    Great value for money.

    I stayed for one night. The staff handled both check-in and check-out smoothly, which was pleasant. In the Room, the cushion had an odor and the coating on the sink was peeling, which made me wonder why this Room was being offered. Overall, though, the location is good and it wasn’t bad.

    Highly recommended.

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay with a Child Sharing Existing Bedding, and the location, price, and staff service were all excellent. With the eco Plan, there was no room cleaning, and we could exchange towels at the front desk, which made things easy. There is a convenience store on the first floor, so it’s very convenient. The building and Facility feel like an older Business Hotel, but it has been renovated and the exterior looks clean, so it didn’t bother me much. If you care a lot about small dust, torn wallpaper, or an older bathroom, this may not be the right place for you. I would be very happy if the coin laundry dryer were gas-powered. It was a Hotel I would like to use again. Thank you.

    Delicious but slightly mild in flavor.

    Each dish was delicious. Both of us felt that the soba dipping sauce and dressing were quite mild in flavor. Apologies, as we are accustomed to stronger flavors!

    The hygiene of the Room was terrible, will not return.

    The lobby was very clean, and I initially thought it was a lovely Hotel. However, the cleanliness of the guest room was honestly terrible. There were reddish-brown stains around the toilet water outlet, black mold all around the edge of the sink, black mold under the hand soap, and dirt and human hair on the ceiling above the bathtub. Even items like glasses made me hesitate to use them, and my mood dropped significantly upon entering the room. These are issues that could have been prevented with proper cleaning, which is extremely disappointing. The contrast with the lobby was stark, and I will not be staying here again.

    Conveniently located near Tenmonkan. When I couldn't find the parking lot, I called, and they kindly came out to guide me. Would love to stay here again.

    Is this your first time using our service?

    I stayed here for my first trip to Kagoshima, and everything from the service, Facility, amenities, cleanliness—everything was excellent and very satisfying. The location is right in the middle of the downtown area, and it's also very affordable and budget-friendly. I will definitely choose Hotel Mystays Kagoshima Tenmonkan again when I visit Kagoshima next time. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

    Good accommodation experience

    1. Very close to Takamibaba Tram Station. 2. English communication is available. 3. Nearby, you can find Kagoshima Tonkotsu Ramen and Kurobuta at Wahren, as well as a DONKI store for shopping. 4. The twin-bed room has limited space.

    I was satisfied.

    Close to Tenmonkan and extremely convenient. It was a sufficient Stays for a solo trip. I will use it again!
