  So-so.

  This was my first time staying in the Premium room, and overall it felt quite compact. The breakfast was very delicious. There were only two elevators, so it was a bit crowded at times, and I noticed a slight odor in the restroom.

  I stayed at my favor...

  I stayed at my favorite Dormy Inn. It was my first time staying in Susukino, but the location was convenient and I found it easily. I spoke to several staff members and asked a few questions, but I felt they were a bit inexperienced with giving directions and handling initial requests, which was disappointing. I hope we can have a pleasant conversation next time I stay.

  Relax and take it easy!

  I had a relaxing 3-day, 2-night stay! It was cold with snowfall, but the Tanukikoji shopping arcade was a big help! I also enjoyed the complimentary late-night noodles and was very satisfied! I used the bath at Annex as well and could really feel the differences between them! Crossing over in loungewear was quite an experience, too! I’ll be back!

  Regarding the Usage Rules for the Public Bath

  At our hotel, operated by Kyoritsu Maintenance, individuals with tattoos are allowed to use the large public bath and sauna.

  Aging deterioration quite noticeable

  The sauna and Onsen can be accessed at the neighboring ANNEX, but the Room is quite old. I am a fan of the Dormy Inn chain, but I might choose another Hotel in this case.

  The best breakfast

  Breakfast that is not typical of a Business Hotel I don't think there is any other place where you can enjoy unlimited salmon and scallops at such an affordable stay cost. The large public bath was also spacious and very nice.

  Located in Tanuki Ko...

  Located in Tanuki Koji 6-chome, it is very convenient for transportation. The Room is a bit small, and there are brown stains on the walls here and there that seem removable with wiping, which was a concern. The breakfast exceeded expectations and was very delicious. The staff serving the Yonaki Soba were very efficient and pleasant, making it even more enjoyable. It would have been perfect if there were no stains on the Room walls. I would like to use it again.
