    Great breakfast

    The miso-stewed beef tendon at breakfast was outstanding—I even went back for seconds. I’d happily stay here again just to have it. From the late-night noodles onward, Dormy Inn consistently delivers high-quality food.

    A Hotel where satisf...

    A Hotel where satisfaction comes from the thoughtful sum of small details—everything about the Room, bath, and breakfast makes you think, “I’m glad they had this,” rather than relying on flashy services. Comfortable pillows and loungewear, adjustable bright Room lighting, a towel rack, and a key-card power system that controls only the lights (outlets and air conditioning stay on). The large public bath is an Onsen, with partitioned washing areas for privacy. Breakfast is well balanced, with many pre-portioned small bowls and plates so there’s no hassle serving yourself. Staff in white coats even plate items for you with care. Among the many Business Hotel chains, few Hotels deliver this level of satisfaction.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    We stayed here after our child’s wedding. Up until the day before, our child stayed for two nights (the night before and two nights before the ceremony), so we stayed a total of three nights as a family. The meals were delicious, and the late-night soba was excellent! Both parent and child became fans. I rated the Room one star lower because there was an odor in the Room that I couldn’t identify.

    It has to be Dormy Inn.

    Room, bath, and breakfast were all excellent. 100% recommended. I stay at hotels across the whole country 40 times a year.

    The availability of a smoking room was appreciated.

    The availability of a smoking Room was excellent. However, I was surprised that the elevator had no security and was accessible to everyone. The public bath was a bit small, accommodating only a few people, and it was disappointing that the window was broken and couldn't be opened. The TV in the open-air bath allowed for relaxing viewing and was very enjoyable.

    The building, rooms, and facilities are well-cleaned, but there is a sense of age in various places. Services like post-bath refreshments and late-night snacks follow the standard of Dormy Inn. Breakfast is not bad, but considering other hotels offer free services or higher-quality buffets at lower prices, improvement would be appreciated. The location is within walking distance of the Shinkansen station and has an adjacent partnered parking lot, which is a positive point. Honestly speaking, "Dormy Inn Mikawa Anjo's accommodation cost is slightly higher than other business hotel chains, but it doesn't quite meet the value for that price."

    The journey's fatigue was relieved.

    At Dormy Inn EXPRESS Mikawa Anjo, you can relax in the natural Onsen from our private hot spring source, which is the hotel's greatest attraction. It was a perfect way to soothe travel fatigue after visiting Ise Jingu Shrine, leaving both body and mind warm and refreshed. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Ise Jingu Shrine. Thank you very much!

    The second night was as comfortable as the first.

    On the second night, the Room was changed. After leaving luggage at the front desk and checking in again, the luggage was delivered to the Room. The routine remained unchanged from the previous day: an early bath followed by enjoying beer and reading manga in the lounge. The selection of recent works stood out, offering a different experience compared to ramen shops. Tonight's "Yonaki Soba" was prepared by a female staff member, though disposable bowls were used for some reason. The facility was quiet, providing a relaxing environment to unwind and recover from fatigue. Breakfast the next morning didn’t feature any menu changes but was satisfying overall—though larger plates would be appreciated. Overall, it was a satisfying stay. I’d consider using this service again if available during my next trip elsewhere!

    Japanese-style rooms are also a great choice.

    This time, I stayed at Dormy Inn. Familiar from Sunday morning radio and satisfied with my previous stay in Takamatsu, I chose this accommodation again. During the stay, the number of nights increased, so I made an additional booking. Due to different room plans and full occupancy, I was assigned a different room. The first night was in a Japanese-style room. Although it was a tatami room, the futon was placed on furniture rather than directly on the floor, which felt nice. The much-anticipated bath wasn’t particularly large but had dim lighting and soft music playing for a comfortable atmosphere. One concern was that when someone entered the cold water bath, cold water flowed onto the floor, making it chilly underfoot while washing up. Although there is drainage available, it didn’t seem sufficient. The "Yonaki Soba" (late-night ramen) portion size was slightly small but tasted good and satisfying overall. There’s also a lounge near the bath area with manga available for relaxation and alcoholic beverages offered at prices comparable to convenience stores—very reasonable. For breakfast: while there were fewer options than expected and no large plates available (a minor inconvenience), everything tasted good otherwise—satisfying overall. In conclusion: A comfortable experience throughout; would love to stay here again!

    The breakfast is delicious.

    I stayed in a twin Room with breakfast included. When I come to Mikawa Anjo, I usually stay at a different Hotel, but I chose Dormy Inn this time because it was offered at a lower price. This is my second stay at this Hotel. As expected from the now very popular Dormy Inn Hotel, it is compact but well-designed. The breakfast and the Onsen are particularly good. I would like to revisit, but it's a bit disappointing that the prices are not consistent. I hope to use it again when it's offered at a reasonable price.
