    A convenient, hidden-gem Hotel near Tokyo Station.

    I previously had a very comfortable stay, and this time I stayed here again for one night. It is very comfortable for a group of four. Even though it is in Tokyo, I was able to enjoy the feeling of traveling as if staying at a Ryokan.

    I was very happy to ...

    I was very happy to be able to sleep soundly at the Hotel. As expected, the Room was clean, and the amenities were excellent, so I was very satisfied. I was a bit concerned that the tables were close to other guests, but I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality.

    A business hotel near Tokyo Station!

    Within walking distance of Tokyo Station, you’ll be welcomed by wind chimes in the elevator hall at the ground-floor entrance, creating a refreshing atmosphere. The lobby is on the top floor served by the elevators, and everything—including the corridors—is clean and well maintained. The lobby also has tourist information brochures. This Room did not have a view, and the furnishings were comparable to a standard business hotel near Tokyo Station. I was also interested in breakfast, but couldn’t make it due to my schedule, so I’d like to try it next time.

    I have stayed here several times, but this visit was the worst. Dust on the ceiling was noticeable, and there was an unpleasant smell in the Room. Water was dripping from the air conditioner, and during the night I heard strange noises coming from a decoration near my pillow. When making my Reservation, I had mistakenly provided the wrong number of men and women; when I informed the front desk on arrival, they responded kindly (I stopped by before check-in to leave my luggage), but the amenities were not updated. The location is great and I have used this property many times, which made this stay especially disappointing.

    Room type assigned on arrival

    About 1 meter from the exterior wall of the neighboring building I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this was the most oppressive, cramped feeling I’ve ever experienced It was my first time booking with the Room type left to the Hotel, but I won’t do that again next time

    Disappointed

    The Room was small; two adults stayed, but it might be fine for one person. Since I slept on the far side of the bed, it was difficult to get to the toilet. Also, having the toilet at the head of the bed felt uncomfortable for me. The food was very delicious.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    It was very convenient, located close to Tokyo Station. The Accommodation Fee was also reasonable. There was only a shower, but it had a body shower feature, making it a pleasant experience. For breakfast, they kindly made rice balls upon request and also cut fruit as requested. The Room was partly Japanese-style, which felt more relaxing than a sofa. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    Traditional Japanese Hospitality

    The service was excellent. The staff were very helpful and gave a thorough introduction to the room. The room was spacious, with four beds, a desk and TV, and even a small backyard—right in central Tokyo. Breakfast was also great and exceeded my expectations. It’s slightly more expensive than typical business hotels, but definitely worth it.

    I booked this Plan b...

    I booked this Plan because there was a last-minute “Room assigned on arrival” option available. This time I was given a standard Room, and there was no view at all, but everything else was the same as my previous stay and my satisfaction level was very high. If you can give up on the view, I think it’s an excellent Room in terms of value for money. The staff’s hospitality remains outstanding. Due to personal circumstances, I requested parking use and a late-night check-out and vehicle exit, and they handled it without any issues. Thank you very much.

    I had no idea there was a Hotel like this near Tokyo Station!

    From the name, I didn’t expect much and assumed it might be an older Business Hotel, but the Facility were new and stylish, and everything exceeded my expectations—excellent value for money. The bathroom and toilet are separate and spacious enough. The only downside was that the view wasn’t great, but considering how easy it is to access from Tokyo Station, I don’t think it’s a big issue.

    We’re sorry your mobile phone couldn’t connect.

    This was my second stay. It’s close to Tokyo Station on the Shinkansen line, and the service is excellent, so I’ve decided to stay here whenever I visit Tokyo. However, unfortunately, I couldn’t get a mobile phone signal in my Room. My family and friends called me again and again, but the calls kept dropping right away, which was disappointing. I hope this won’t happen next time.

    I stayed again after a concert. It’s really close to the station, so it’s easy to find. There’s also a convenience store right outside the Hotel, which is very helpful. The amenities are well stocked, so you don’t need to bring anything. I also appreciate that my luggage is carried to my Room every time—thank you very much. Also, I saw a guest checking in before us speaking with the front desk staff in a foreign language, and I was impressed. I think this is a Hotel where international guests can stay with peace of mind. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and very nice, so I was satisfied. I’d like to use it again when I go to another concert.

