    The breakfast was great!

    This was my first stay. The Room was a perfect size, clean, and relaxing. I wasn’t able to use the large public bath, but the breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. Thank you for your hospitality. I would stay again if I have the opportunity.

    I asked the front de...

    I asked the front desk to replace the towels by entering the room, but the replacement towels were left hanging on the doorknob. The same thing happened when I stayed in March.

    This is what “simple” means.

    This was my first time staying in Sapporo. The Room is very simple. But it has everything you need. It’s also quite comfortable. It felt like, “This is all you need!” The location is great, and even though it was right in the middle of the Snow Festival period, the cost was reasonable. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sapporo!

    Recommended as you can make a Reservation even during events.

    The customer service is excellent. Having a large public bath is a great advantage. The availability of high-quality shampoo is also a delightful service.

    Revisit.

    The single room feels cramped, and the window does not open, which gives a sense of confinement. When I used a twin room for single use last December, the window could be opened, and it was spacious and comfortable. For meals during my Multiple Night Stay, the menu was almost the same for two days. The service from the front desk staff, dining area staff, and housekeeping staff was excellent. Thank you very much.

    The location is excellent.

    The location in the heart of Susukino offers great convenience. However, the rooms themselves are old and somewhat small. The bath uses a single faucet for adjusting water and hot water, which can be quite challenging in the middle of winter. The room wear felt quite worn out. Also, please note that there is no safe in the room. The breakfast was delicious.

    The bathroom has a spacious changing area and a large bathtub.

    The large public bath was perfect for my tired feet after walking. The changing room is spacious and very nice. There is a convenience store downstairs, which is convenient. There were many businessmen, so I was lucky that the bath was not crowded. The amenities are limited to a razor and toothbrush, with no lotion or similar products. The room had a large bed, and the chairs were also good. It's more suited for men.
