  Overall, it didn’t feel comfortable.

  I chose it because it’s close to the station, but… The inside of the bathtub felt rough. It felt smaller than I expected. There were no hand towels. Even cheaper Hotels offered complimentary water and drip coffee. The coffee machine was broken. The refrigerator was too small and inconvenient. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

  It's a business hotel, so this is about what you can expect.

  The cleaning felt a bit lacking, especially in hidden areas. For example, there was dirt on the unit bath door that left fingerprints when touched, which could have been easily wiped off. Aside from these small details, the room was clean and decent, and I had a comfortable stay. However, the loud conversations of foreign cleaning staff in their native language were clearly audible. While this might not be a major issue, it does create a sense of unease when you can't understand what is being said. It would be appreciated if they could be more mindful of the fact that their voices can be heard in the rooms.

  A calm Business Hotel

  The hotel is very calm and comfortable to stay in, despite being conveniently located near Akasaka-Mitsuke Station. The guest rooms are compact as it is a Business Hotel, but they were clean and pleasant. The staff at the lobby had a gentle smile, leaving a good impression. However, even though I had called about a month before my stay to inform them that I would not be using the parking lot, I was still asked about it during check-in. It was disappointing that guest information was not shared smoothly.

  Multiple Night Stay

  On the first day, the cleaning of the Room was sloppy, but after informing the manager the next morning, it was cleaned nicely on the second day. However, the air conditioner and bathroom had an unpleasant smell. It is conveniently located near the station. Amenities are prepared in front of the reception, and coffee and other items are available in front of the elevator. Breakfast vouchers can be purchased at the reception for 740 yen.