    It was a wonderful Hotel!

    It was close to Tokyo Station and easy to get to. In front of the elevator to the Hotel lounge, there was a gentle waft of incense in the air—it's a scent I love, and it felt soothing from that moment. When I left my luggage before check-in, they brought it up to my Room for me, which was very helpful. At check-in they offered an oshibori towel, and the Room came with complimentary water. The Room was incredibly quiet, the humidifier already had water set so I could use it right away, and there were bath salts among the amenities—so I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were also polished and professional, with excellent service. Please let me stay again!

    Clean and comfortable.

    This was my second stay. It’s very convenient and close to Tokyo Station. The Room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked. I also appreciated not only the coffee and water, but the small packaged snacks as well. Breakfast had a great variety and was very good. The vegetable shabu-shabu and simmered dishes were delicious. All of the staff were kind and courteous. I would like to stay here again next time.

    The spacious Japanes...

    The spacious Japanese-style Room was nice. However, I couldn’t relax because the Room toilet had glass walls. Breakfast seems to focus on offering many options, but everything was crowded into a small space and felt cluttered, so it wasn’t relaxing. I also felt that hot pot dishes weren’t necessary in the morning. Aside from breakfast, I had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

    It feels great to be...

    It feels great to be offered a hot towel right away at check-in. The service is accurate and smooth. The corridors and the Room were spotless, and I had a very comfortable stay. I always look forward to the breakfast buffet. There is a wide selection of Tokyo vegetables, and the chefs cook on the spot, so everything is delicious. Whenever I go to Tokyo, I always choose Ryumeikan, and I will stay again. Thank you very much. The only disappointment was that the shelf where the bath towels are placed was a bit too high for me (I am 150 cm tall).

    Reliable comfort

    It was my first stay here in a while. The location is great as always, and the Room was thoroughly cleaned and felt very fresh—consistently comfortable. This time, I tried the breakfast buffet for the first time. There was a wide variety of ingredients, everything was delicious, and I was very satisfied. However, because it’s so popular… The front desk staff said something like, “Breakfast Reservations aren’t available, so please just come on the day,” so I casually went around 9:30, but it was full and I couldn’t get in. On my second try (going at opening time), I was able to use it. If you choose a Plan without breakfast during busy periods such as long weekends or holidays, it’s probably best to be careful.

    After the concert. This is my second stay.

    I stayed here before and had a wonderful experience, so this time I chose it again for a live concert. It’s very convenient because it’s close to the Yaesu Exit of Tokyo Station. They also stored my luggage from the morning, which was a big help. I stayed on a Plan with late check-in, but I told them I might arrive even later depending on when the concert ended. They assured me it would be fine, which put me at ease. As expected, it took quite a while after the show ended, and I think I arrived at the Hotel after 10:30 p.m., but they handled my late arrival without any problem. They even delivered my stored luggage to my Room, which was very helpful. When I left my luggage earlier and mentioned to the front desk staff that I was going to a concert, they said “Enjoy the live show,” which made me really happy (lol). Thank you. There’s also a convenience store right outside the Hotel, so even if you arrive late at night you can easily buy food and drinks. The Room was more than enough for one person—almost too nice for solo travel. There were plenty of amenities as well; you can manage without bringing much. I forgot makeup remover… and it really saved me. The concert was so much fun that I fell asleep quickly from exhaustion, but I was able to rest well. The price is a little on the higher side, but I think it’s worth it. I’d like to stay again next time.

    An excellent location close to the Yaesu Exit.

    Although it’s close to the station, it was very clean and relaxing. The bedding was great and I slept well. The neatly organized drink corner and other thoughtful touches made it easy to use, and it felt as comfortable as being at home.

