    The smell in the smoking room was strong.

    I am not a fan of tobacco, but since no non-smoking rooms were available, I stayed in a smoking room. As it was my first time using this accommodation, I cannot comment on other rooms, but the smoking room had a very strong odor that ventilation did not seem to alleviate. The smell seemed to have permeated the entire room, making it difficult to breathe even while sleeping. In the morning, I immediately opened the window and felt slightly better afterward. Since I agreed to stay in a smoking room, I have no intention of filing any complaints. However, for those who are sensitive to tobacco smoke, I hope this serves as helpful information so they can avoid a similar experience. The staff were kind and provided excellent service.

    I had a relaxing stay. Amenities were available as needed. The breakfast was just right, though having an onigiri set might be a nice addition.

    Highly Satisfied

    I used this accommodation for the first time as my regular accommodation was unavailable. It is conveniently located near the station, well-organized, and the staff were kind, which made me satisfied. Breakfast was included; although there weren't many options, it was delicious. I would like to use it again next time.

    Good for a Business Hotel.

    The functionality as a Business Hotel was sufficient, with no particularly unpleasant or troublesome points. However, the satisfaction level relative to the accommodation cost was slightly low, and it did not feel entirely worth the price. That said, this may be more due to recent inflation rather than an issue with the Hotel itself. Overall, it was not a bad stay.

    I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I was kindly allowed into the room. There was a small issue with the room I was staying in, but the staff quickly came to assist and even upgraded me to a larger room than originally planned. Thank you so much for your prompt response! I also appreciated that breakfast could be enjoyed on the lower floor or taken out—such a nice option! Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    It felt like being abroad.

    Most guests are Asian foreign tourists, and Japanese business travelers are rare. The front desk on the 1st floor is crowded with large suitcases, and foreign tourists occupy the area in front of the elevator, creating a chaotic atmosphere with no regard for manners or inconvenience. Hotel staff show no intention of organizing or guiding this situation. It feels out of place for business travelers to stay here.

    I have one complaint.

    I think the location is easy to understand. I went from Okachimachi Station on the Yamanote Line. The room wasn't spacious, but I knew that in advance, and I'm not the type to be particularly bothered by it, so I wasn't dissatisfied. I thought the bathroom was also on the small side, but it felt like that's just how it is. I couldn't find a body sponge (if that's what it's called) for use in the bath among the amenities on the first floor, but I always bring my own towel when staying at hotels, so it wasn't a problem. My dissatisfaction was that the Wi-Fi was not comfortable. I frequently use business hotels, but this was my first experience like this at a hotel. The next morning, I was so frustrated that I turned off the Wi-Fi on my smartphone and just checked my emails. There are many restaurants around. Well, it depends on personal preference. There's also a convenience store nearby. Doutor is also close by. Overall, the location is good, and the price isn't particularly high, so it's neither good nor bad. It's quite different from the Sardonyx Tokyo near Hatchobori Station.
