    We were extremely satisfied!

    It’s a short walk from the station (bus stop), but I think it’s an easy distance to walk. The Room had everything we needed, and it was wonderful that drinks and light snacks were available until 10:00 pm. The snack cakes were delicious. All the staff were courteous and helpful, so we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

    It was great.

    I got a little lost on the way from the station, but once you know the route, it’s easy. I regret not trying the curry. Breakfast was delicious, so I didn’t make it to the curry. After my stay, I contacted you about a work-related matter and received very courteous support. Thank you very much. I will visit again.

    This place is amazing.

    I stay here on every business trip. I always book a Room on the ladies-only floor. I really like the complimentary café and the Sri Lankan curry, salad, bread, and more at breakfast the next morning. I keep thinking I should try the ochazuke at least once, but I always end up choosing the curry. The staff politely bow when I get into the elevator, which feels very welcoming. It’s so comfortable that I hardly notice how tired I am from work trips. If there’s availability, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

    We were very satisfied.

    I stay here every time I’m on a business trip. I arrived late at night, but the lounge was free to use until 10:00 p.m., so I rushed in and enjoyed some coffee and snacks. The ladies’ floor has a great selection of amenities, which is very helpful. For breakfast, I had the popular Sri Lankan curry with plenty of salad, plus bread and coffee as well—I really enjoyed it. It was delicious. Even though my stay was short, I was able to relax.

    Ladies' Floor

    I stayed on the women’s floor for one night. The room was compact but overall very clean and pleasant. The Refa hairdryer, showerhead, and curling iron added to the satisfaction. The hand mirror had a cute design unique to the women’s room, which lifted my mood. It was great that breakfast could be taken back to the room if preferred. Even with a late-night check-in, the male foreign staff member was very polite and accommodating.

    Highly rated

    The accommodation is highly satisfying except for wishing it was a bit closer to the station! The room and bathroom are spacious, equipped with Refa showerheads and shampoo/conditioner. The bathroom also includes rose-scented cleansing products and bath additives, which feel like an upgrade from before. On the other hand, the accommodation fee seems slightly higher than usual this year, but with delicious breakfast included, it feels worth the price.

    Very comfortable

    Thank you for always accommodating me during my business trips. The ladies' floor is excellent. All the staff at the Hotel are very pleasant, and the breakfast is not only Sri Lankan curry but also delicious. It feels like a waste to only use it for sleeping. I would love to stay again.

    Recommended for women!

    The bathroom was spacious, allowing for a relaxing time. The Room also had a hair iron, which was very helpful.

    Takeaway breakfast is available, which is convenient.

    Free breakfast with the option to choose takeout at check-in was greatly appreciated. I hope this service spreads to other Hotels. Having ReFa showerheads, hair dryers, and hair irons was also a great touch. I would love to stay again.

    Cost performance

    The trip to Hakata was decided last minute and was mostly just for sleeping, but the location was perfect with easy walking access to Yakuin and Tenjin. Despite it being the weekend, I stayed at a very reasonable price. A Hakata udon shop I had been wanting to try was also nearby, which made me very happy! The Sri Lankan curry for breakfast was delicious, and the staff (who were foreigners) worked efficiently and left a great impression.

    Perfect for breakfast at the café.

    Free access to the café, along with breakfast options like curry, bread, and salad, was excellent. The atmosphere is elegant and calm, without any hustle and bustle, which is highly appreciated. I was also upgraded to the ladies' floor due to a sudden vacancy—truly grateful!

    It was excellent.

    The location was a bit hard to find at first, but once I arrived, everything went smoothly. The Refa room was impressive with its showerhead, hairdryer, and curler, providing a high level of satisfaction. Amenities were conveniently located right by the elevator. Above all, the lounge and Sri Lankan curry for breakfast were exceptional—restaurant-quality dishes that alone make staying here worthwhile.

    A quiet Hotel located slightly away from Tenjin

    It is slightly away from the center of Tenjin, but it is quiet, and the Room and unit bath feel a bit more spacious. The Sri Lankan curry for breakfast is original, interesting, and delicious. Breakfast has a unique touch!

    Would love to visit again!

    I stayed for 5 nights this time. (Actually from the 6th to the 11th as I couldn't reserve for 6 consecutive days.) The breakfast was delicious, and although the menu was the same, I looked forward to it every day. At the lounge, it was delightful to enjoy tasty bread and drinks until 10 PM. The staff were polite and very accommodating. The room was small but fine; however, there was almost no space to place items, so half of the wide bed ended up being used as storage space. Since tidying up seemed troublesome, I requested no room cleaning during my stay. Still, towels, amenities, tea bags, and water were placed in front of my door every morning. The location turned out to be closer to the subway station than expected. I would love to stay here again! *However, when I emailed in advance with a question for confirmation, there was no reply so I had to call instead.*

    Highly Satisfied

    The location was great, and it was a very good Hotel. As it was a Refa Room, I could use all the Refa products, which made for an amazing experience. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were pleasant, and I would definitely like to stay here again when traveling. I would also recommend it to my friends.

    For business trips

    I stayed here for a business trip. Although I checked in late, the process was smooth, and I appreciate the assistance. It was a smoking Room, but there was no noticeable smell, and I had a comfortable stay. The Room was clean, and I could relax and rest well.

    It was excellent.

    I occasionally visit this area for business trips. I was delighted to have my room upgraded to the women’s floor, possibly due to availability. Complimentary drinks and snacks were a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was free and lived up to the reviews—the curry was delicious, accompanied by salad, coffee, and various breads. It was nice to have a relaxing morning. I would love to stay here again next time!

    I fully enjoyed Fukuoka.

    Thank you for the room upgrade upon check-in. Even though I was staying alone, I enjoyed a spacious stay in a twin room, which was wonderful. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and there were no issues at all. The bathroom was a unit bath, but I could relax and soak comfortably. The Sri Lankan curry, salad bar, and freshly baked bread at breakfast were delicious. I was also delighted to find Fukuoka's specialty mentaiko available. Being able to relax in the room until check-out made my stay perfect. I will definitely choose this accommodation again when visiting Fukuoka!

    Above all, the bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

    Truly attentive service from check-in to check-out. I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. I was also very satisfied with the reasonable price despite it being before a holiday. I would like to use it again on another occasion.

    I used it to go to P...

    I used it to go to PayPay Dome. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Tenjin Station, and it's about 3 stops on the subway airport line to the dome. The women-only floor was clean, and the amenities such as Refa hair dryers, curling irons, and shower heads were well-equipped, which was very nice. I would like to use it again when I come to PayPay Dome.

    Comfortable and Enjoyable Stay

    From check-in to check-out, the service was just right, and the Room was comfortably arranged, making my stay very pleasant. The café service after check-in was a nice touch, and staying on the women-only floor provided a sense of security. Above all, the Sri Lankan curry for breakfast was incredibly delicious! I would love to stay here again when I visit Fukuoka.

    Simple and easy to use

    Although it is a bit far from the station, it is located in the stylish Yakuin area, which made for a nice walk. We were able to use the shared space in front of the lobby, and there were free drinks and snacks available. The Sri Lankan curry for breakfast was also delicious. Personally, I would have preferred the rice to be a bit firmer. The service was also courteous.
