    Although it’s undeniably old, it’s comfortable.

    Probably the closest Hotel to Soga Station, with excellent access. As noted on the Hotel’s website, the public bath is quite small: in the men’s area there are three washing stations, and the tub is only just large enough for three people at a squeeze. Since it’s open all night, I had no issues with crowds when I went late at night. The after-bath treats and late-night soba were provided as usual, just like at other Dormy Inn properties. The guest room felt a bit dated around the unit-bath area, but the room with a mini-kitchen-like setup was surprisingly convenient. I was also impressed by how well the air conditioning cooled. It’s a little away from central Chiba City, but that means it’s in a quiet area. Since the Keiyo Line starts here, being able to get a seat all the way to Kaihin-Makuhari or Maihama is a big plus.

    Not quite satisfied...

    It was a bit disappointing, but considering the price, it can’t really be helped. The location in front of the station is good. They were doing major renovations and scaffolding was up, so I couldn’t open the window. Since it’s an older building, I suppose that’s unavoidable. All the staff were very pleasant. The bath was small—three people would be the limit. Thank you.

    It was very convenient, as it’s close to the station.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The Hotel is easy to find and just a short walk from the station, with convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient. The Onsen had pleasantly hot water and was excellent. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, providing kind and attentive service that made my stay very comfortable. The Room was well equipped in every way, with a small sink in addition to the washbasin area. The semi-double bed was spacious, and I felt the lighting and other amenities were thoughtfully provided. The Room also felt open and airy overall, making it so comfortable that I wished I could have stayed longer. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

    The bath is...

    Although it is priced higher for a Business Hotel, the natural Onsen was appealing. Having stayed at a similar place in another city before, I wasn’t worried about the bath, but I felt disappointed—it could only fit two people. What is this? I was looking forward to the Hotel opening in Atami next year, but now I have doubts. The breakfast seemed good for its price!

    Used for a golf business trip from Osaka.

    This was my first stay at this accommodation. I expected a large bath, sauna, and cold bath as it is a Dormy, but the sauna had a capacity of 3 people with low temperature, the cold bath did not warm up the body so I didn't use it, and the bath was of moderate size. The night ramen, ice cream, coffee at the front desk, and room were just as good as other Dormy accommodations.

    Minimum

    Even though it was a smoking room, the room smelled too strong! The guest had to clean the walls with deodorant spray and tissues. After complaining, they were guided to a non-smoking room and used a smoking room on the 3rd floor, but until they requested it, the smoking room was too cold! Overall, the response to our request was slow and unresponsive. Terrible!! Never using this place again.

    I had to stay for a ...

    I had to stay for a week unexpectedly, so I chose this accommodation. With an onsen, services like late-night ramen, ice cream and drinks after bathing, everything was well-equipped, and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

    The public bath was smaller than expected. The breakfast was delicious, as expected from Dormy Inn.
