  Conveniently located, a premium Business Hotel.

  Located just a 3-minute walk from Shibuya Station, I chose this accommodation for its excellent location and reasonable price. While the bathtub was small and the hotel had an older atmosphere: - The front desk staff were polite and welcoming. - My delivered luggage was placed in the room before my arrival. - The humidifier was properly filled with water. The service was comparable to that of a first-class hotel. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my stay in Shibuya.

  The air conditioning is not working.

  The room was too cold to relax at all. Even when I set the air conditioning panel to 28 degrees, only cold air came out, and it never warmed up. When I tried to call the front desk, the sticker with the extension number had peeled off, making it impossible to contact them. Even when I called through the official website, after navigating through automated responses and finally reaching "connecting you," an automated voice said "currently unavailable" and ended the call. It was disheartening. Not giving up yet, I checked further on their official website and found that temperature is centrally controlled throughout the building, so individual adjustments are not possible. At that point, I gave up completely. If that's the case, could you please put a notice above the room's air conditioning control panel saying something like "Adjusting this won't work"? Honestly speaking, if you're charging nearly 40,000 yen per night per room, shouldn't you invest in installing individual household air conditioners in every room? Centralized temperature control for an entire building seems outdated nowadays. Unless proper air conditioning is installed in each room moving forward, I won't be returning again... The location was excellent though!

We deeply regret that the extension number sticker had peeled off and that our automated phone response system did not function adequately, causing you concern. Moving forward, we will enhance our facility inspections and work on improving communication methods and signage within the premises. Additionally, regarding the explanation about centralized air conditioning management, we are considering displaying this information clearly inside each Room for better understanding by our guests.   The location is excellent.

  The location is extremely convenient, making it a stress-free stay. Although the bathroom was slightly dated, the hot water supply was excellent and did not cause any discomfort. The breakfast exceeded expectations with its amazing taste! All the staff were exceptional, providing great satisfaction. I would definitely love to stay here again!
