  Natural Onsen is great!

  Arrived tired... The natural Onsen bath was wonderful! The staff's courteous service was very helpful. I also enjoyed the soba noodles for breakfast.

  Great location

  Conveniently located near the station, making it ideal for sightseeing. Even without a car, you can visit local attractions such as Matsumoto Castle and the National Treasure Kaichi School, as well as explore the Kamikochi area. The breakfast was also delicious.

  You can relax.

  I have used this accommodation several times when staying in Matsumoto. Relaxing in the large bath and sauna is truly the best. The room was clean, and the complimentary financier was delicious. Everything, including the service, is consistently above a certain standard, so I can stay here with peace of mind every time. I look forward to staying again.

  The bed was comfortable.

  The firmness of the bed in the Room was perfect, making it so comfortable that I forgot about my usual back pain upon waking.

  I have used this accommodation multiple times when staying in Matsumoto.

  Conveniently located near the station. The large bath is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. This time, I visited by car for the first time, and it was great that it was close to Fukashi Parking. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our large bath, "Natural Onsen Azusa no Yu," features a mildly alkaline low-tonicity low-temperature spring, which is effective for nerve pain, muscle pain, and fatigue recovery. We hope it helped ease your daily or travel fatigue. Additionally, we offer four types of ice cream in the evening and probiotic drinks in the morning for you to enjoy after bathing.   The water temperature is perfect!

  I was attracted by the natural Onsen and stayed, and the water was really nice. It is close to Matsumoto Station, and there are many shops around. I didn't use it, but there is also a night soba service.

The mildly alkaline water quality is effective for relieving fatigue and improving cold sensitivity, which is especially beneficial in the upcoming cold season. If you have another opportunity to stay at Dormy Inn, please try our Yonaki Soba. It is not widely known, but for those who miss the serving time of Yonaki Soba from 21:30 to 23:00, we offer a cup noodle version called "Gomen Nasai" at the front desk until 25:00.   The staff are friendly.

  When I went to the front desk to consult after tripping and hitting my foot, they immediately provided me with a cold compress and directions to the hospital. The staff member was wearing a name tag that said "In Training," but they were very competent.

  I was satisfied.

  This time it was a double Room, but it was inconvenient that only one side of the bed was usable. Other than that, I was satisfied. The Room wear was also comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff left a good impression with their pleasant demeanor. Thank you very much.