    This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    We stayed here the day before my daughter’s exam. The Room, hallways, and front desk—everything was spotless. The Room had complimentary bottled water, and the amenities were well stocked with coffee, tea, and more. We were satisfied with everything. The bathroom was a shower-only type without a bathtub, but it was still fine for us. There was also a small tatami area where we could stretch out and relax. They stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. We went out on both days, so this was very helpful. The Hotel is also close to the Yaesu Exit of Tokyo Station, so it’s easy to find. It’s a very convenient location. We could shop and eat at Daimaru and in the underground areas around the station, and even with lots of bags it was easy because it’s so close to the station. We had a great time for the first time in a while. My daughter was nervous on the night before her exam, but she was able to stay comfortably as well. This time we chose a Plan without meals, so if we have another chance, we’d like to stay again with a Plan that includes breakfast and take our time.

    Clean and comfortable, but with a few disappointing aspects.

    The room was clean and comfortable. However, it was disappointing that the front desk and other staff seemed impersonal and lacked smiles. It felt like they might be busy or tired, which made me hesitant to ask questions. The only exception was a woman at the live kitchen in the breakfast area (likely foreign based on her name tag), who greeted everyone with a wonderful smile and responded cheerfully to requests. Thanks to her, I could start my day in a great mood. Other staff members passed by silently without greeting, which surprised me at times. Additionally, I overheard conversations among staff about absent colleagues or complaints in the back area, which could have been handled more discreetly. The location near the station and clean room were excellent, so I would consider staying here again if given another opportunity.

    I used the "Room Assigned on Arrival" plan for the first time. Despite being Christmas, it was not crowded, and I had a comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. The room was a corner twin on the 8th floor; while the view wasn't entirely open, the nighttime atmosphere of Yaesu and Nihonbashi was more than enough to enjoy. What impressed me most were the staff's excellent service, the cleanliness of the room, and well-equipped amenities. Compared to other high-priced nearby Hotels, this place offers exceptional value. While I worry it might become too popular and harder to book in the future, I highly recommend this Hotel!

    Special Rate for Room Type Assigned Upon Arrival

    This time, I made a Reservation with a budget-friendly Plan where the room type is assigned by the hotel. I was very pleased with the double Room last time, which had a separate bath area and a KINUJO hairdryer, so I was slightly disappointed that this standard Room had a unit bath and an ordinary hairdryer. However, considering it was almost half the price, this difference is understandable. The Room was compact but clean, with adjustable air conditioning, making for another comfortable stay.

    Hotel in front of Tokyo Station, perfect for business trips

    Since my stay at Accommodation 1899, I had always wanted to try Ryumeikan, and I finally got the chance to use it as a place to stay the night before an early morning Shinkansen business trip. The proximity to the station is undoubtedly its greatest advantage, but the room size, brightness, amenities, and bathroom were all perfectly suited for a business trip. The accommodation was clean, and the staff's friendly and pleasant service made it one of the hotels I would definitely like to use again.

    Checked in past 10:30 PM with my 88-year-old mother. The warm hand towel was comforting, and hearing from the front staff that the universal room was equipped with a bathing chair, non-slip mat, and step stool further warmed our hearts. It was my mother's first stay here, and she kept saying, "This is absolutely wonderful!" and "It's much cleaner than other places." When returning to Tokyo on a late bullet train, staying here is definitely better than struggling through the rush hour commute home. The next morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast before relaxing in the room and heading back home. Thanks to this accommodation, it seems this final stay was even more comfortable for my mother than any Onsen Ryokan during our trip!

    Enjoy a relaxing Japanese-style room and traditional cuisine near Tokyo Station.

    I recommended this hotel, which I had used before, for my mother to stay with her friends from her school days after several years. They enjoyed chatting in the Japanese-style room, savored delicious meals at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and had a wonderful time thanks to the excellent service of the staff.     Concert Tour

    I stayed here for the first time as a pre-stay for a two-day concert. From check-in to check-out, the staff were very pleasant, and the room was clean and comfortable. There is a Japanese restaurant on the front desk floor where I enjoyed several à la carte dishes alone, and I was delighted with the complimentary drink service for guests. All the dishes were incredibly delicious, so I brought my friends there for lunch and dinner the next day. The food was excellent, and the staff at the restaurant were very kind—I would love to visit again. Thank you so much!
