    This is an excellent Hotel where you can enjoy a comfortable stay.

    On our summer trips each year, we always choose ibis Styles Sapporo as our regular Hotel. Every year at check-in, being welcomed by the front desk team’s smiles makes the fatigue of a long journey disappear. This year as well, thanks to your kind support via IKYU, you accommodated our requests, and we were able to spend quiet, relaxing time in a spacious Room. We sincerely appreciate your thoughtful consideration. While providing environmentally conscious services, you also respond pleasantly to guests’ detailed requests, and once again we truly felt how glad we were to stay with you this year. We would also be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to the parking staff and the cleaning staff; their support made our four-day stay wonderful. We look forward to staying with ibis Styles Sapporo again next time. Thank you very much, everyone. It is an excellent Hotel.

    A wonderful Hotel.

    Our annual golf trip. This year, we were able to stay at our favorite Hotel again. From the warm hospitality of the staff starting with the welcome at the front desk, to the spacious Room with a great view, and the flexible response from the parking staff—everything was perfect. The request we made through IKYU was handled flawlessly as well. This is truly a first-class Hotel in every aspect. We will definitely visit again next year. Thank you so much for everything! We sincerely appreciate all of you.

    1. Please provide paper slippers as the slippers in the Room are torn or feel unclean. 2. The Room is spacious and satisfactory. 3. The location is convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Nakajima Park Exit 1.

    The access was good, and I was able to arrive at the Hotel without getting lost. The Room was spacious, and I was able to spend my time comfortably.

    Family Trip

    We used it for a family trip. The price range was reasonable and satisfactory, but there were some disappointing points. When we requested cleaning, the bed-making was done, but unfortunately, the trash was not taken out. Overall, it was a highly satisfactory Hotel. Thank you for taking care of us this time.

    The Room is spacious.

    It is conveniently located within walking distance to Susukino. I have stayed at this hotel several times and like the following three points: The room is spacious (over 30 square meters), there is a free gym exclusively for guests, and it is directly connected to a convenience store. It seems that few people use the gym, and this time I had it all to myself for an hour.

    The lobby is clean.

    I decided on this place because it seemed cheap and clean based on the Review and lobby photos, but only the lobby is clean. I mistakenly chose a smoking room, which is my responsibility, but the guest room and furniture are old. Amenities are minimal. While filling the bath with hot water, I felt a strong sense of discomfort... probably because there is no faucet. The novelty of hot water being poured directly. I thought it was close to Susukino and good just for sleeping, but I didn't feel like staying long and checked out first thing in the morning.

    I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the breakfast was.

    The Room was spacious and comfortable! I was glad to stay in such a spacious Room at a relatively affordable price. Also, the breakfast was very delicious. I think Hotel breakfasts in Hokkaido are all delicious, but I thought this was top-class quality among them! I will repeat my stay!

    It is conveniently located near Nakajima Koen Station. The amenities were basic, but the room was spacious and the staff were attentive, so there were no particular complaints. Breakfast was not crowded, and the dishes were replenished promptly. The taste was also good.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Although the Room was renovated, the plumbing and other areas were a bit old, but I had no problems during my stay. The spacious Room was very comfortable. It was conveniently located near the station and had a convenience store attached. The service at the front desk was excellent.

    We enjoyed our stay in Sapporo.

    The room was spacious with plenty of amenities and a sense of cleanliness, and the front desk service was very good. It was convenient because the Hotel is directly connected to Lawson.

    Breakfast staff is excellent!

    I was able to stay at a low price, but the room was spacious and comfortable. Above all, the attentive service of the breakfast venue staff was excellent, and I was able to spend the day in a good mood.

    The location is excellent, within walking distance to Susukino Street and the Sapporo TV Tower. And above all, the room is spacious!!! With such a great location, spacious room, and affordable price, I had a very pleasant stay.

    The Room was spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the water area was not great. There was also a fitness gym and a Lawson, so I had a comfortable stay. I will use it again.

    The breakfast was delicious!

    I stayed for one night. As others have mentioned, there is a Lawson on the first floor, so it was convenient. The hotel is located on a main street, and even though it was my first time in Hokkaido, I could walk straight from the hotel to find many restaurants without getting lost. There was a foreign staff member at the front desk, and when I asked a question during check-in, I couldn't understand due to the fast speech and unique accent. I went to my room and called to ask again, but the same person answered, which was a bit troublesome. (I managed to understand somehow...) The room was quite spacious for one person, and the windows could be opened and closed. However, when I tried to dry my hair with the hairdryer, I was surprised to find cleansing or moisturizing cream on the hairdryer itself. The facility itself seems to be aging, and I thought renovation might be necessary. It was a No Meals Included Plan, but when I asked to add breakfast on the day, the staff at the breakfast venue reception kindly accommodated my request. I was happy to have ramen in the morning. The ice cream at the corner was delicious!

    Valuable Hotel

    We stayed for three nights. Even my friend, who doesn't travel much, was very impressed and delighted, which made me happy as well. Some staff members had a little difficulty with Japanese, but it wasn't a problem, and I appreciated their flexible response. It would be perfect if the TV was a bit larger. We'll visit again next year.

    Is there a problem with the quality year by year?

    I have been using it since the hotel first opened. In recent years, with the increase in inbound usage, I am concerned about the aging of the hotel itself. First, I requested a non-smoking room, but there were cigarette burn marks on the table in the room. Additionally, the sofa was also affected by cigarette burns, and from the moment I entered the room, I felt there was a problem with the smell. There are numerous inappropriate notices for inbound tourists throughout the hotel. As the number of overseas guests increases, it may be beneficial for the hotel, but for domestic users, noticeable damage has become apparent. I may need to consider new candidate hotels in the future.

    The spaciousness of the Room is the best.

    I used it for the first time in a while. The Room is spacious, with a convenience store on the first floor, close to the subway station, and just a few minutes' walk to Susukino. The location is perfect. However, the interior of the Room feels a bit outdated. The free provision of a coffee maker is also available, and the satisfaction level is high.
