    A Hotel with a great view of Yokohama Port! It’s very well located, with convenient access and shops nearby. This time I checked in late after a concert, so my room was on the lowest floor, but I still enjoyed the view. Thank you!

    It gets more and more crowded on fireworks days.

    This was our third stay for the fireworks, and we were surprised at how much more crowded it was than the previous two times. There was a line at check-in and the elevators were busy, which was a bit tiring, but the room was just as spacious as always, clean and well maintained, so we had a comfortable stay. We’re grateful for the beautiful location that allowed us to enjoy watching and photographing the fireworks as a couple.

    Minato Mirai Smart Festival

    I made a Reservation because I wanted to watch the fireworks. I had planned to go with my husband, but he suddenly said he wouldn’t go, which really upset me. However, when I contacted the Hotel, they kindly told me it would be fine, and I was able to have a very comfortable stay. The food was delicious, though the prosciutto was a little salty. Everything else was very tasty. I didn’t manage to go back for seconds. I ate a lot at breakfast—it was very good. If there are fireworks again next year, this is a Hotel I’d like to make a Reservation at again. Thank you very much.

    Great location.

    There is a Summit supermarket in the basement, so shopping is convenient if you want to relax in your Room. This was a last-minute Reservation, but I’m glad I could stay at a reasonable price. However, I felt the view from the Room was a bit underwhelming unless it faces the ocean.

    Conveniently located with easy access.

    There is a supermarket and other shops within the Facility, which is very convenient. We stayed here because it was easy to access for sightseeing in Yokohama. If you enjoy walking around, Chinatown and Yamashita Park are within walking distance, and Noge is also close by. The night view was even better than in the photos and never got old. The soundproofing was excellent, and we could hardly hear any noise from outside.

    The Room and breakfast were both great.

    Close to the station, the Hotel Room was stylish, and the breakfast was excellent—just what you’d expect from New Otani.

    Comfortable.

    The Room is clean and the view is great. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and everything was very delicious. The service is also excellent. This is just my personal preference, but it’s inconvenient that there is no smoking area inside the Hotel and I have to go to the neighboring building each time. I simply wish there were one somewhere in the building.

    As part of the Otani brand, ...

    The location is excellent. However, there is almost no Hotel signage in the parking area, so it’s unclear whether guests are allowed to park there and which level is most convenient. As a guest, I was not satisfied with the parking discount. (This should be stated on the site.) The amenities feel cheap for what you’d expect from the Otani brand. In particular, the toothbrush is thin and feels so low-quality that bristles come out while brushing. The pillow is very thin and low. The wall covering is peeling at inside corners and looks shabby. The sound of neighboring doors closing carries directly and is extremely loud. The bath towels are very thin. Even though checkout time is when everyone has plans and needs to hurry, there isn’t enough consideration for guests. Right before checkout time, the elevators were full every time and hard to use; once I reached the front lobby floor, there was already a line starting from the elevator hall. (It did say it gets crowded near checkout time, and that’s common everywhere.) Because there were no staff guiding guests to use automated machine checkout, people at the back of the line weren’t noticed at all. For guests with no additional charges, they should install a drop box where you can simply return your key card. If you expect the Otani brand experience, you may be a bit disappointed. I used a discounted Room on this site; if I had paid the regular rate, I would definitely not recommend it.

    Parking fee

    It costs 3,200 yen more per night. Shouldn’t the standard be 24 hours from the start of use, rather than using midnight (24:00) as the reference point?

    The night view is simply stunning.

    I stayed for one night. The front desk service was quite standard. The amenities were also standard and available. The Room was well cleaned and felt very fresh and tidy. Above all, the night view from the window was wonderful and truly moving. Since my Room faced the amusement park, the Ferris wheel, the park itself, the city skyline, and the illuminated ships were all beautifully lit up. As it faces east, the sunrise was great as well. Breakfast offered Japanese, Western, and Chinese options, and everything was delicious. It’s a Hotel I’d like to visit again. Thank you very much!

    The views and location are excellent.

    With dining options and a supermarket for quick shopping almost directly connected, it’s very convenient! The view from the Room is amazing both at night and in the morning! The next morning, you can even start your day early—an absolutely perfect place. Highly recommended.

    The Minato Mirai night view was stunning.

    The Hotel is conveniently located near Sakuragicho Station, and the commercial Facility downstairs offers a wide variety of shops, making it easy to enjoy shopping and dining. This was my first stay, as I visited Billboard Live Yokohama with my elderly mother. The rotary in front of the Hotel had bus stops, taxis, and an Air Cabin boarding area, which was truly helpful. There was also a convenience store on the first floor of the Hotel. The top floor (19th floor) was completely quiet with no noise at all, so we were able to relax peacefully. Our Room on the 19th floor had large windows with no buildings blocking the view, and we could clearly see the illuminated Ferris wheel. The lighting in the Room was a bit dim, but it felt like a thoughtful touch to better enjoy the night view. The bedding featured Airweave mattresses and was very comfortable. I would like to stay again.

    Girls’ Night Out

    It was a reunion with colleagues from my first job after 30 years. We enjoyed the beautiful night view, and in the morning we woke up to the sunrise over the sea. The half-board dinner was delicious, featuring plenty of fresh vegetables—perfect for women—and there was a great variety of desserts, which felt like an excellent value. For breakfast, they also had whitebait with grated daikon and grated yam, so even though we kept saying it was healthy, we ended up eating too much. Thank you very much. It would be even better if there were a large public bath.

    This is my go-to accommodation in Yokohama!

