    I’m satisfied every time.

    Once again, at this price, I was able to enjoy the Onsen at my own pace and had a very comfortable stay. Since check-out is late, I always enjoy a morning bath and then work or relax right up until the last minute. Breakfast has gone up in price compared to before, but I’m satisfied because I can try a little of many different items. In particular, I’m happy to have one last bite of zunda mochi at the end.

    What I liked

    What I liked - The Room was spacious, so I could relax comfortably. - The late-night soba was served in ceramic bowls (some other Dormy Inn locations use disposable plastic). - I accidentally left the Room without my key card, but the reissue process was handled smoothly. - The bath water was quite hot, but it suited the very cold weather. What I didn’t like - There is no air purifier in the Room. - There is no post-bath lounge like some other Dormy Inn locations have. - The vending machines do not accept new 1,000-yen bills. Overall, it was a satisfying stay.

    I always choose this Hotel to enjoy a relaxing bath. However, this time, I experienced something unusual. It seemed that someone had washed their body in the bath, and when I tried to take a second bath late at night, there was a large amount of scum floating on the surface. I tried to scoop some out myself, but there was too much to handle. Feeling cold, I reluctantly used the cleaner side where water was flowing for a short time. When I reported this issue to the front desk, they responded promptly. The next morning when I went back to the bath, it had been cleaned thoroughly. It seems they checked and cleaned it several times during the night because by morning it was spotless and I could enjoy soaking comfortably again. Additionally, perhaps due to my distress over the situation, I completely forgot my glasses in the bath and couldn’t see well enough without them. When I mentioned this at reception, they kindly helped me search for them until we found them together—I truly appreciated their help as I'd almost given up hope of finding them. Thank you so much! This experience reminded me how important proper bathing manners are among guests. I look forward to staying here again!

    Well-equipped Facility, perfect for your trip.

    Used for the first time during a long trip. Large suitcase storage under the bed. Multiple coin laundry machines available for free use. Convenient and comfortable stay.

    Maintenance could be improved.

    Dust on the window sashes in the Room. Yellowing of the washbasin. Dust in the ventilation outlet. Noise leakage from neighboring rooms. The front sign is obscured by trees, making it hard to see, and it's difficult to locate parking upon arrival by car. Having used Dormy Inn Aomori and Hachinohe before, Sendai Annex receives the lowest rating.

    Onsen is always so relaxing.

    It's truly wonderful to relax in the Onsen and stretch out your arms and legs. Just that alone helps relieve fatigue. It's very unfortunate that the massage (seitai) service will end by the end of June. The prices were reasonable, and everyone was very skilled. After enjoying the bath, it was my go-to for tiredness relief. Thank you again for taking care of me this time as well.

    Onsen is the highlight.

    Having an Onsen to relax in after a tiring day is truly appreciated. I always enjoy using it comfortably, and I am very grateful. This time, I requested a Multiple Night Stay on short notice. For Multiple Night Stays, it would be great if only the towels could be replaced. At some other Hotels, if you place a sign on the door indicating no need for bed-making, they hang fresh towels on the doorknob without entering the Room. Having such a system would make staying more comfortable and less worrisome during Multiple Night Stays. It would be wonderful if this could be implemented.

    Always enjoy a pleasant stay.

    This time, it was a sudden stay and a same-day reservation, but I was able to stay with peace of mind. I arranged for a courier service from the hotel, and the female staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful. As I was tired, I requested a massage. This time it was performed by a male therapist who was considerate and very skilled. Along with my previous experience with a female therapist, I feel confident in requesting massages here. The bath is always appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed. Although the accommodation fee was higher than usual this time, I still felt satisfied with my stay. I had breakfast at the counter while enjoying the beautiful fresh greenery of the ginkgo tree right in front of me—it was truly soothing. Thank you very much!

    The massage was a godsend.

    I mostly use this place when I come to Sendai. I've tried other places, but the cost performance and the Onsen here are very good for me, so I use it whenever I can. I'm also happy with not just the welcome water, but also the sweets like jelly. This time, I used the massage on the 4th floor for the first time, and it was very skillful, truly a god hand. I would like to use it again when my body feels tired. However, there was something unfortunate this time. Someone wore my slippers and left from the bath. I thought of getting a replacement, but there wasn't any, and I considered contacting the front desk, but there was no internal phone, so I had no choice but to go to the front desk barefoot after the bath. At the front desk, other people were watching, and since I was walking barefoot where people walk with shoes from outside, I felt very sad. The two people at the front desk were dealing with other customers, and when I tried to talk to them, they said to wait, so I had no choice but to wait patiently, but it felt like a very long time. It was that painful. If there was an internal phone, if there were spare footwear, if the front desk had been more attentive, I think of many things, but I hope no one else has an experience like mine. The response when they gave me replacement slippers also felt somewhat mechanical, which was disappointing. Since I always use it with a good feeling, it was unfortunate this time. However, I still plan to use it again.

    Onsen feels good, doesn't it?

    After all, having an Onsen helps relieve fatigue. I'm glad I can enter it both at night and in the morning. It's very helpful to have lotion and moisturizer available. The bed was also comfortable to sleep in. It feels like everything necessary is just right. I will use it again.

    Dormy Inn Sendai

    This was my first time at this particular Dormy Inn in Sendai. It was disappointing to find dust under the refrigerator in the room. Also, the breakfast had fewer items compared to other Dormy Inns, likely because the price was cheaper, which was a letdown. The beef tongue stew was delicious.
