    It was comfortable.

    Thank you for your help the other day. Since there is no large public bath, I rated the bath 4 stars, but there was nothing unpleasant about the bath in the Room. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was smooth, and the location was very convenient, so I think I will stay again. Thank you very much.

    During my five-night...

    During my five-night stay, I used the coin laundry, but there were only two washers and two dryers on each of the 5th and 9th floors. With the wait for an available machine and everything else, it took four hours to finish. It may have been busier due to summer vacation, but it felt like there weren’t enough machines.

    I was impressed by the soy milk options at breakfast! Both meat-eaters and vegans can enjoy them with confidence.

    - The lobby amenities were convenient, but I would have appreciated having a shower cap and hair ties in the Room as well. I support your SDGs initiatives, but during a Multiple Night Stay it would be helpful if toothpaste were replenished a bit more. - The soy milk options at breakfast were excellent, and I was truly impressed by the wonderful service from all the staff! There is a taxi stand right in front of the Hotel, and the shop has a great selection, which was very convenient. - One minor drawback was that there did not seem to be enough seating in the lobby. There were only about 6–7 chairs in a blind spot that is hard to see from the front desk, and they were often occupied for long periods by groups, so I ended up standing while waiting to meet a friend. As it was peak travel season, it would help to add more chairs or provide clearer guidance on usage during busy times. Everything else about this Hotel was excellent—this was my only regret.

    Excellent location and great value.

    Very close to the center of Susukino, with an excellent location. Check-in was handled by a woman wearing a trainee name tag; she assisted us promptly with a smile, and it was a very pleasant check-in experience. The Room was also clean and comfortable. Thank you very much.

    Completely satisfied with the food and service

    I stayed here on a business trip, and it was conveniently close to the social gathering venue. The front desk and Room service were excellent, and I was very satisfied with the breakfast featuring Hokkaido-style dishes. I would like to stay here again.

    Convenient

    The location was very convenient, within walking distance for dining in Susukino. Breakfast was average—neither particularly good nor bad. This time we were traveling in a high-roof HiAce Grand Cabin, but we were able to park in the underground garage, which was very helpful.

    Excellent location.

    The location is excellent—close to the station, shopping facilities, convenience stores, and restaurants. There are also restaurants and cafés on the same premises as the Hotel, and I was able to buy baked sweets at a cake shop as souvenirs. Breakfast was delicious across the board, and they even had Yoguruppe (a lactic acid drink), which is rare instead of Katsugen, so I could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. The Room had gap-sealing tape on the window, which surprised me. It seems like it would be cold in winter, and perhaps because it’s right in the middle of Susukino with emergency vehicles passing by, I noticed outside noise—voices from pedestrians below—more than hallway noise. The shower water pressure (or maybe clogging?) wasn’t great, and drainage was not very good either. The staff—at the parking area, front desk, shop, breakfast restaurant, and housekeeping—were all friendly with smiles, making my stay very pleasant.

    Overall, I was satisfied.

    There was a Ferris wheel right in front of us, beautifully illuminated at night. (The lights are turned off late at night.) The Room is not large, but it was clean and the amenities were satisfactory. The breakfast buffet offered many Hokkaido dishes and everything tasted great.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    The location was excellent, and the Hotel Room was clean, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a great selection of Hokkaido specialties, and I left completely satisfied. The seafood staff-meal rice bowl, Nishiyama ramen, and soft-serve ice cream were especially delicious. This has become my favorite Hotel in Sapporo.

    A location enjoyable even for those not accustomed to snowy roads.

    The biggest concern during my winter trip to Sapporo was navigating snowy roads. However, this Hotel features heated sidewalks from "Susukino Station" and "Hosui Susukino Station," making it surprisingly easy to reach. While the crosswalks had some snow and required caution, the sidewalks from the station were mostly clear. I used a taxi, so I didn’t face any inconvenience, but rolling a suitcase on snowy paths might be challenging for those with heavy luggage—considering alternative transportation is recommended. The location is excellent, with almost no impact from snow when accessing the underground shopping area. The Hotel has a restaurant inside, and there are plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby, so meals were never an issue. I stayed in a room facing the main street but found it impressively quiet without any disturbance from outside noise or hallway sounds—allowing for a very relaxing stay. The Room was compact yet well-equipped with all necessary amenities and facilities packed efficiently. However, due to the size of items like the TV or clock relative to the Room's space, certain arrangements felt slightly cramped at times; more spaciousness would have enhanced comfort further. During peak hours, there could be some waiting time for elevators; planning ahead is advisable if you have tight schedules. Overall, this Hotel provided an excellent stay even in harsh winter conditions without stress. I would definitely choose this place again when visiting Sapporo in winter!

    It was excellent.

    Stayed at the accommodation for the first time in over 20 years. It seems to have been renovated, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast on the first floor had a wide variety of dishes and was very delicious, leaving me highly satisfied. The access to the Susukino area was also excellent as expected. If I visit Sapporo again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

    Stay the night before your wedding if coming from the Kanto region.

