    We will definitely stay again.

    Daimaru Motomachi is right in front of you, with Chinatown and the shopping streets just nearby. You can also enjoy a pleasant walk from Sannomiya while exploring places like Sanchika, and Meriken Park is within walking distance as well—overall, the location was perfect for me. The lobby is on the second floor, but once you check in, you can travel directly by elevator between the guest Room floors and the first floor, making it easy to go out. The Room was compact, but the washroom area had a spacious changing space with a rack, which made it very convenient—I was extremely satisfied. The Hotel entrance always smelled wonderful, and it soothed me every time I came back from outside. Thank you very much for your kind support during my stay. I truly appreciate it. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Kobe next time.

    A convenient and easy-to-use Hotel.

    Conveniently located near Motomachi Station, right next to Nankinmachi Chinatown, and within walking distance of Port Tower, making it easy to get anywhere. The room was comfortable and practical; the vertical stand-up shower was more convenient than expected and felt great. The second-floor lobby was also available for free use after 3:00 PM, which was a nice touch.

    The location is convenient for getting anywhere, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. This was my second stay, and I would like to stay here again when I visit Kobe.

    Minimal yet comfortable.

    The service was not excessive, which actually made the stay more comfortable. The location is excellent—close to the station, Chinatown, and plenty of restaurants and bars.

    The multi-function shower is excellent.

    I stayed in a Room with a multifunctional shower instead of a bathtub for the first time, and it was much more comfortable than the typical shallow bathtub with a shower curtain. The Room is not spacious but clean and sufficient. The location is excellent, close to the station, next to Chinatown, and near the city loop bus stop, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the coin bar in the lobby as it closes at 10 PM; I wish they could extend it until midnight. Breakfast was slightly disappointing in terms of cost performance. Since the restaurant isn't very large and there are many nearby dining options, I plan to eat outside of the Hotel next time.

    Solo Trip to Kobe

    I chose this accommodation for my solo trip to meet friends, as I used to live in the area. I usually stay at hotels around Sannomiya, but I decided on this one because it was slightly cheaper through an IKYU reservation and conveniently located right next to Daimaru. Since I was familiar with the area, I found it easily, but the entrance was a bit hard to spot, which made me feel slightly uncertain. The hotel itself is clean, and the room was sufficient for a solo traveler—very comfortable. The low pillow was also a nice touch. The lounge offered complimentary tea and coffee services, which I used frequently. While there were paid alcohol services available in small tasting portions along with snacks (making it overall worth it), it felt a little underwhelming. If given another opportunity, I'd like to stay here again. With Chinatown nearby, it's an excellent location for sightseeing—thank you!

    Convenient

    Conveniently located near the station and right next to Nankinmachi, making it easy to visit Nankinmachi, Meriken Park, and the Former Foreign Settlement area. The Hotel is clean, user-friendly, and very pleasant.

    The breakfast was delicious!!

    The bed was spacious and very comfortable. The three of us, including our 2-year-old child, slept comfortably with plenty of space. The breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious. Although we stayed in a non-smoking Room, it was convenient to have a smoking area on the front desk floor.

    A new and excellent Hotel.

    Clean and conveniently located, yet quiet and pleasant. The amenities are well-equipped, but the refrigerator only functions as a cooler, which is disappointing. Additionally, the razor head does not move, making it feel cheap. Due to these two points, the satisfaction rating is 4 out of 5; however, it is still a good Hotel overall.

    Prime location

    I stayed at this Hotel for the Luminarie sightseeing. It is in an excellent location, close to everywhere you want to go. Next to it is Nankinmachi (Nankinmachi) and a Starbucks, and if you walk a little further, there are various shopping streets and steakhouses. The Room was clean, and I especially liked the shower. It was a pity that there was no bathtub, but I think the cost performance is excellent. The only concern was that there was no parking lot, so I parked at DEBS PARK diagonally across from the Hotel, and it was expensive when I extended my stay. Overall, I am satisfied, and I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.

    It was a simple and nice Hotel.

    Despite the simplified services, it was a Hotel with little sense of lack. The location was good, quiet, comfortable, and clean. The shower booth had strong water pressure, which was pleasant. However, the tumbler provided was not very clean, and I was reluctant to use it.

    The shower booth was nice.

    It is located right next to the entrance of Kobe Motomachi Chinatown. It takes about 2-3 minutes on foot from Motomachi Station. If you are coming from Shin-Kobe Station by Shinkansen, taking a bus might be more convenient as you won't have to walk. I chose a Room with only a shower booth, and it was incredibly comfortable, unlike anywhere else. In addition to the rain shower, the water flow emitted from the front warms your body just with the shower. Also, the plastic chair in the washroom can be used inside the shower booth. This was a first for me, and it was convenient for washing my feet. There is a lounge with free drinks. In the morning, it becomes the breakfast venue, so you cannot use it if you haven't ordered breakfast. Also, there is no bottled water in the Room. There was a water dispenser located just outside the elevator (I didn't notice it until I was leaving...).

    The center of Kobe

    I stayed in a single room. Even though it's common for other hotels to have much smaller rooms, this one was a bit more spacious, which was nice. The location is convenient for sightseeing in Kobe, and the front desk floor has a spacious feel, so I would like to stay here again.
