    I stayed here to att...

    I stayed here to attend a live show at Orix Theater. I also stayed here the year before last, and it’s truly convenient because the theater is right in front of the property. This time, I bought merchandise and had some time before the doors opened, but thanks to my Reservation I was able to relax until then, which was great. There are plenty of shops nearby, and there’s also a 24-hour AEON near Yotsubashi Station, so it’s very convenient.

    If you happen to have lively guests nearby...

    The Hotel was close to Orix Theater, and it was clean, which I appreciated. I would definitely like to stay here again when I have plans at Orix Theater. By chance, there were guests coming and going frequently and making noise late at night (around 3 a.m.), so I couldn’t sleep, and it made me wonder if the walls are thin. When I called the front desk, they responded right away, which was very helpful. Just when I thought I could finally sleep, the air conditioner stopped (central control?), and it was too hot to sleep. After a while it started running again, and I was finally able to fall asleep. In the morning, I woke up later than usual and took longer to get ready, so it ended up being right before check-out. However, when I received a call saying that an extension fee would be charged in 15 minutes, it made me feel that there wasn’t much consideration—perhaps they weren’t aware of my call from the night before—which was disappointing because otherwise I really like this place.

    If you’re going to Orix Theater

    I stayed here because I was looking for the closest place to the Orix Theater. It is close to the station and also close to the theater. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. I also had a Multiple Night Stay from the next day, and they accommodated me without changing my Room, which was very helpful.

    Glad I stayed here!

    This was my first stay. The staff were very kind and helpful when I called with inquiries before my stay. My spouse and I enjoy drinking in the room, so we always choose a comfortable room. This was our first trip to Osaka in a while, and the room was great. The bathtub with a washing area, which is essential for us, was also excellent. We would love to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you!

    HOTEL Near the Concert Venue

    Surprisingly close to ORIX Theater. Although there is no view, the Room is clean. I loved the cute bathtub in the bathroom. The staff were all kind, allowing me to have a relaxing stay. It would have been even better if bath salts were provided.

    I accidentally reserved a smoking room, but I upgraded to a larger non-smoking room by paying the difference. The room had two types of ReFa irons and a shower head, which made me very satisfied. I plan to reserve this room next time. The late check-out fee of 1,000 yen per hour was also reasonable. The staff's service was excellent as well. Thank you very much!

    Not a yukata, but...

    We would prefer something other than a yukata. The location was convenient and easy to find, and we appreciated the kindness of the staff.

    The smell of the floor

    The lobby was bright and nice, but when I arrived at the accommodation floor and the elevator doors opened, there was an indescribable lack of cleanliness in the smell. People who stayed on different floors said the same thing. It was a deeply ingrained smell that seemed like it had been forcibly turned into a non-smoking area, and the smell in the hallway to the room was very disappointing. I think it would be better to either change out the carpet that has absorbed this odor or place room fragrances throughout each floor. The shape of the bathtub was cute.

    I used this place for a live event at the Orix Theater. It was convenient as it was close to the theater and there was a convenience store nearby. I appreciated that they could hold my luggage even after checkout. (Some hotels don't offer this service.) I gave the bathroom 3 stars because the unit bath is difficult to use. It would be nice to have a shower booth. I would like to use it again when there's another live event.

    I made a reservation for a two-night stay at Daiwa Roynet. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but access to Shinsaibashi is convenient. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating, arranging for an early check-in as I was in a hurry. The building and rooms are a bit old, but I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast didn't have a large variety, but it was surprisingly delicious. There was a udon restaurant (Mito) nearby that I had wanted to visit, and both the food and drinks were very enjoyable.
