    For Multiple Night Stay Use

    I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days from August 15 to 17. I’ve used this Hotel before, but this is my first time posting a Review. Room & Amenities I stayed in a twin Room on the 10th floor. Since it was a high floor, the view was great. The Room was clean. Staff & Service This time I used early check-in from 11:00. It costs an additional 3,000 yen, but I recommend it for anyone who wants to arrive at the Hotel early. Since check-out is also until 12:00, being able to get ready at a relaxed pace is excellent. Bathroom The lettering on the shampoo and body wash bottles in the bathroom had peeled off and was hard to read. (I’d appreciate it if bottles with faded labels could be replaced.) Facility & Equipment Wi-Fi connected without any issues. One disappointing point for me is that the coin laundry is in the basement. Also, there are only two dryers, which feels too few. I’d like them to provide as many dryers as there are washing machines. Overall Satisfaction Thank you for having us this time with my friends. We had a very enjoyable stay. I’d like to stay again. Summary It’s right by Shinagawa Seaside Station on the Rinkai Line, so it’s extremely convenient when going to events along the Rinkai Line (Ariake, Odaiba, etc.). There’s also an AEON right in front of the Hotel, which makes shopping easy.

    A convenient base!

    I stayed at Harton because I didn’t want to head back to the suburbs on a crowded Friday-night train, still drenched in sweat after a live show in Odaiba with my son. It turned out to be a great decision! After the concert, we didn’t have to rush home—we enjoyed dinner at a relaxed pace and then reached the Hotel on a less crowded train. I often stay at relatively nice Hotels these days, so of course the Room and Facility felt more basic by comparison, but above all, this location and excellent access were a huge advantage. I also bought breakfast tickets afterward; the selection was standard, but even on Saturday morning it wasn’t too crowded, so we could take our time. On top of that, we didn’t need to rush at checkout either, and we were able to start the weekend slowly. Thank you!

    Convenient Location

    I stayed here after a concert in Ariake. It was very convenient—about a 10-minute train ride from Kokusai-Tenjijo Station, and the Hotel is just a short walk from the station. With only a brief train ride, I was able to stay at a more reasonable price than Hotels around Odaiba and Ariake. I didn’t use it this time, but there’s an AEON right in front, so finding food shouldn’t be an issue. My Room was on the ocean side, so I could see planes taking off from Haneda, Shinkansen trains running on the nearby rail line, and luxury cruise ships at anchor—more enjoyable views than I expected. The Room size was fine for one person. The bathroom is a unit bath, but it felt spacious for a Business Hotel. I also appreciated having individually adjustable air conditioning.

    Very good.

    Overall, everything was very good! We stayed in a single room and a triple room, and the triple had three beds with enough space. It was disappointing that the Italian restaurant was temporarily closed. Great value for money and close to the station! I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Tokyo.

    Highly recommended location.

    As other guests’ Reviews mention, the property is located right in front of the station, and the AEON Mall stays open until late at night. It also has a large food court and many restaurants, which made our stay very comfortable. Odaiba is also just a quick ride away on the Rinkai Line, so it was very convenient. On top of that, we enjoyed the view from the window both in the morning and at night!

    Safe and reliable to use

    Thank you for providing a comfortable stay the other day. As I have difficulty walking, I always worry about whether my travel destination will be suitable, but this is my third year staying at this hotel, and I always leave feeling satisfied. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet at a relaxed pace and found it delicious.

    A Hotel with a Great Location

    I often stay here when traveling from Haneda. I really like the convenient access to Haneda and the many restaurants nearby for dinner. One request I have is to improve the water pressure, especially from the faucets.

    Disappointing

    I stayed for a multiple night stay (3 nights) the week after Golden Week. Considering the accommodation price, the room was narrow and old. It was an economy twin, but felt like a double room with an extra bed added, which was small and low, resulting in very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Breakfast was standard business type, but the staff were efficient in replenishing food and maintaining smooth service without stress, which was good.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located close to the station even on rainy days, and the lobby provided essential amenities like lotion, which helped me travel light. There were always multiple staff members at the front desk, so I never had to wait, and being able to use express checkout was a great convenience. Although unrelated to the Hotel's evaluation, I found it difficult to locate the entrance of the Aeon store right in front of the Hotel, which caused me to take a significant detour.

