  I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights.

  Our family of five stayed from 5/23 to 5/25. It seemed our Room had been upgraded from the one we originally reserved. Right after entering the Room, we noticed an issue with the bidet toilet seat, but the staff promptly guided us to a different Room. We used the parking lot, and the front desk kindly asked whether we were using it and assisted us courteously. It was about a 30-minute drive to the Dotonbori area, and our whole family was satisfied. The Room was also kept very clean. Since Awaji Island was just over an hour away, we were able to fit in an unplanned sightseeing trip there as well. If we have another chance to visit Osaka, this is a Facility we would gladly stay at again.

  Standard room, but the view from the upper floors was excellent.

  Stayed to coincide with my daughter's visit. The accommodation feels a bit old. There is only a shuttle bus from the nearest station, and since the frequency is low, I ended up taking a taxi which cost about 700 yen for a 7-minute ride. The cake shop on the first floor is very delicious, and I would love to go back again. Guests can purchase with a 5% discount.

  Convenient Hotel for Early Morning Flights Due to Its Proximity to the Airport

  I stayed for one night. It can be a bit inconvenient without a car, but it’s very convenient for early morning flights (especially if the shuttle service resumes). The staff were very polite and accommodating. I made a last-minute reservation late that day, and I truly appreciate how kindly they handled it. Thanks to their support, I was able to arrive at the airport with plenty of time in the morning. I will definitely use this place again for pre-flight or post-flight stays. Thank you!

  Third-time visit

  This was my third stay. The Room was clean, but the toilet lid was broken, and I was bothered by the continuous dripping sound after flushing.

  Luxurious

  Clean rooms and a hotel with a nice view close to the sea. Although it is a bit far from the nearest public transportation (private railway station), there are two shuttle buses per hour, making it convenient.
