  The consideration for changes to accommodation plans is terrible.

  I had planned a 4-night stay, but the plan for the 4th night became unnecessary. Two days prior, I confirmed my options: ① Stay for 3 nights and receive a refund for one night. ② Keep the original 4-night stay and enjoy breakfast. I was informed that option ① was possible. However, upon returning to the Hotel, I was told: "The Multiple Night Stay discount no longer applies, so there will be an additional charge of ¥500 per night (¥1,500 total)." When I said I would stick to my original plan of staying 4 nights instead: "We've already canceled it; you'll need to pay an extra fee to add another night!" What was the point of confirming this two days ago?! In the end, I paid ¥1,500 and checked out after only 3 nights. Absolutely no consideration for guests! (Canceling a complimentary service and even charging extra...) I will never use this Hotel again!

The plan you reserved clearly states, "If the stay is changed to less than 4 nights, the charges will be recalculated based on regular rates." While our response was in accordance with this policy, we regret that our explanation and timing may have caused concern or dissatisfaction due to a lack of consideration on our part. Moving forward, we will ensure clearer and more accurate communication to avoid any misunderstandings by providing thorough training to our staff.   Delicious breakfast and unbeatable parking fees!

  Conveniently located near the station, with parking available at an incredibly low rate of 510 yen per night. Even more surprising, breakfast is included and offered in a buffet-style mini spread, which I found to be more than satisfactory.

  Conveniently located

  Once your work in Kariya is confirmed, make a Reservation immediately. Parking can also be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so you don't have to rush and can feel at ease. Upon exiting the elevator, there was a stylish wall painting of cars. Inside the Room, beautiful artwork was displayed as well. This elevated the experience to feel like more than just a Business Hotel, adding an elegant touch. The breakfast was also delicious. I would love to use this Hotel again!

  Conveniently located...

  Conveniently located near the station. The greetings from the front desk staff were very nice. When I requested an improvement in the drainage, they responded immediately, allowing for a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.