    Close to the station, with a 12:00 check-out for a relaxing stay!

    Just outside the station! Aeon Mall is also nearby, making it convenient for dining out or shopping and relaxing in the Room. The 12 o'clock checkout is appreciated. The staff were pleasant and kind, which is always nice. Even though there was exterior construction, the dawn sky was very beautiful, and we had a good morning.

    It was nice being close to the station.

    I stayed in a non-smoking single room of 16 square meters. It was nice to have a long chair (sofa) as well. Perhaps due to the strong wind, there was a noise from the wind between buildings coming from under the room door, so I called the front desk. A male and female staff member kindly brought a bath towel. When they placed the bath towel to cover the gap under the door, the noise mysteriously stopped. I'm glad I called the front desk early. The hotel is conveniently located near the Rinkai Line, Shinagawa Seaside Station, and about 2 minutes from the limousine bus stop to Haneda Airport. There was also an AEON across from the hotel.

    The night view and sunrise are wonderful.

    This was my first time using the service, but the Room was not cramped for three people, and there was no stress. The night view was beautiful and amazing. I think there are many transportation options, making it convenient. I would like to use it again.

    I would have liked an explanation at the front desk about the availability of water. I purchased water nearby. I would appreciate it if the toothpaste could be a little larger.

    Stayed for 2 nights ...

    Stayed for 2 nights from the 13th. Since I stayed with a friend from afar, I requested a Room on the side where we could see the Disneyland fireworks. They accommodated our request, and we were able to see the fireworks. Amazingly, the next day we could also see the fireworks from Odaiba? Harumi? The Room was clean, and different types of breakfast were prepared for the two days, making it a Hotel I want to stay at again. If I may say, the showerhead has a retro feel, so if it were new, I would be completely satisfied. The water pressure and large bathtub were no problem, and I had a comfortable stay. The explanation from the man at the front desk was very easy to understand.

    Winter Family Trip

    Considering the price, I think it's about right, but it would have been better if the meals were a bit more substantial. The convenience is excellent.

    I slept soundly!

    A spacious bed and a comfortable Room made it easy to recover from the fatigue of the flight and have a good rest. The staff's hospitality and the location were excellent, and thank you for the upgrade.

    Very close to the station and also near a convenience store.

    It is located very close to Shinagawa Seaside Station on the Rinkai Line (Exit A), making it extremely convenient. Moreover, despite being close to the city center, the accommodation cost is reasonable (hotel prices have been high recently!). Near the hotel, there is a business square called Oval Garden (?), with a convenience store and Aeon, so you won't have any trouble shopping. Despite that, there was almost no noise. The room feels a bit small, but it is clean, and I don't think there are any particular problems. The air conditioning can be adjusted in each room. The bathroom mirror is designed not to fog up. If I had to say, the bathtub faucet is not thermostatic, so adjusting the temperature is a bit tricky (lol). The room key is a card key, and at checkout, you just need to drop it in the collection box behind the counter, and that's it. The Rinkai Line is directly connected to Oimachi, Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Odaiba, and if you transfer at the terminal station Shin-Kiba, you can also go to Maihama (Disney Resort) and Makuhari Messe, so I think this hotel is recommended. When coming from Haneda Airport, you can get off at Tennozu Isle Station on the monorail and transfer to the Rinkai Line (you have to walk a bit outside...), and it's the next station (apparently, you can go directly by limousine bus to Oimachi Station).

    It was quiet and nice.

    The Room was spacious, and the view from the window was very nice. The shops were also nearby, which was convenient. I appreciated amenities like water supply and reading lights. I would like to use it again.

    This hotel is truly convenient.

    I used this hotel when I took a flight from Haneda, as I live in Nagano Prefecture. It is located in a place that can be reached directly from Shinjuku, and I was able to get to Haneda without stress. The room was spacious, and although the bathroom and toilet felt a bit old, it's a hotel I would definitely like to use again.

    Satisfied

    I had a comfortable stay without any particular issues. The proximity to the station and Aeon was convenient, and I thought the surrounding area was quiet and nice. There were several types of fresh furikake available for breakfast, and they were so delicious that I had two bowls of rice. The checkout time being until 12 PM was also a plus. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
