  The bath filled up q...

  The bath filled up quickly, which was very convenient. Amenities were self-service, allowing us to take what we needed. Thank you very much!

  The Room was thoroug...

  The Room was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. Amenities were placed next to the front desk, including lotion, emulsion, cleansing products, toothbrushes, body towels, razors, green tea, black tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and more. Shaving cream could not be found and might not be available. Room keys are handed over to the front desk when going out. The front desk operates 24 hours a day so there is no need to worry about time.

  Thank you for your patronage.

  Convenient location near the station. The building is not new, so the Room felt old and a bit dark, but it was clean. The breakfast milk was not cold and tasted off, so I couldn't drink it. I was slightly concerned that cold drinks might spoil as they were not kept in the refrigerator late at night. The Hotel reception staff were polite and greeted warmly, which was nice.

Our accommodation is conveniently located about a 2-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, making it highly praised by guests for both tourism and business purposes. We also sincerely appreciate your kind words regarding our staff's service and room cleanliness. Regarding the issue with the milk, we confirm that all ingredients used in our accommodation are procured appropriately, and there were no issues with their quality. However, as you mentioned, there may have been shortcomings in temperature management or timing during service due to the consecutive days of extreme heat. We deeply apologize for causing any discomfort when we should have provided everything in perfect condition. In response to your feedback, we have reviewed our refrigeration management system and conducted rechecks with restaurant staff to prevent recurrence. Thank you very much for your valuable feedback. Should you visit us again in the future, all of our staff will strive to ensure an even more satisfying stay.

  I will use your service again.

  This was my second stay for the Kyocera live event. The room was already cool with the air conditioning on, which was very helpful. The front desk staff promptly assisted me when there was a line, which I appreciated. The 12:00 PM checkout time was especially convenient during the hot weather, allowing me to stay until the last minute. It's conveniently located near Shinsaibashi Station, and I would like to stay here again next time.

  Great location and excellent value for money

  Great location and excellent value for money. This is fantastic in the heart of Osaka's downtown area.

  The location and pri...

  The location and price are perfect. The 12:00 checkout time is my favorite feature, as I don't have to rush while packing. Unlike many trendy hotels with exposed walls and hangers, this accommodation has a closet with sliding doors, which keeps clothes clean. Although the lack of a card key means anyone can use the elevator, passing by the front desk before accessing it provides some level of security. As long as the accommodation cost doesn't increase, I plan to stay here whenever I visit Osaka.
