    Comfortable

    Having an affiliated parking lot right downstairs is a big plus. The Room has a unit bath, but it was clean, and the bed quality was decent. There are plenty of places to eat dinner around Akabane Station, so exploring the neighborhood was enjoyable as well. The staff were also very helpful.

    We highly recommend the morning curry for breakfast.

    A dedicated multi-story parking garage is located directly behind the Hotel, making it convenient for business trips. Breakfast was very satisfying, with authentic curry and naan—rare for a Business Hotel—and even chai tea.

    The staff are wonderful!!

    My first time in Akabane. After seeing a play starring Rie Miyazawa, I ended up checking in later than planned, but they kindly called to confirm and welcomed me warmly despite my late arrival. Their advice on where to go for drinks in Akabane was spot-on, and with the Akabane festival the next day, it made for an amazing stay. Thank you very much.

    Very comfortable and conveniently located near the station.

    Reservation with a Room-assigned Plan Although I stayed solo, I was upgraded to a spacious twin Room, which was extremely comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities—shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were all from KNOLL—which was a big plus for me.

    It was great.

    It was my first time staying in Akabane, but the property was easy to find and just a short walk from the station. At check-in, I was guided to the self check-in machine, and the courteous service left a great impression. The Room was spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. I have already made a Reservation for two nights next month.

    Cigarette smell

    The room was listed as non-smoking, but there was a smell of cigarettes.

    Breakfast is delicious! The buffet includes 4 types of curry.

    The breakfast is very delicious! There are four types of authentic curry and naan available. I ended up eating too much. There’s also salad, miso soup, regular soup, and even chai among the drinks—a very satisfying selection. The only Room available was a smoking Room, and it smelled much stronger of tobacco than expected—it was really unpleasant. When I opened the window, I realized the neighboring building was a nightclub, and loud voices from outside kept waking me up throughout the night. Check-in can be done via a machine. There is staff present—mostly foreign workers—but there was one Japanese staff member as well. The walls are thick enough that no noise from neighboring Rooms could be heard. There is no large public bath; however, the bathtub in the Room is spacious enough to stretch your legs comfortably. Amenities are available on the first floor.

    I discovered that Akabane is surprisingly convenient!

    A 2-3 minute walk from Akabane Station, and even closer if you use the back exit. The service is very polite and welcoming. Initially, I thought it might be inconvenient, but it's surprisingly accessible—within 15 minutes to Tokyo Station and just over 20 minutes to Shibuya by train. Akabane also has many bars and offers easy access to both Shinjuku and Shinbashi areas, making this accommodation highly recommended.

    Close to the station.

    Close to the station and convenient. It has a clean feel, and the Room is small but comfortable. The customer service was good.

    I was able to spend my time comfortably.

    Compared to the Business Hotels I usually use, I personally felt that the service and Room quality were higher. At check-in, I was a bit scared because the surrounding area seemed unsafe, but the front desk service was excellent, and the security was solid, so I felt safe. The Room size was ideal, providing a comfortable space. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the Room was hot and uncomfortable to sleep in, even though the air conditioning was on. Other than that, I was very satisfied. It was so good that I wrote a thank you note at the end and checked out. I would like to use it again next time!
