  Ideally located near tourist attractions.

  We visited Matsuyama Castle and Dogo Onsen, and it was perfect that these famous attractions were within walking distance. As for the Room, the TV is positioned too high.

  We’ll be back!

  This was my first stay at Smile Hotel, and I liked the Room layout so much that if there is a Smile Hotel where I’m traveling in the future, it will be one of my first choices. There was a long table along the entire window side, which was convenient both for staying in to work and for placing belongings. I also had a very positive impression of the Hotel staff, including those in the dining area and housekeeping. I think it’s an excellent Hotel with great value for money. When I visit Matsuyama again, this will be my first choice. Thank you for your hospitality.

  Excellent!

  I stayed here the night before to attend my younger son’s pre-wedding photo shoot. The city tram stop is nearby, and it offers excellent access to Onsen Dogo, Matsuyama Castle, and other sightseeing spots. For dinner, we went to a yakitori restaurant about a 10-minute walk away. I had the mini breakfast buffet. Since it was called “mini,” I honestly didn’t expect much, but there was a great variety and I was extremely satisfied—it was fantastic. I’d love to stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

  The parking lot is convenient.

  The car is 401 cm, so it is convenient as it fits into the multi-story parking lot. I would like to use it again.

  There is no cleaning service, amenities are minimal, and the cost performance is too poor. It's a shame because the location is relatively good.