    Superior Twin Non-Smoking (Twin) for two nights. I will not use this Hotel again. 【Room】 The room image on IKYU.com for the Superior Twin Non-Smoking shows a two-seater sofa and a single chair, but in reality, there was only one single-seater sofa. The room in the IKYU image has a stylish carpet, but the one I stayed in had a plain carpet with just one blue squiggly line. It didn’t feel particularly spacious compared to regular twin rooms. 【Breakfast】 The breakfast area has too few seats. When I went at 6:30 AM when it opened, it was already full and I couldn’t get in. Most of the guests were foreigners. The seating is so close together that you can hear everyone’s conversations clearly. It was very crowded, and the only available seat was next to some intimidating people with tattoos, so I ate silently. 【Amenities】 Unless you book a ladies' type room, there are no skincare products like lotion or cleansing oil provided. This might be acceptable at budget hotels like Toyoko Inn or APA Hotel, but not at this price range—it’s unacceptable. I regret not researching beforehand. 【Overall】 Next time, I'll spend an extra 20-30 thousand yen and stay at Gracery or Keio Hotel instead.

I initially made a reservation for a smoking room, but upon requesting a change to a non-smoking room at the front desk on the day of check-in, I was accommodated as there was availability. I apologize for the inconvenience during your busy schedule. Despite being a Saturday, the accommodation was quiet. I look forward to staying again during my next business trip.

    We were very satisfied with our stay.

    The Hotel building felt a bit aged, but the Room was clean, and the bathtub and toilet were also well-maintained, allowing for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, being close to Susukino Station. This time we traveled by car, and although the Hotel parking lot was full, alternative parking options were clearly listed on the website. Thanks to this information, we had no trouble finding nearby parking. Overall, it was a great experience.

    Convenient and helpful.

    This time, I was able to make a reservation as there was availability at the right timing. I considered other hotels but chose Tokyu for its reliability. Although it was busy, both check-in and check-out were smooth. Check-out, in particular, was helpful as I had to move on to my next destination. The taxi stand is conveniently located in front of the front desk, so there’s no need to search for a taxi. It would be great if there were more variety in amenities.

    Very convenient!

    There are four elevators, so you rarely have to wait, which is very convenient. You can dine without going outside, and there’s a convenience store right across the street, making it ideal for work. The interior is surprisingly quiet. The amenities might be a bit lacking; especially the toothpaste seems insufficient for two uses. It’s unfortunate that the cleaning staff doesn’t respond to greetings. Still, I would like to stay here again.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I have stayed here several times. It can't be helped, but a unit bath with a washing area would make it perfect. The Room cleaning was excellent. As for breakfast, it was delicious, but as a Hokkaido resident, I felt there wasn't much need to focus on local products. Freshly made pancakes would be an even better addition.

    As expected from a long-established Hotel. However, having two people come into the Room for guidance felt a bit much... When I returned from outside and asked about the operating hours of the restaurant, I was told they didn’t know. I appreciated being welcomed at the entrance, but not being able to provide guidance within the Hotel is... questionable.

    It was pleasantly quiet.

    Sapporo was a bit calmer with fewer international visitors. The Hotel also had a relaxed atmosphere, making it easy to work, and my two-night stay was comfortable. It would be helpful if coffee sticks were available in front of the amenities at the front desk. Some guests were asking for them from the staff.

    Transformed.

    I stayed at this accommodation about 20 years ago. At that time, the wallpaper was peeling, and the bed was hard, so I thought I would never stay again. This time, I didn’t have high expectations either, but it has been completely renovated and felt like a completely different hotel. Despite being in Susukino, it was quiet and allowed for a restful sleep. The male staff's service was also excellent. Thank you very much. PS: It was unfortunate to see someone smoking at the hotel entrance.

    LIVE expedition accommodation

    The hotel is conveniently located very close to Susukino Station, with a convenience store (Lawson) nearby. While the room amenities include a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, any additional items can be taken from the entrance area. There were cotton swabs available; however, I wished there were also cotton pads for removing eye makeup or applying lotion. I had coffee on the first day but was disappointed that it wasn't replenished on the second day. Overall, the cleaning was thorough and I enjoyed a comfortable 2-night stay. Thank you very much. I have made another reservation for May as there is a live event then. When I come to Hokkaido again, I plan to stay here once more.

    Live Journey

    This time, I stayed for two nights with a reservation from another site the day before. Even though it was a twin reservation with different room conditions, they arranged the same room for us... and above all, thank you for upgrading us to a wonderful room. Since I wanted to eat and drink in Susukino, I think the location is good as it allows for a comfortable stay, so please use this as a reference~

    Conveniently located near the subway station.

    It is conveniently located near a subway station and right next to a convenience store. There are also restaurants inside offering delicious discounts, which was great. However, it was disappointing that the cleaning staff did not respond when I greeted them in the hallway in the morning. I guess it's understandable since they are busy.

    Good access

    Used for visiting the Snow Festival. It was close to the center of Susukino and within walking distance to Odori Park. The Facility feels a bit old, but it has the essentials. The breakfast was delicious, using a lot of local ingredients.