    I always stay here when I come to Yokohama for a concert. The Minato Mirai night view is wonderful and lets me savor the afterglow of the show. Even when traveling solo, I can stay with peace of mind.

    The night view was wonderful.

    Getting from the station to Colette Mare was fine, but after that it took about 30 minutes to reach the Hotel lobby. It was very difficult, going in and out of shops and outside. I finally noticed the Hotel name written on the mat by the automatic doors, but there was no indication that you need to take the elevator to the 3rd floor from there. Please provide clearer directions. Amenities were provided in the Room, but each packet contained only a small amount; I would have preferred a bit more. Because there is open space on the bathtub side of the bathroom, the amenities and towels placed in the bathroom tend to get wet overall. The meals did not feel inexpensive, so I wish they were a bit more elaborate. The Room was extremely well cleaned.

    Convenient and easy, yet you can still enjoy the night view.

    I stayed on a two-meal Plan with a half-buffet and was very satisfied with the great location and the stunning night view from my Room. Since I was on a high floor facing the sea, the beautiful night scenery spread out right in front of me and really lifted my spirits. Given that this clean Room is priced like a Business Hotel, I was extremely satisfied. This Hotel’s biggest strength is its access: by train, it’s right in front of Sakuragicho Station, and by car you can use Colette Mare’s self-parking garage at a discounted rate. In particular, Yokohama has many lanes and it can be difficult for visitors even with navigation, but using the Minato Mirai exit on the Shuto Expressway makes for a smooth approach and is very convenient. One small thing I wondered about was the TV mounted beside the bed—why isn’t it in front? The half-buffet had delicious salad and curry, and breakfast was also great—I ate too much. Overall, I was highly satisfied, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    The night view is stunning.

    Rooms facing the Ferris wheel offer a beautiful night view of Minato Mirai. Breakfast had a limited selection; the salad in particular used canned corn and beans and felt lacking in fresh ingredients, which was disappointing. This Plan was said to have no amenities in the Room and guests were told to pick them up from the lobby, but they were properly provided in the bathroom.

    I stayed here after ...

    I stayed here after a live concert. It was a very comfortable stay, but there was one issue: by the bed, only a Type-A phone charging port was available, and the power outlet was slightly far away. Even though the headboard is fairly wide, I couldn’t place my phone there, which was disappointing. Please consider adding a Type-C port and an outlet near the bed.

    I was soothed by the beautiful night view.

    Thank you for accommodating my same-day Reservation. I visit the Yamashita/Bay Area a few times a year to refresh, but this was my first time staying at this Hotel. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and it seemed the carpet had been renewed. From the large window, I could enjoy a fresh view of Minato Mirai from the opposite side compared with the Hotel I usually stay at. The bed was very comfortable, and I was impressed by how well-designed the pillows were. Since there was a table area in the Room, I bought bento and salad near the station and had dinner in my Room. This time I did not include breakfast, but the restaurant on the front desk floor is one of my favorites and I have visited it several times for lunch. I would like to share a couple of points regarding the Facility: The shower pressure in the bathroom was strong and felt great, but the adjustable shower holder seemed old and did not function properly. I was also concerned that water splashed through gaps around the glass partition. As for the refrigerator, perhaps due to an issue with the seal, it did not close properly from the start and wasn’t cooling inside. Since my drinks wouldn’t get cold, I went to a nearby shop to get dry ice. With its convenient location near the station—and with shopping facilities and convenience stores nearby—it is very easy to use. I would love to stay again next time and relax while enjoying the view from the window.

    Refresh Stay

    This was my third stay here. Every time I visit, I can enjoy an extraordinary escape and a truly wonderful time. I would definitely like to stay again.

    Perfectly located right next to Sakuragicho Station

    It was a trip where we met up with our children after work. Because it is close to Minato Mirai and Landmark Tower, meeting up was easy. The Room was spacious and relaxing, and the sound of waves playing along the approach to the Rooms on each floor felt better than silence.

    Located above a commercial Facility right in front of Sakuragicho Station, it is extremely convenient. The building was clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast hours started later than at many other Hotels, so I was able to take my time in the morning more than expected. I would like to stay here again.

    Very satisfied.

    Both the Room and bathroom were very clean, and each floor has an ice machine and water dispenser. The breakfast was also delicious. The location was great—it was convenient to go out at night to the movie theater in the same building as the Hotel, and it was also very convenient for shopping. I would like to stay here again.

    Detailed information should be provided in written form, but only a small, simple note was available. There was no information on whether trash disposal is allowed. There was also no mention that cleaning supplies can be added for ¥1,000 per night. It can be inconvenient when these details are not explained online.

    Breakfast starts too late.

    This Hotel is close to Sakuragicho Station, clean, and nice, but starting breakfast at 7:00 am is too late. I had a meeting at Pacifico North starting at 8:00 am, and the venue is more than 1.5 km away on foot, so considering travel time I had to rush through breakfast and leave. The buffet was reasonably good, but I would like breakfast to start at least at 6:30 am.

    The Room was spaciou...

    The Room was spacious, and the large windows offered beautiful views and stunning night scenery—it was wonderful! It’s also close to the station, so we arrived without getting lost, and it was very convenient for sightseeing.

    A very good place to stay in Yokohama—possibly the best.

    The Facility is new, and the staff were very courteous and efficient. The view from the Room was also excellent, and I had no stress at all during my stay. The location is convenient, close to the station, and there is a large parking lot, so I feel there may be no better Hotel in Yokohama for going anywhere or doing anything. However, as expected for the area, parking was expensive; it cost 2,000 yen for one night on a weekday. I wish there were a discount for guests.
