

    First visit in a while

    Very convenient, so I use it often. Since I frequently use the microwave, it would be helpful if it's located in an easily accessible place before heading to the Room.

    Close to the station

    Close to the station with many commercial facilities nearby, offering a convenient location. Easy access to Tokyo and Yokohama as well.

    It was comfortable.

    Conveniently located near the station, with new and clean facilities. The room was relatively spacious and comfortable. It would have been perfect if there was a large public bath.

    Thank you for taking care of us during our 2-night stay. On the first night, there was someone speaking a foreign language who knocked on every Room on the same floor and tried to open the doors, which was frightening. On the second night, nothing like that happened, so it was a relief. I plan to stay at your Hotel again in the future and hope it continues to be a comfortable place to stay.

    Thank you very much for this time. The way to make a Reservation was easy to understand, and I was notified as the stay date approached, so I felt at ease with my first online Reservation.
