    The Hotel wasn’t as ...

    The Hotel wasn’t as new as I had expected, but even so, I was able to stay comfortably without any unpleasant feelings regarding the Facility or cleanliness. Perhaps because of the large windows, the Room didn’t feel cramped even though it wasn’t very spacious. I also had no issues with the air conditioning or water pressure, and everything I needed was provided—overall, it was more than sufficient. The breakfast service was also just the right amount, which I really appreciated. It’s a little distance from Hamamatsu Station, but since most of the route is along covered walkways, getting there was easy. Overall, it’s a Hotel that leaves you with a generally positive impression. It was my first time visiting Hamamatsu as well, and Hamamatsu itself was a wonderful place. If I have another opportunity, I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Great value for money

    I stayed here for a conference. I just needed somewhere close to the venue where I could sleep, so I chose this place because it was inexpensive. The Room felt a bit dated, but it wasn’t cramped and was generally clean. Since it was a hot day, the air conditioner hadn’t been turned on in advance, and the desk chair (maybe?) was made of a hard material and uncomfortable to use. The sofa was wide and couldn’t really be used at the desk either, which was inconvenient. Still, for such a low price, I can’t complain. What I liked most was the all-you-can-drink alcohol in the lounge and the breakfast. I usually don’t eat breakfast, but the simple menu—banana, bread, boiled egg, and coffee—was easy to eat and very nice. The bread was delicious too. In the lounge, when I tried the white wine, it had a color and taste like orange wine, which was interesting. It’s served in paper cups, but you can take it back to your Room as well, which I appreciated. They also stored my luggage for me, and before leaving I could reorganize my bags in the lounge (and ended up having another glass of wine).

    The unit bath toilet is small. Also, I saw a small bug crawling on the wall. A bit disappointing...

    Everything needed wa...

    Everything needed was compactly arranged in the space, making it very comfortable. The staff's service was excellent, and the breakfast service was fulfilling and helpful. I will definitely use this place again when I visit Hamamatsu.

    Stylish exterior

    Breakfast is included, but it consists only of bread, eggs, bananas, and beverages. This is sufficient for me as I don't usually eat much in the morning, but it might not satisfy those who prefer a hearty breakfast. The rooms and amenities are comparable to a standard Business Hotel. It is located about a 10-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station. Although it's a bit far from the station, it is reasonably priced.

    This price is reasonable.

    From the entrance to the room, everything is very simple, but the space is clean and equipped with all the essentials. Since it was No Meals Included, this was a very good choice.

    Repeat Guest

    The two male staff at the front desk kindly and politely explained everything during check-in. For dinner, we enjoyed our own beer along with complimentary shochu and wine in the hall, which had a great open atmosphere. The service exceeded its price, which was delightful. The Room had a slightly small TV but included BS channels. Breakfast was also satisfying! I’d love to visit again for a little indulgence!

    My favorite Hotel

    Compact yet lacking nothing, it was very comfortable. Since it is an old Hotel, there was no security on the ladies' floor. At 11 PM, a male guest loudly said, "Good evening!" and entered a Room on the ladies' floor, which made me feel uneasy. That was the only dissatisfaction, so I deducted a star.

    Excellent value for money

    I stayed for business in Hamamatsu. Since it is a new Hotel, it is clean and the design is well thought out. It was unfortunate that the unit bath in the guest room was small, but the bedroom was not cramped. I was also pleased to see the Shinkansen from the window. Overall, it feels like a stylish Business Hotel, but considering the price, I thought it was very cheap.

    I used it for sights...

    I used it for sightseeing. The Room was hot, so I wanted to use the air conditioning, but I couldn't set it. Other than that, I was satisfied. I will use it again.

    Simply put, there is nothing unnecessary.

    I stayed for two nights. There are many things missing. There is no phone in the room to connect to the reception. There is no chair for the desk. There is no power outlet around the large mirror. The hairdryer in the standard room does not have a negative ion generation function. There is no convenience store nearby. I thought this might be a cost-cutting measure. It is not very clean. The curtain was broken and it smelled terrible. The bathroom unit was full of mold in the drain. If you look closely, there is mold everywhere in the unit. I was relieved that there were no bed bugs. The wifi felt quite slow, so I borrowed a router. There were both white and yellow towels, and I wondered what that was about. The elevator floor was full of large stains from leaks. The overall design is simple, so these little things make the interior feel shabby, and I was puzzled as to why other reviews were so positive. I thought it was a place that only seeks cheapness. From the north side room, you can see the Shinkansen (Shinkansen) speeding by, so it might be good for those who like that.

    I decided based on the price for a sudden business trip, but I was satisfied with the stylish Hotel. The cleanliness of the Room and the delicious breakfast made it an enjoyable trip (even though it was a business trip). Next time, if I have another business trip to Hamamatsu, I will choose this Hotel.

    The simple stay Plan was comfortable.

    I made a reservation to coincide with the Hamamatsu Jazz Week live event. I found a more affordable room on the women-only floor shortly before my stay, compared to the room I had reserved earlier. When I requested a change, they kindly accommodated it without any cancellation fee. The staff was very courteous. The free space on the first floor is spacious and designed in an urban style, making it comfortable and pleasant to spend time there. After check-in, free drinks (with plenty of alcoholic options) are available until 11 PM, so I enjoyed some wine after the live event before returning to my room. Since it's located slightly away from the station, you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing time. Breakfast includes a buffet of bread, rice balls, bananas, and drinks. It’s ideal for those who prefer light meals—I was satisfied with it. This hotel is recommended for those who mainly need accommodation like in a business hotel. The women-only floor is on the 10th floor; it's quiet and secure with views of Mt. Fuji from the room. Thank you for your kind hospitality!

    As a non-smoker, I ended up staying on a smoking floor. I would like clearer signage for non-smoking and smoking floors. I was satisfied with the breakfast; the bread was delicious.

    Only the meals were

    It was very quiet, clean, and really nice, and it was cheap and good, but I wish they had at least provided a salad for the meal. Although it was supposed to start at 7, the bread and other items came out quite a bit later, which was quite inconvenient. Other than that, it was wonderful. Sorry for being cheap.
