    A convenient, great-value Hotel

    The staff were courteous and left a great impression. The Room was clean, and we appreciated the drip coffee and water provided. Adjusting the shower water temperature was a bit tricky, but it was fine once we got used to it. We felt this Hotel offered great value for money, and it’s also close to the station.

    I have stayed here many times.

    This Hotel is conveniently located near Shin-Yokohama. I think it’s a very good Hotel. The shampoo and other amenities are high quality, and I have no complaints. If I had to mention any drawbacks, the shower temperature can be a bit tricky to adjust, and the TV is slightly small. Even then, those are only minor inconveniences if you really look for them. It’s an excellent Hotel for the price, so I will definitely stay here again.

    Satisfied.

    I stayed here after a concert at Yokohama Arena. The entrance felt luxurious, and I was excited as I walked in. The Room facilities showed some signs of use, but everything was clean and I was able to relax. The next morning, I used the lounge on the second floor to toast the bread I had ordered, and it was a wonderful space. If possible, I would be happy if it could also be used as a cafe at check-in! I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

    Honeymoon Twin

    The Room was spacious and clean. The shower head was a ReFa, making for an exceptionally luxurious bath time. It was close to Nissan Stadium and within walking distance, and even on our Multiple Night Stay the bed was large and comfortable. For breakfast, it seems there is also a Plan that includes a set of four freshly baked breads from a bakery with coffee, plus a shumai bento from a famous shop, so I’d like to try it next time! Thank you for your hospitality.

    Overall, I am satisfied.

    Whenever I stay in Shin-Yokohama, I almost always choose this Accommodation. It offers great value for money, and breakfast includes Kiyoken’s Shumai Bento. You’ll be full from the morning. Tea and coffee are also provided. The rooms are spacious enough. One minor concern is that it’s difficult to balance the hot and cold water; it would be better if a thermostatic mixer were installed.

    It’s very close to Shin-Yokohama Station, with many restaurants nearby. The Hotel has a calm atmosphere, and the Room was spacious. Although it was a smoking Room, there was an air purifier and no smell of cigarettes. I would definitely like to stay here again whenever I visit Yokohama.

    Second Stay

    I visited the Shin-Yokohama area and stayed at other Hotels, but considering the cost-performance, this Hotel was the best. The Room was spacious and comfortable, so I would like to stay here again if available next time.

    Satisfaction

    In this day and age, it is rare to find a smoking room, but this Hotel offers smoking rooms, so I made a Reservation. The Room was spacious and clean, and I was very satisfied! I would love to use it again if I have the chance.

    Ladies' Room Use

    Close to Shin-Yokohama Station with a pleasant atmosphere, I decided to stay at this accommodation. The front desk staff provided excellent and polite service. The handwritten message on the card key holder was a nice touch and made me feel at ease. The breakfast bread tasted even better as it could be warmed using a Balmuda toaster. Suggestions for improvement: The pillows did not suit me. There were two, but both were the same type. It would be great if there were options like high and low or firm and soft pillows available. I would also appreciate improved blackout curtains. I wanted to sleep in during the morning, but the room became bright, waking me up earlier than planned.

    Accommodation for concerts at Yokohama Arena

    This was the best option I found for a smoking Room near Yokohama Arena. I also confirmed over the phone, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful, which made me happy. The Room was clean and nice. I would love to stay here again during concerts. Thank you very much!

    There are convenience stores, three major café chain outlets, and a burger shop between Shin-Yokohama Station and the Hotel, providing a sense of reassurance. The service was excellent, and the location is very convenient as it is close to the station. However, the TV is small. Additionally, when filling the bathtub with water, it makes a loud noise as the water doesn't touch any surface. The toilet also requires setting up the bidet each time, which can be quite noisy.

    About 10 minutes from the station. There is a FamilyMart convenience store right in front of the Hotel, which is very convenient. The Room was more spacious than it looked in the photos. The bathroom and toilet are a bit small; it might be fine for women, but could feel cramped for men or foreign guests. Overall, I had a comfortable stay!

    I had a relaxing stay.

    Used during a live event at Yokohama Arena. Some parts of the Facility show signs of wear, but it has been well-renovated and kept clean. The location near the station is excellent, and I would like to use it again.

    I stayed here during an event at Yokohama Arena. The luggage I left before check-in was properly delivered to my Room, and a handwritten note was even included, which made me feel this Hotel has wonderful attention to detail. I was satisfied with everything, including cleanliness, Facilities, cost performance, and accessibility. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed here due to a nearby event. Although it was more affordable compared to nearby Hotels on the day, the satisfaction level exceeded my expectations, and I had an enjoyable two days. The amenity bar and free rental items were very helpful. It was also nice to be able to enjoy the breakfast bento box leisurely in the Room. At the 3 PM check-in, there were over 10 groups waiting, but the person initially at the front desk handled the situation and communicated with customers very effectively, which was impressive. The staff provided detailed directions and overall offered excellent service. I would like to stay here again when I visit Shin-Yokohama. Thank you very much.

    Thank you for always providing a pleasant stay. The service at the front desk was also pleasant. The only disappointment was that the hangers in the Room were quite worn out and chipped. It's a shame, especially for a ladies' floor!
