    It was perfectly fine and of good quality.

    Conveniently located right next to Hakata Station, this Business Hotel is excellent in every respect. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Fukuoka specialties, and everything was delicious.

    Conveniently located near Hakata Station. The Room was clean and comfortable for a relaxing stay. However, the outlet in the bathroom seemed loose, as the hairdryer almost disconnected while in use, which was a bit concerning.

    Disappointing

    I booked the accommodation as it was close to the station and my business destination, even though the accommodation fee was slightly higher. Upon arriving at the front desk, it felt different from the photos displayed. It seemed a bit cluttered. As for the room, there were no USB ports available, although there were plenty of power strips. The showerhead caused water to spray in various directions, and the hairdryer had a dust-covered air intake vent. The toilet was clean but appeared outdated. Overall, it felt underwhelming for the price paid.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near the station with excellent access, I have stayed here multiple times. I appreciate the service where you can freely choose skincare products and beverages after check-in, as well as the option to relax with free drinks. The spacious bathtub is another highlight. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Hakata.

    I will visit again.

    The Room's lighting and furniture colors created a warm and calming atmosphere, allowing for a peaceful rest without any noise. The bath was spacious and almost felt luxurious. However, it was slightly disappointing that the coffee area on the first floor had limited opening hours and wasn't available anytime. Still, with its convenient location near the station, I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Hakata.

    Mostly satisfactory.

    The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the room I stayed in on the 4th floor might have been why outside noise was clearly audible. Also, the TV remote control had trouble turning on and off, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast buffet could have had a bit more variety—personally, I would have liked some bacon.

    The staff were very kind.

    Amenities can be picked up from the shelf in front of the elevator on the first floor and brought to your room. It was nice to choose only what I needed in the quantity I wanted. (I personally appreciated having lotion and moisturizer available!!) I had some questions and needed assistance from the staff, but everyone responded politely, and I was glad I chose this hotel. Since I didn’t bring many clothes or underwear, I needed to do laundry; however, there was only one machine each on the 6th and 9th floors, so they were often in use when I went. Those who managed to use them were lucky! It would be great if there were more machines available even if they weren’t free of charge. The hotel is close to the station, has a convenience store nearby, and offers comfortable rooms—I'm happy with my stay here. If possible, it would be nice to have a large public bath or a bathtub in the room; however, considering budget or space constraints, it’s understandable that this might not be feasible. I’d love to stay at this accommodation again. Thank you very much!

    Sufficient for just staying

    It is sufficient if you just need a place to stay. The Facility is also new and clean. However, using the parking lot is a bit troublesome.
